Staff was nice.
The restaurant and bar have been closed since Covid. They didn't sell water. Ice machines only work on two floors. In a 20 story building, there is only one elevator. It takes forever to come.

Staff was acceptable. Parking situation was decent. Water pressure in the room was great.
Elevator took 25 mins to call at one point… always took forever. Too few towels in the room. No amenities. Way too expensive for this kind of hotel room.

Some wear and tear to furniture but overall very comfortable and everything worked properly. Room wasn't ready for us but shortly after got a different room to accommodate us.
Room not ready when after 4pm already. Could hear everything from other room

Gorgeous location, friendly & helpful staff, but the hotel is in such a neglected state...was told it was soon to close and management just didn't care.
Filthy carpeting, worn out furniture, filthy windows with hand marks on them, no restaurant, snack foods for included breakfast, only one working elevator for almost 20floors, THE PRICE for this rundown place!

The beds were very comfortable
Bathroom space was very small & only had one working elevator

The tub was stopped up but it was quickly fixed. Fourth floor looked like it had an abandoned car.

Bed bugs.

Location location location. Very conveniently located to everything I needed to be near. The guest room was nice and the bed comfortable, but overall very, very basic.
Apparently there was only ONE guest elevator available to serve the entire high rise building. The wait seem to be extraordinarily long, and when it did finally arrive it was generally already full.

There was not a single thing that I liked about this property. The property is filthy, dilapidated and run down. Only one elevator works, event the service elevator is broken. The result was long delays for the elevator.

Great location, close to all kinds of food and attractions.
Hotel definitely dated, carpet in hallways were soiled and stained. Bathroom was extremely tiny, tough to get room cooled of in the afternoon.

There wasn't breakfast and the restaurant was closed down
The bathrooms are a little tight especially when you have a broad shouldered husband

Nothing.
This hotel is meant to be torn down in near future. Value is not good. Very worn. Air conditioning was very loud and still loud after requesting repair. Wallpaper falling off walls in bathroom. Outlet in bathroom did not work - requested repair. Carpets and furniture stained and worn. Booked for 3 nights and checked out after one night.

The location is great...within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Saw nothing when making the reservation about the rooftop bar being closed. We had looked forward to a drink overlooking the city at the end of the day. The room rate did not reflect this change, either!
The coffee maker in our room didn't work. We came in from a day on the town, up to the eighth floor, only to discover that our room key wasn't working. I expected more.

Awesome location. Walking distance to a lot of things.
Black mold in the bathroom, possible leak in the wet wall, and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from the window was lovely. The staff was exceptional.
Hotel parking was not free. Only 1 elevator out of 2 worked. My towel rack broke when I hung my towel. The room was old and dingy. There was no hot breakfast.

one elevator and took forever just to get down stairs, was near the top floor. literally was faster to get to the lobby using the stairs instead of the elevator.

the location is great - close to the venue we were there for a show. we’ve been here before and had good experience with the staff as well.
it’s an older property and could use some updates. one working elevator, the bell cart had a flat tire making it harder than if we had just carried our bags and the mattress could use replacing but general comfort was fine for the night. the costs had increased significantly from the last time we were there.

The location in downtown and nice places to eat next door, made it all worth it. Old hotel in need of renovation. Friendly staff but old building. The beds were comfortable. Large rooms sunny and good city views with accommodating staff.
Small bathroom, no fridges, closed restaurant on premises, old stained carpets, and old stained, broken chairs in the room. Price too high for the quality received. We had to change rooms because it was used and uncleaned.

The location is great, we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants and activities. The room we had was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff during check in was great and explained everything, and that's where the good experience stopped.
Quite possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. There was only 1 functioning elevator for 20 floors. I know things out of their control happen, but this is one of the busiest weekends of the year, so they should've put a bit more effort into getting it fixed in a timely manner. Some buttons didn't even work so you would have to stop on a floor above or below and take the stairs. Getting in and out would take a minimum of 10 minutes.
The room needed a lot of work. The bed was worn down and sunken in the middle. The furniture was torn and ripped. The wall around the floor was falling apart. The bathroom was incredibly small. I had to step behind the toilet or into the shower in order to close the door. We happened to have stayed a particularly windy night and every single time the wind blew the windows would rattle horribly. It woke me up many times throughout the night.
We requested some clean towels one night from the front desk and they said they'd be right up with them, after 30 minutes we called again asking for the towels and they again said they'll bring them up immediately. After waiting another 30 minutes, we had to go down to the front desk to get the towels ourselves.
Not the hotel's fault, but there is a train station very close by that blows its horn for minutes at a time all hours of the day and night so it's a horrible erratic alarm clock. There are also a few bars that play loud music late into the night, we were able to clearly hear the music from our room on the 14th floor.
Parking wasn't bad but it was very expensive.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It's location doesn't make up for all its other many issues.

Staff was nice, and location was good
The hotel was CLEARLY ran down. The wall paper was coming off the walls, no hand soap provided in the room. BOTH elevators were out of order so walking to the 6th floor in a not well lit stair case was FUN… notttt! Thankfully it was only one night, if it had been a longer stay I would have left and went to a different hotel. ALSO you had to pay to park in the attached parking garage of the hotel. I’ve NEVER stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide a parking pass with the stay.
