Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from the Historic Strand and cruise terminals.
Beach Access: Less than a 7 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Everything was exactly as pictured! Plenty of room and very clean! Everything we needed was in the house! Managements communication from the time we booked was extremely helpful! Will definitely book again!

We only needed to stay one night, but everything was cleanly and lots of room for our party of 8.

When we arrived the floor was dirty, soda bottles, laying on the ground the couch was covered in dog hair, yellow stains on the sheets. The house has a strong pet urine smell. I had to call the management company and they had to send the cleaners back out to vacuum the couch and floor. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The location was good if you have a golf cart which we did. There was a pool, but it was very dirty. I contacted the owner multiple times with no response. The kids spent the night taking videos of the fleas, jumping on them and woke up with bites.

This house had plenty of sleeping rokm but if a large group is there the common area is small. The kitchen was not well stocked, it had no skillets, and 2 small sauce pans. There was a crock pot but no crock for it. I contacted Russell and he said someone would be tgere shortly with the missing items. We waited for a while and then made single servibgs of Spaghetti at a time for 7 people which was a pain and took forever. When we left tge next day we still hadn't received the items. The location was questionable and I would not advise parking on the street as it sounded like people were drag racing down the street until the early morning hours. It was clean and I appreciat that. There is a nail starting to back out of one of the bottom steps that was uncomfortable. Im glad it was only one night and over half of our group was delayed for several hours. Again, Russell was responsive but his team never brought the supplies that we delayed dinner for over an hour waiting on cookware.

First trying to get into the driveway of the property is a hazard, the pavement there is all crumbled, narrow and in front of the main street. The neighborhood is very run down with lots of people walking the streets. Second, the front door to get in will fall any day, it was hard to open. The floors and stairs crack when walking on them, parts of the floor had holes in it. Walls are dirty, the ceiling fans in the rooms was so dirty and dusty. The table, chairs and refrigerator was dirty. A cockroach came from under the refrigerator while we was in the kitchen. The upstairs shower filled with water like a tub. There are no closests or dressers to put your things in or on, just small night stands in the rooms. The bed I was in sank in the middle of it. There was roaches crawling on the floor in our bathroom in the middle of the night. The pillows on the bed were very dirty. We was just not pleased and very disappointed, thankful it was only one night. We slept with the lights on to keep the roaches away. We was so looking forward to this one day trip, but this experience took all that away. NEVER AGAIN!

This house had lots of space for a big group of friends, not to mention how clean and beautiful it was! Definitely would recommend. They were also very responsive and accommodating throughout the process, I really enjoyed the whole experience!

Overall the house was good. Plenty of sleeping space for 5 of us! We did call the house quirky. With an older home that’s to be expected. We laughed because you absolutely cannot sneak up on somebody upstairs! The 5-6 stair are creaky.

Nice property, decent for our visit. However, due to the age of the house some things were a bit of an issue. Very small space for the family to gather and catch up. The only downstairs bathroom was through a suite. Which was inconvenient when all 17 of us were trying to get ready and the only other bathroom was upstairs.
Also, there was a window upstairs that was missing a pane and was fixed with cardboard. There was also a lot of peeled paint on the stairs that must have fallen from the walls.
But the property overall was clean/ nice enough and was sufficient for a short stay.

This house was perfect for our short stay before we jumped on the cruise ship! We had 4 different families so the four bedrooms worked great. We ordered pizza and hung out by the fire pit (didn't light a fire) and it was the perdect ambiance to chill and have a few drinks. The upstairs front bedroom was a little noisy at night, but it could've been the excitement of leaving on a 7 day cruise. Overall, a great place to stay!

Could clean a little bit more, there was pot residue in the kitchen chairs. It was central to everything a nice place. We had to call about neighbors with trailer and within the hour taken care of. Was problems with front door handle but people seem to be willing to fix anything if they are alerted to the problem

This was one of the worst rentals I’ve ever experienced. When we first arrived the house had not been cleaned. All of the beds had been slept in and there was trash throughout. The property manager did send the maids to come shortly after he was made aware. Everything in the house is broken. The breakfast nook is dangerous- one of my friends actually fell through the bench while she was sitting. The oven does not close all the way and smokes horribly if you try to cook anything. The coffee table is a whole situation… The floors look and feel like they have not ever been cleaned. This house is great if you like the feel of living in a frat house.

Property was clean. House was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with owner. Drive to the beach or Downtown area was about 5 min or less. The fire pit was our favorite gathering spot. Would stay again.

My husband and I book this house for a one night getaway to attend our daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M Galveston and to celebrate our best friends twins birthday. We arrived in time to change and get settled for graduation, celebrate afterwards and had a leisurely morning before check out. Plenty of room! Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the fire pit outback as well.

My group and I rented this property and it's sister property right next door for our trip to Galveston. We had a larger group and it was difficult to find accommodations for all of us, until we found these properties. We are all so grateful we did! Being able to walk directly from one house to another was incredibly convenient, and the proximity of the homes to local restaurants and bars was awesome. There is also a nice sort of conjoined back area between the homes that we could meet up at and hang out. These homes were perfect for us and we had an absolute blast!

It was a very interesting experience. We walked in the door and the coffee table was broken and in the corner. We unloaded our stuff and got the kids all set up in the rooms. ( That was a positive! Lots of beds and towels set out) We started a load of laundry and the next thing we find was poop and toliet paper coming up into the shower. The toilet wouldn't flush as well. I tried calling the number VRBO gave us for the rental but it just went to a voicemail. This is truly not right. We had no where to go to the bathroom and the smell of poop coming through. I am so shocked that their is not a person on call if you have so many properties. One worker stopped by but said he didn't have the equipment to fix it. The next guy who stopped by was great and got the place unclogged. He was very polite and helpful. We never got a follow up call. We actually were only able to get help via text , which is kind of rude. We ended up cleaning the poop out of the shower.
