Do not stay here

Staff were helpful. At least no roaches. Location near university belt doesn't have many choices

Do not stay here! Not up to international standards.Old, worn out rooms, no toilet seat in first 2 rooms they showed me, no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or water. Biggest problem is incessant honking and jeepney roars from Espana Blvd. Do not believe the positive reviews.

Rooms for Improvement

Just near the U Belt and other commercial bldgs. So many restos and fastfoods around.

For the price, it's not worth it. Old and dirty rooms and amenities. We stayed there for almost a week with hopes of seeing some improvements as requested, but I cannot really let it pass. One incident, I requested to fix the connection of cable signal to the TV, one service guy just said their fixing something and didn't come back. The next morning, I asked for it again. Another guy came and checked the setup and said he'd return. That was just on our 3rd day stay. He didn't attemp to come back or at least called our room for updates until we checked out. The street noise also peeks loudly though the room. Unbearable if you want a good night rest or sleep. I just pray they can improve entirely the hotel.

Great room with good AC cooling

The room was really nice and quiet. One thing that I really loved is that its quiet with good AC cooling. Im really sensitive when it comes to sleeping and Im so glad that I was able to get good quality of sleep here

Attentive and super mababait na mga staff

My partner and I had a very decent and comfortable stay. Staff are all nice and really attentive. If there are special requests , they will ensure to deliver them immediately.

Aside from room cleanliness, the building is also well maintained. The staff has been doing a great job in maintaining the hotel. They are also very polite and helpful. They will not complaint instead, they will ensure that we are super comfortable.

Approachable and very accommodating staff.

We did not sleep well because the noise outside heard inside the room. Blowing of horns, sounds of the ambulance, and motorcycle loud exhaust sounds

Great rate for only 1500 considering the location

For its location, the rate of 1500 is such a perfect deal. Staff are accommodating too. We got here a bit early and we were instantly accommodated. Check out was so smooth too. Love this place a lot.

Simple room with complete amenities

We were given such a clean and good smelling room. The size was decent and they have electric kettle too. Very useful specially because we always have coffee or tea . pwede din mag borrow ng amenities if ever may kailangan

For the rate which is only around 1500, very very affordable.

I saw other hotels within the area is a bit expensive na kaya when we saw that they only offer around 1500, I booked it immediately. Got 1 room for me and my partner and then the second room was for my parents . For this travel, hindi masakit sa bulsa.
