Full kitchen, washer/dryer, back deck with sunset views, covered side porch, street and driveway parking, and small yard. New 70" smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 separate office spaces for remote work if needed.

Sleeps up to 8 with provided beds (2 king, 1 xl full, 2 xl twin), 2 more with pull out couch. New mattresses and bedding throughout.

I would have been nice to know the driveway was on a 45 degree angle. I have a wheelchair lift on the back of my car and was not able to access the drive way due to the clearance. Also the yard has not been mowed it a long time.

With a little bit of TLC this could be a gem. It was roomy and clean and those were the two most important things for us. Had comfortable beds with quality sheets. There are a few things that do need attention. The carpets need cleaned or just taken out. The walls need painted. Get a grill. The outside needed attention as well. Grass wasn't cut and the porches needed fixed. Hot tub in the pictures online but was not operating. Old broke looking car in the driveway. It wouldn't take much to make this place a very nice stay. All in.....thank you for letting us stay in your home. We would use this place again.

We stayed here while visiting family who live five minutes away. The house had a great layout for the seven of us and plenty of rooms/beds. We also felt extremely safe as my kiddos met several police officers who lived on the same block! We had a wonderful time and the owner was excellent at communicating with us! Thanks for a great stay!

We were in town to spend Thanksgiving as a family. We only stayed at the home to sleep and shower home was clean and lots of towels for all of us.

The interior was very nice, clean with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was sparse with no larger bowls, need more than 1 small pot. Initial impression was that it was wrong house. Grass sloppily overgrown, abandoned car parked at top of driveway which was only entrance nearby, no trespassing sign present at entry. It appeared that it still needed some finishing touches before it should have been available to rent. Received access to property only after I made an inquiry night before arrival. I've rented before with access given earlier.

We loved the location. Came for the race in Bristol and the location was perfect. Easy commute to track. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. House was exactly as the listing. Easy checkin process with great communication from the host.

We came into town for my son's graduation and just stayed one night at the property. The property manager was kind enough to let us check in a bit early so we could change clothes after a long drive to town before the graduation cermony. The home was lovely. Comfortable and clean. Quirky upstairs that my 9 year old loved. We also enjoyed looking at the goat in the backyard.

We enjoyed our stay at the goat house. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The living room is small but has more than adequate seating. It is conveniently located, being only about 10 minutes from the heart of Bristol and also about 10 minutes from the stores and restaurants on Lee Highway. Stephen was a great communicator. I highly recommend the goat house.

Growing up I spent many, MANY weekends in Bristol. This home reminded me if my Aunt and Uncle's place. The neighborhood is sweet and the property location is great. Stephen was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I wasn't disappointed. I stayed alone, but there were many beds to accommodate many more people. TV was huge and had the apps i needed. Overall, exactly what I wanted and needed.

The House is perfect for 4 adults and could accommodate 2 more easily. The kitchen was well equipped. The TV room was cramped and the dining are in the bedroom was different but we had an excellent time and will stay there again. We liked the goat in the backyard.

The house has all the essentials and a well stocked kitchen. The house was the perfect size for our group of five. Neighborhood is quiet and perfectly situated to explore Bristol. This is my hometown and we were in town to see my parents and my family.
