This gorgeous property highlights the original character while providing modern amenities for optimal guest comfort! The Space
Grandma B's Mid-Century Myrtle is named after the original owner of this home, Grandma B, whose home was always full of love and laughter, and a place of gathering, belonging, and restoration. When the home was restored, the integrity of the original features were kept, and though many modern amenities were added, the cozy feeling remains. Our hope for you is that Grandma B's is good for your soul- a place you go to relax, reconnect with your family, create lasting memories, and enjoy the beautiful surrounding neighborhood and beyond.

Guests have access to the entire property, driveway, garage with EV chargers, and backyard. All amenities are available for guest use.
Neighborhood description
Located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood, an established family neighborhood with mature trees, peaceful sidewalks, and walking trails perfect for your morning jog or evening stroll. Minutes from Starbucks, restaurants, groceries, shopping, and more. Downtown is only a quick 3-minute drive, and has tons of bars and restaurants, a movie theater, the Fox Theater, Rawhide baseball stadium, and tons of cute local shops! It's less than an hour to Sequoia National Park, and a little under two hours to Yosemite, the Sierras, Shaver Lake, and Bass Lake. Easy access to the freeway and easy to find!

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 9. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement. Please pick up after your pet. There is a $20/guest/night extra guest fee after 7 guests. Guests must disclose the total number of guests on the reservation.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind. Thank you!

Location was great for our day trips to Sequioa. The neighbourhood was nice and the house was excellent - exactly as advertised.

Cute little home and in a nice neighborhood. Amenities as listed, definitely kid and pet friendly. Food/restaurants are both walking and driving distance. Sequoia NP is less than an hour drive.
