The property is gorgeous and perfectly accommodated our party of 8. Short walk to the streetcar. Close enough to the heart of downtown / French Quarter area, but just far enough to be free of the hustle and bustle of it all. Neighborhood is under transition and at first appearance seemed a bit sketchy but we felt very safe once we settled in and had no issues. Also, great communication with property manager.

We had 9 guests stay in the house for 3 nights. The owners of the property communicated quickly leading up to and during our stay. Access to the house was very easy as we were provided a code the morning of our stay. We were even able to check in early, although this was not guaranteed. The house was clean, in good condition, air-conditioning worked well, pool was heated, and the house came with toiletries and cooking supplies. The location of the house is walking distance from St. Charles, but you will need an uber/lyft or street car to access most areas of the city. There was construction taking place adjacent to the house, but this was not a bother as we were not home much during the day. I would recommend this house to any large group looking for a reliable place to stay in New Orleans.

This property was everything and more! It is very clean and every room is nice. The pool area was a favorite gathering place for our group and it is even heated for winter months. It is in between Magazine and the French Quarter making access to either easy! I would recommend this home to any family or large group. It has everything you will need! Huge shout out to Sidney and Nicholas for the speedy response to questions and accommodating our needs. Thank you!

We gathered here from both coasts for a family gathering. The property was immaculate and we'll appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of pillows. The towels were plentiful and of high quality. The heated swimming pool was especially appreciated by our 4 year old. Even when the weather was slightly cool, the pool was a wonderful place for her to play. The outdoor space was lovely and welcoming with flowering plants, comfortable furniture, and a privacy fence. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive when we had questions. The construction in the area was not especially bothersome during the hours we spent at the house. The 2 block walk to the trolley stop was sometimes affected with debris but it's clear that this area is going to be clean and beautiful once the buildings are completed. The location was a 15 minute (or fewer) minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family joined us for 5 days at this property for our wedding. The home and rooms looked just like they did on the website. Very contemporary. The home was clean, spacious and had all the amenities listed, including a lovely pool area. The one thing I would recommend is that trash cans be placed in each of the bathrooms. The location was convenient to downtown and uptown activities. It's clear that the home is located in a neighborhood that's in transition. The one major downside was the construction work that began early in the morning during the weekdays and even on the Saturday morning of our stay. I'm sure that within a year this situation will be different. The property manager and owner were extremely attentive when the upstairs AC went out. They saw to it that the AC was repaired the next morning. Quite impressive given that NOLA was experiencing higher than normal temperatures for that time of the year. We'd stay at another of this property owners homes in NOLA and would stay at this one again once the construction has completed. Thanks.
