Ruim, nieuw en modern appartement met alle comfort!

Heel mooi ruim appartement met alle moderne comfort. Heel fijn om er te verblijven. Het voelt echt als ‘thuis’ Ook gemakkelijk om een eigen autostaanplaats te hebben. En het zwembad maakte het helemaal af.

Weinig of niets op aan te merken. Als je tijdens je verblijf over een auto beschikt, ben je in een tiental minuten in het centrum. Maar anders is het wat veraf.

Toilettenpapier sehr schlecht. Zerfällt in der Hand. Zu wenig Liegen und Platz für alle Hotelzimmer. Ein Familie reicht und der Pool ist belegt.

Nice place, but noisy (kindergarten, neighbors) & paper-thin walls.

The apartments are spacious and clean, providing amenities like a washing machine, Netflix, and more. On the plus side, parking is easy and there are a few shops nearby.

It is important to note that apartment 103 is located right next to a kindergarten, and the walls are quite thin. So, if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with long mornings sleeping in, this might not be the best place for you. The building is also located in a bit of an awkward spot. On the one hand, it is close to the highway, which is convenient. On the other hand, it is quite far from the city center. If you are just looking for a place to pull over for the night, then this location might be fine for you. But if you want to explore Limassol, then this building is too far from the action.

Stylisches Appartement in Limassol

Sehr neues Appartement, tolle Terrasse mit einem schönen Ausblick. Pool auf dem Dach - sehr nett. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Lediglich Mückengitter vor den Fenstern fehlen.

Nachbarshunde bellen dauerhaft.

good for families . Good value for money but with minor things it can be excellent

The facility is very well designed. Very spacious and comfortable The acoustics are really good. So one can stay in the living room and one can sleep.

I think it was missing basic things like cleaning detergents, washing detergents for washing machine and for dishwasher. Even they had only one extra toilet paper in the bathroom… so we needed to go and buy those basic stuff ( salt and pepper, oil, detergent , paper for kitchen and etc..) Sleeping on the sofa bed is not comfortable as you can turn the light off 100% because of sun light The pillows are very basic and not comfortable

Nice apartment (if you're able to find it)

Spacious and clean apartment with everything you need, comfortable beds

It was really difficult to find the place, all the Booking coordinates are not correct. The staff sent me the instructions prior, but it was not obvious where too look, we were only able to find it after placing coordinates from a pdf file by hand to the maps 🙈 and as it was already late, we couldn't reach the staff. Also we couldn't find the pool, apparently the door was locked and the staff couldn't help us here either.

Apartament bardzo przestrzenny z dużym tarasem, cudownym widokiem na okolice, pokoje czyste z prywatnymi łazienkami. Kuchnia całkowicie wyposażona, niedaleko Lidl.

Big & comfortable apartment located in a great location!

Very big & comfortable apartment with just about everything you’d need for cooking & cleaning. Hosts were exceptional in helping with check-in & out! Everything was clean and we have a great stay!

Agréable séjour !

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la situation géographique de notre appartement (10min en taxi du centre). Celui-ci était spacieux et extrêmement propre. La literie était très confortable et nous avions tout le nécessaire pour notre week end. Etant venus en avion, nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y ai des serviettes de bains, gel douche etc... La terrasse est vraiment un plus, spacieuse et sécurisée. Si nous devions revenir à Chypre, nous sélectionnerons très certainement cet appartement !

Nous sommes arrivées assez tard en raison de notre vol, je devais recevoir les informations pour accéder à l'appartement par mail mais je n'ai rien reçu. Après 1h à chercher, je suis parvenu à télécharger un document mais je n'ai pas pu le lire sur mon smartphone... L'assistance n'était plus disponible à partir de 20h, j'ai été redirigée via une plateforme anglaise qui a pu m'aider à avoir le code d'ouverture de la porte principale ainsi que le code qui ouvre l'appartement.

Apartament bardzo komfortowy i nowy. Wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach. Basen czynny nawet w lutym;)

Odległość od morza. Spacerem to około 45 minut.ale.apartament mieścił się w spokojnej dzielnicy.

Ottima vacanza, facilitata dalla sistemazione, funzionale per una famiglia.

Ottima struttura. Pulita, organizzata, moderna. Forse un pò lontana dalle zone turistiche più interessanti di Limassol e dal mare. La consiglio vivamente. Soddisfatto in pieno di questa esperienza. Peccato che non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina e dei servizi sull'attico del palazzo in quanto siamo stati in inverno.

דירה חדשה ונקייה

דירה חדשה, הכל ממש נקי, יש חניה בבניין. יש בריכה על הגג. ניתן לתקשר עם השירות בווצאפ, בפועל לוקחים מפתח מתיבה ליד הדלת ונותנים קוד לפתיחת הדלת החיצונית. יש 2 סופרים ממש גדולים במרחק 5 דקות נסיעה.

לא קשור לדירה אלא למיקום עצמו. זה באמצע שכונת מגורים ככה ששומעים הכל אפילו אם יש חלונות כפולים. בבתים ליד גרים אנשים עם כלבים שלא מפסיקים לנבוח, אחרים עושים שיפוצים. בנוסף שמענו כל יום את השכנים מהדירה הסמוכה מזיזים רהיטים. אז לקחת בחשבון שלא כל כ שקט.

Moderne Penthouse-Wohnung mit viel Komfort, großer Terrasse und tollem Blick vom Dach-Pool!

Die hohen Räume und die smarte Technik waren sehr komfortabel. Die Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer war außerordentlich schön. Jedes Zimmer hatte eine komfortables und modernes Badezimmer dabei. Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Kleines, aber feines Rooftop-Pool.

Fenster im westseitigen Badezimmer war undicht. Hat hineingeregnet. Die Adresse im Voucher hat Google Maps nicht gefunden. Der Pin ist ebenfalls falsch gesetzt. Nur der Link in den Welcome-Unterlagen hat gepasst.

We liked that it was new & had everything we needed

Unfortunately the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, so although we booked for 8 people, I would say it comfortably suits only 6,
