It's exactly as described and pictured. Check in was slightly cumbersome with having to first go through the pedestrian gate to retrieve the gate pass, then coming back to the car to get through the gate. Other than that everything else was great. Small, cozy and clean. It was just me and my spouse and we decided to take a quick beach trip for the labor day weekend. Very close to the beach and pool access. The beach was perfect as I spent the majority of my time on the beach. The couch and bed were sufficient for sleeping and napping. Loved the balcony. We didn't use the kitchen but the fridge kept our water cold. Great place. Thank you again.

This was a nice little spot for a quick trip. Everything was clean and comfy. Location was perfect and private beach access was great. A few places to eat were within walking distance. Overall a great experience.

convenient clean and cozy place to stay. Nice pool. could use minor repairs like the floor threshold was loose, but nothing major. listing said there was a hot tub, but we didn't see it. Laundry is in a common area, not in the unit. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. Would stay there again!

Expected the condo to be a little bit bigger but my god this condo hit all the marks for our stay. When you arrive to a place, the first things on your mind is. I hope it's clean, I hope the bed is comfortable and it better have a decent shower. "Best sleep, Best shower and spotless" The Beauty Rest mattress was a plus and the shower pressure could peel the paint off the walls. This condo is on the beach with a pool and is easy access to shopping and dinning. The owners did a great job on this rental with clear documentation and added amenities. "We will be back"

Perfect size place for myself, my husband and daughter for our weekend getaway. Place was clean and stocked with an abundance of cozy blankets, pillows and fluffy towels. Easy check in, had no issues during our stay, quiet at night, good size pool and just a small walk down the ramp to the beach. Beach was perfect. Plenty of room to play and swim, not at all crowded. We will definitely return!!

It was small, but fit our needs perfectly. Lots of towels and blankets. My daughters slept on the pull out bed and slept well. Lots of cute turtle decor! Easy walk to a nice beach. It wasn’t too crowded. We really enjoyed it.

Very clean. Comfy bed. Couch was terribly uncomfortable. All the rooms are very small and bathroom while clean was tight. Only 2 towels for the 4 nights, no dishwasher and no place to really drain and dry dishes that were to not be left in the sink when dirty. Would not recommend for more than 2 adults. Close to pool and beach, common hallways were dark and dank. Overall would recommend but nothing that we would consider excellent.

Only stayed for two nights but communication was terrific and made check-in easy. You can’t beat the pool and beach access for a trip to the island. The condo was as described. We didn’t utilize the kitchen during our short stay but it appeared to have all you would need to prepare meals. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very clean and quiet condo. The communication was fantastic throughout our trip and the host is very responsive. The condo itself is well maintained and the facilities are what you'd expect from a beachfront condo. Easy access to the beach and walking/riding distance to stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay for couples or small families looking for a relaxing stay on the island.

Nice, clean, cozy condo with a balcony peek at the water. The owner is very nice and responsive to any needs. Check in was easy, following her great directions. Walkable to some restaurants. Nice clean pool, tennis courts, beach. Morning beach walks were so enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your place.

Me and my son (4) went for just a mommy and baby weekend and it was perfect! Great stay beautiful condo and very private beach. Hardly any ppl. Calm waters perfect for my son. Overall a great stay. Had great responses when needed help checking in. Was treated amazing and i would definitely recommend!

This was a quick stay for us. It was very clean, and it was like someone's home. There were little extra left around if needed (like a bag of chips late or an extra toothbrush). Instructions were very clear and host communicated promptly. It is right next to a beach walkway and it was very quiet in the complex. The condo and complex are a little dated but they make up for it with cleanliness!

this property sits right on the fabled tybee beach and from the balcony you have idyllic views of the water and delightful breezes. this condo provided everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing time with a lovely comfortable bed, well-appointed living areas and a fantastic shower for getting us going in the morning. contact with the owner was positive and upbeat and we were very grateful for her quick and friendly assistance when we wanted to come a day earlier than planned.

Check-in process was a little confusing and I had to reach out to the property to request instructions because I didn’t initially receive them. Property manager was nice and provided information when asked. The building the apartment was in felt a little sketchy, but apartment itself was clean and a very convenient location.

My husband and I took a mini-tour of the east coast on spring break and this was our first destination. We had both been to Savannah previously, but neither of us had ever been to Tybee Island. The condo was clean, cozy and adorably decorated. Perfect for just the two of us. We also appreciated the little extras such as Q-tips, and flossers in the bathroom, coffee and travel cups of peanut butter and honey. There was also lots of local literature that helped us explore the area and find places to eat. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The check-in process was easy, and the host was quick to answer when we had questions. We definitely hope to be back!

I had a lovley sisters week, and we absolutely want to return again! The place was cute, clean, conveniently located, and had many amenities one doesn't usually find. There were some snacks in the pantry, which we replenished before we left, and books about the area on the coffee table. We spent a lot of our time on the beach picking up shells and sharks teeth, and just taking in the beauty. Highly recommend!

Very small but spotless and cutely decorated! Great location, plenty of coffee, some thoughtful snacks, basically very well appointed. Very much worth the price. I do wish I had understood what looked like a hot tub was a chilly water kiddy pool. But not a game changer.

We went in the off season. It was mostly deserted and quiet. Everything was neat and clean. Room was well stocked with anything you could need. Only down side was beach access stairway was destroyed recently and wasn't repaired yet. We only had to walk next door to access beach area so not a deal breaker. We loved it!

Kids loved that there was pool as it was too windy to swim in the ocean while we were there. Condo was clean but a little smaller than I was expecting. Overall we had fun on Tybee Island.
