Full guest access with a private entrance, emphasizing privacy and ease.
While there's no outdoor space included with the unit, the beauty of the local neighborhood as well as Denver's parks, trails, and mountains are all within your reach, inviting you to explore the great outdoors. Note the thoughtful addition of new egress windows in each bedroom, enhancing light, airflow, and safety.
King Bedroom: Drift into dreams on a plush King size memory foam mattress, enjoy the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and store your belongings in the cedar closet.
Queen Bedroom (Schitt's Creek inspired room): Dive into the whimsical world of the "Rosebud Motel" complete with a memory foam mattress and a desk for your personal use. (definitely more comfortable than what you see in the show!)

The property met our expectations. Great location which worked well for our family of 5 adults. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, including Empower field. Host was accessible and responsive which was greatly appreciated.

Could not have been better. Stayed for Morgan Wallen concert and it was a 30 minute walk and a 10 minute lime ride to Mile High stadium! 6 blocks from Highlands area with great shops and loved tacos, tequila and whiskey restaurant. Had great food and atmosphere. The unit was super clean and very well appointed! Julie (host) was amazing and VERY responsive and super friendly. Could not have asked for more. Perfect stay for our family!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were no glitches. It was very convenient to everywhere that we wanted to visit during our stay.

Great location to downtown Denver (less than 10 minutes). Parking right next to property.
Julie had great communication - letting us know about the property, what to expect, send recommendations. I had some trouble getting in but her husband and her handled it right away.
The house has such fun decor and SO many extras. Board games, lots of towels, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, toiletries in both bathrooms (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand wash). They even had laundry detergent for the washer - I always appreciate this when renting a vacation property.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will stay again next time we're in Denver!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was comfortable and centrally located — It was easy to navigate to all of the attractions, including the Red Rocks.
Julie was a great host. Communication was helpful and timely.

Julie was an excellent host. I was always able to get in touch with her with any questions regarding our stay. The location is great! It's a short walk to Sloan lake. I highly recommend staying at the property. 😊

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be in a nice downtown location that was very clean and quiet with lots of charm. The owners were very accommodating and responsive.

4 adults stayed for a long weekend in Denver to visit other family members. The location was perfect for us and the garden apartment was super cute with comfy couch, beds and tons of towels, which was a first!

Stayed 2 nights with some friends because we had tickets to an Avalanche game. The place was just as advertised. Had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Denver.

Property was great for an extended stay in Denver. The images and descriptions provided are accurate; what you see is exactly what you get. Clean property and stocked with the basics you might need (toilet paper, shampoo, TONS of towels, etc). The full kitchen and in-unit laundry is a huge plus for longer stays. Close enough to the action but far enough away to still enjoy peace and quiet at night. The lake nearby is beautiful. There's also a lot of interactive stuff in the unit like craft materials, a public whiteboard, and a record player. Parking was never an issue either. I see some reviews here mentioning a smoke smell. I did not get a whiff of this as of January 2024. If you're looking for an affordable place that has everything you need, I wouldn't look further.

We had a wonderful stay. Family in the area was having a baby shower, and we out-of-towners needed a close place to stay that met the needs of all age ranges. My mom loved the place and the easy access shower it provided her. All of us loved the decor an comfortable couch!

I stayed here with my mom and sister for a long weekend! The location was perfect and in a safe neighborhood 😊

We were looking for a place not too far from downtown for a girls' weekend trip. We chose this place for its location and amenities. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with enough eateries within walking distance and downtown Denver within a short driving distance. While the property is clean and well maintained, there is the lingering smell of smoke from the previous owner of the property. The smell is evident when entering the house each time but eventually becomes less noticeable over time. While most of the group was able to tolerate the smell, it can be problematic for anyone who is sensitive to smoking. Despite the lingering smell, the rental is ideal for a small group who prefers to be out and about exploring the area.

Our stay was tainted by the smell of smoke from arrival until we washed our clothes upon returning home. The rooms were fine. The space was adequate. There were ample towels. Climate controls are only on the 2nd floor where the owners live. To change the temperature you have to contact the property owner. Despite all of the “No Smoking” signage throughout the space, it appears there’s a smoking problem. We won’t book again due to the smoke issue. It was especially bad at the front door, but that might have just been the transition point between clean air and the cigarette smoke smell.

Overall good. Needs some air flow.

Property was perfect for our three-night weekend stay for a family wedding. Unit was just as described and accommodated our family of four adults perfectly. Unit is small but seems larger. The location was only 10 minutes from the downtown wedding events and close to the trendy Sloan Lake park, restaurants, etc. You must walk to Edgewater Public Market and eat! All the restaurants are amazing. The Black Box Bakery is a must for an assortment of croissants. Host, Julie, was very helpful throughout even making recommendations when we decided we should board our dog for a couple days. Highly recommend.

We were in Denver for 4 nights and we got so lucky picking this apartment. Everything was exactly as you see it in the pictures. The homeowners thought of everything and we did not have to get anything (like toilet paper, toiletries, etc.). Julie was very responsive any time I e-mailed her with questions. The location was very convenient. I would highly recommend this apt and if we're ever back in Denver, we would definitely stay there again.
We usually stay at rentals vs hotels when we go on a vacation with friends and the overall consensus was that this was one of the best properties we've stayed.

Host was helpful in recovering some forgotten items.

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend while attending a three night concert series at Red Rocks. It was a perfect match for us. Location was excellent- a short drive to Red Rocks and a very short drive to downtown Denver for brunches and great nightlife. We also found an amazing bakery close by as well as other yummy restaurants and fun shops. The property was clean and offered ample space and amenities for our needs. Parking was super easy on the street right next to the entrance. The only thing we didn’t care for was the slightly musty smell. However we understand this is to be expected with a lower level in an older house that previously allowed smoking. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. After a few minutes in the house it’s hardly noticeable. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We had 2 families staying here for softball. Cute quaint little place. The owners were very accessible to us and quick to respond. Very close to downtown and pretty centralized for all the different complexes we played in. The place was very clean and fit our needs well.

We had a wonderful stay in Denver. This was a wonderful location in a beautiful community. This house was only a 20 minute walk to the Mile High Stadium if you are in town for a concert or football. The owners were always available and quickly answered all questions. We highly recommend this location.

First time visiting Denver and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and well decorated. Love the schitts creek room! Beds were comfortable and location was great. We were able to walk to empower field and drive to many local hikes. Definitely recommend it

The location of the home is wonderful. Close to everything. The home worked well for our stay. There was plenty of space for us. The only complaints would be that the king bed was so squeaky we couldn't move without waking up each other! Since the owners live upstairs there was some noise off & on which was no big deal but the 6am wake up call Saturday we could have lived without. Overall our visit to Denver was great!

We had such a fun girls trip. The house was perfect for our group of 5. The place has such cute decorations and is comforting and the location is amazing!
