Lovely quiet location. Beautiful setting
Facilities awful. Tents need some tlc. Whole place could do with a re-vamp.

Toilets were filthy and unsanitary and this needs to be addressed.
The state of the toilets
Rips it the tent

Beautiul setting and location. Convenient for Stansted Airport and great for days out around Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire.
It goes without saying but the noise from the plans really is unbearable. Ok for 1 night perhaps, but certainly not more.
The tent canvas had holes in it and was covered in mould. They need a deep clean and repair or ideally completely replacing. The toilets were unclean portaloos and for our entire stay only 1 of 2 was available. The one available shower is similarly portaloo style, with no locking door and no hot water. Also only 2 firepits and 2 picnic tables available between all tents.
2.3
It has huge potential, the site is beautiful and close to the airport
Everything else.
It was honestly the most disgusting place I've ever stayed and I attend music festivals frequently. The shower was non functional and not attached to the wall, the electrics were in water which was pooled in the tent, there is no toilet (the one open portaloo has a tower of faeces in it that high that you can't actually sit on the toilet). The tents are letting in water and going mouldy. It's difficult to find. Honestly just don't bother.

The bedroom was nicely layed out
Didn't provide all facilities stated when asked about it said they don't give anything even when showing booking confirmation.
The bathrooms provided are porta loo no sanitiser provided even when asked very bad smell.
Tents ripped from outside.
Shared kitchen was soaked in water as tents roof has half come off
No bins for rubbish.

BAD Really bad if I could give him a 0 I would. At arrival we rang the guy on his only contact given. Trying to get in we never had the code for the lock box where all the keys are kept and u make ur way to the lodge he was rude and nasty we where stranded for hours I had young children with me we where left stranded all night in the middle of know where no street lights nothing nearby he totally ruined our entire trip we had reservations for the next day which we had lost due to Leno sleep.
He has no communication skills he has no manners on how to talk. All he had to do was give us the PIN code we could make our own way in but instead he thought il let a young family suffer in a car. we left around 2am in the morning wasted our time so yeh definitely dont go their

Very little. It was not as shown in the photographs and poorly presented. The venue is right on the flight path. I would never return. That said the lighting was agreeable and the bird life varied.
Accommodation not as presented in the photographs.
Constant aircraft noise
No on site signage
No breakfast as indicated
Poorly maintained
No interaction from the site whatsoever.
Accommodation not properly ventilated and smells musty.
The canvas of the accommodation was stained and crawling with insects which should have been eradicated.
The tents are very poor quality and not clean.
These are very basic and tired amenities for a high cost
Extremely disappointing
Wasn’t worth half the money.
These people have absolutely no idea of what Glamping is or how it should have been presented.
I was completely embarrassed to share this accommodation with my guest.
Having paid almost £100 for a single nights camping this was a very poor offering.

The surroundings were well kept, the beds comfortable and bedding clean.
Port-a-loo was full so couldn’t be used (we had to drive to local services to use the toilets there).
It’s under the Stansted Airport flight path and the noise form the aircraft was uncomfortably loud.
Tent had holes in it.
2.3
The yurts were clean, comfortable and warm. The bbq area made cooking easy though we weren’t equipped with plates cups and tongs so had to improvise.
The toilets were disgusting and the shower non functional. We were not given access to the Wi-Fi either which we thought we would have. The noise form the planes in and out of Stansted really counteracts the purpose of a peaceful outdoor experience.
2.3
Lovely position nice pond etc, clean bedding
Very dangerous electricity supply, in my tent the electric double socket was in a puddle of water, unbelievable crap kitchen area, no spoons or bowls, fridge not working, kitchen tent falling down, toilets full over flowing, defo NOT glamping, not worth 68 pounds one night, get a hotel room it's cheaper and better
2.3
It was in lovely surroundings and had everything we required
2.3
the grounds were lovely! we played tennis in the morning and bounced on the trampoline. Very comfy beds too.
the toilets were pretty filthy (portaloos that had not been emptied in a while).
And then of course the noise, Being in a tent right underneath the take off path of several airplanes a minute...but I could have predicted that if I had thought about it a little more carefully.
2.3
Liked the location. It is directly under the Stansted flight path so take earplugs or use those in the kitchen. My granddaughter enjoyed watching the planes. Enjoyed the 3 cans of beer left in the bedside cabinet!!
Dirty knickers behind the same cabinet not so much. Disposed of them in the fire pit!!
Portaloos aren't great but understand a permanent toilet block might be a big expense for 4 tents.

The Tepee was very pretty, clean and cosy. We had electricity inside for our chargers and the lamps were on when we arrived so it looked very inviting. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of room . Real beds that were very comfortable and cosy. Even though there was a gale outside we were all very warm inside. Communication was great from the owners. A detailed wats app was sent to me with clear instructions of how to find them and photos showing where are tent was. Staying there was easy and up stressful.
There were portaloos and a tipsy little cabin with a shower but we could not find a sink or anywhere we could just wash our hands or brush our teeth. Although we loved the tepee we were not so impressed with washing facilities. We have been glamping before and have experienced more glamping toilets and showers. We were ok for one night and maybe there was a sink somewhere, we only arrived late at night so may not have found it.
Being close it Stansted airport it goes without saying that you hear the planes taking off over you.
2.3
It was nice and cosy. Not expensive and a nice cheap chance to relax in the outside.

