The photos of this place are accurate, and the size was perfect for our family group at a recent wedding. However, the microwave oven was inoperable, which is wholly unacceptable! The house appeared to be clean upon arrival, but we found long strands of black hair throughout the place (on bedspread, kitchen floor, and on "clean" plate in the cupboard). We reached out to management several times, and no accommodation was offered (other than repeated, computer-generated "offers" to tack on an additional night's stay at a 50% discount. There are no provisions for an early arrival or a place to leave bags after the 10:00 am checkout. The place is filled with cheap, uncomfortable, wobbly furniture. Ironing board was broken. No remote control for the living room TV. We didn't end up needing the bunkbeds, but they appeared to be very unstable. I cannot imagine them sustaining the weight of any anyone heavier that 60 lbs., but I wouldn't let a child sleep in them either.

This property exceeded my expectations. It was very functional and well kept. I would certainly stay here again. They do have it documented throughout the house that they offer 50% off for an extra day. I didn’t realize this was in lieu of a late check out. We asked for a late check out and were told no because of “a tight cleaning schedule” but then were offered to stay an extra day for 50% off. That was confusing to me, but we just had to wake up extra early to be out on time. I would still rate the home 5 stars because communication was quick and I have no complaints about the house.

Improvements/Concerns: Mirrors needed in bdrms upstairs since the bthrm mirror is almost unusable because of sloped ceiling, more kitchen towels (we left a towel there we bought because was only one on site), also left a small & lge rubber spatula there we purchased, rug in front hallway had nothing under it to keep it from slipping (We rolled it up & set it aside during our stay), no luggage racks or furniture to set luggage on (leaving only the floor & having to bend over).
Property was clean, air conditioning worked well. Property management staff was very helpful. Our group was 6 adults, 4 teenage boys, and 1 girl (8 yr old sister to the boys). We were attending a wedding & festivities prior to the wedding.

Nice home. This was a group of 5 guys attending the US Open and playing golf nearby. Easy enough to get Ubers each night. Beds were comfortable and the den was large enough for 5 guys to watch TV at night.

Clean and up to date house. Perfect for our family wedding weekend.

Good sized rooms, 3 bathrooms (1 Jack and Jill upstairs) plenty sleeping spaces. It really can sleep 16.
For that number it would be good to leave enough cleaning stuff out - laundry soap, and dishwashing for the high numbers of guests (not that we had as many).
The host contact was prompt in responding to my enquiries. That was helpful indeed

The bedrooms and living space were well accommodating. However, the kitchen was ill-equipped and very small for a large family. Cooking meals was not attainable in this kitchen. Other than that the house was perfect.

Disappointed. We were greeted with tons of outdoor trash from previous renter. Notified company and they addressed a few days later. House was in the middle of a working class neighborhood. Neighbors did not seem happy they had a rental unit in their court. Kitchen was not cleaned properly. VRBO photos were a bit deceptive. .