Clean room and bedding
Mobile Toilets
Huge noise from airplanes

Fantastic stay, the glamping tents were gorgeous and quite spacious. Inside the tent we had one double bed and 2 single beds, a heater, charging sockets and a small table. There is many facilities on the property. There was a fully equipped tennis court, picnic tables, a bbq, 2 portable toilets and a shower on the property. The kitchenette was fully equipped with delf and utensils. The staff on the property were very polite and welcoming, I would highly recommend to stay here would be perfect for a little get away. Is located closely to stortfords, with just a short 5 min drive. And about a 30 min drive from standstead airport
Only negative feedback I have is that there is constant airplanes flying over, to us this didn't make and difference as we got quite used to it after a day or two however if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue for you.
2.3
The tents were clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of room to move about, one tent did have a smallish hole so when it rained it came in above the bed
Could do with building proper toilet and shower facilities instead of portable facilities. Also the kitchen facilities was only a gazebo this also could do with being a brick building due to snails on the cutlery. Could put about being on a flight path planes going overhead late at night and early morning need earplugs
2.3
It never came, and i was working all day so that was a shame. I was so looking forward to it. The overall site was amazing and so pretty
The kitchenett was quite basic no pots and pans to use. The plates and bowls were full of green rain water. The electrics were questionable as the kettle had to hang a bit.
2.3
Sadly nothing.
The worst experience of “glamping” I have ever had. The facilities were shocking, the tent was covered in mould and had holes in it, the mattress didn’t fit the bed base, the other bed was a divan base with no drawers (my dog liked this at least). The electrics looked well dodgy so darent plug anything in. The smell around the kitchenette was nauseous, the toilets were 2 portaloos.
2.3
This place is an incongruous mix. It is a beautiful, well maintained site. The beds, tent etc. were clean and very comfortable. The shower-in-a-shed was great! The continental breakfast was just right.
Portaloos do not fit with the description of 'Glamping'. Though clean, they were very full. Shockingly, there was nowhere to wash one's hands/brush one's teeth. Years of camping, including in basic sites - but this was a first!! The shared kitchenette was adequate, and in some ways very well thought out, though the gazebo itself was poorly pitched. But that was the only source of water, and with no soap/hand wash and no washing-up equipment it was unhygienic. It was the only option for handwashing/teeth brushing but also the only drinking water, and being in an open plan kitchen shared with the rest of the glampers - appeared to be up to about 20 people - it was not acceptable. The shower-in-a-shed was great - why not another shed with a wash basin, or just fix a wash basin to the outside of the shower shed? If flushing toilets are not possible for some reason, a good compost toilet would be far preferable to full portaloos. The site is almost excellent, but the lack of handwashing facilities and to an extent the toilets let it down hugely. I would have discussed this with the owner but he was in a distinct hurry both times we saw him, just stopping long enough for us to let him know there were holes in the tent roof above the double bed...fortunately it wasn't raining... ;)
2.3
Nothing as my room was taken so I didn't actually stay there
Got there at 1.30am and got to my booked tent (confirmed by message from the host) and could hear snoring coming from inside. Poor service, poor organisation. Trust google and booking.com reviews and avoid this awful accommodation
2.3
unfortunately this was very disappointing, more like camping than glamping!
directly under the flight path of Stansted airport, not mentioned in booking information.
No contact with the host, when messaged they did not respond.
The kitchen area was very poorly equipped and not clean, the fridge especially and we had to clean the kettle before use.
My husband fixed the hose pipe supplying water to the kitchen.
Everything was tired and unloved, and the tents had holes in them.
I would suggest that the hist provide washing up liquid in the kitchen, and a bin area, hand washing facilities with the toilets, at least 1 more shower as if at capacity he one shower would not be adequate. Also provide materials for the fire pit and a bbq, which would not be difficult.
2.3
comfy bed
loud over head planes
2.3
The nature and walks near by teepee was great had a heater which was nice as cold at night
2.3
Tents were very nice and comfortable
The location.
Our tent was under the flight path of planes to Stansted airport, as this is a 24-hour airport planes went over all night. Unfortunately, this made it more or less impossible to sleep.
Also, the toilets and kitchen were not very clean.
2.3
the tent itself was lovely, my children loved the tennis court to play and the pond to wonder round
it's right under the flight path for Stansted, my boy loved it watching the plans coming in but through the night it was very loud.
the site states it has a toilet block, this isn't quite right. the toilets were portaloos. and the shower was a shed with luke warm water
the kitchenette has a kettle, fridge and microwave grill.
2.3
Not warm water when you shower
