The Location
Located in one of Cincinnati’s most charming and picturesque neighborhoods, Queen of the Queen City is nestled in the laid-back hills of Mount Adams. This neighborhood’s high elevation provides beautiful, expansive views over Downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River, while boasting a unique mix of casual taverns and live music bars all within a leisurely stroll. Just steps from the front door you will enter Eden Park with a view of Cincinnati PlayHouse in The Park (cincyplay.com), which hosts a variety of plays and musical experiences. If high art is on your list to explore while staying in Cincinnati you are in luck as the Cincinnati Art Museum (cincinnatiartmuseum.org) is just behind the PlayHouse as you pass Seasongood Pavilion. Eden Park landmarks also include Hinkle Magnolia Garden, Krohn Conservatory, and Mirror Lake. Enjoy the beautiful landscape with walking trails throughout.
Beyond Mt Adams
Head downtown to visit popular attractions like the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Cincinnati Reds Ballpark. Beyond this area, there’s still so much more to explore. My family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. There was plenty of space and the house was well kept and clean. Bars and restaurants were within walking distance, and it was located next to a park. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place in a lovely historic district. We had a great time!

Absolutely a wonderful home for our short stay in Cincinnati. Mt Adams is close to just about everything in and around the city. A perfect place to come back to every night. Most important thing, beds are very comfortable! Grand Welcome texted and emailed prior to arrival, day of arrival and prior to leaving. The personal text on arrival was completely unexpected but very appreciated. It just made me feel like someone truly cared about making our stay as comfortable as seemingly possible. Overall, we will definitely use GW and this property again if available. Lastly, some things to consider when visiting Cincy. Skyline Chili, The Hitching Post (Fried Chicken), Donatos Pizza (Hawaiian), and Graeters Ice Cream (anything with chip in the name). Reds baseball, the Creation Museum, The Ark Encounter, Louisville Slugger Museum, Findlay Marketplace, Newport Aquarium, and National Underground RR Freedom Center. All fantastic places to spend some time.

Our group of 6 ladies stayed for the weekend to celebrate a 60th Birthday. The house is charming and in a great area. The house is comfortable, the beds and linens are nice. We stayed in on Friday and ate dinner at the house. We brought food, there could be more lkitchen items in the house, though we made it work.
Good, hot showers. Nice place. Thank you.

This is a must stay home! Beautiful and perfect central location!

Everything was nice and clean. The only downfall for us was that the stairs are steep and not child friendly. It would have been nice to have a baby gate. Some internet issues but resolved quickly. Beds nice and comfy and allowed for a good nights sleep.

The house was spacious and clean. Great location in Mount Adams and close to the wedding venue we were attending. Only a couple of caveats: with the size of the place (up to 6 adults), the kitchen could have used more serving dishes (none to speak of) and utensils. Also, the day before checkout we requested a later checkout but were denied even an extra hour. The 10:00 checkout was a bit challenging to pack up six adults. But otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The Mount Adams area is a walkable and safe place to stay. We were here to visit family, who live nearby. The home is very spacious and homey and is equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal (minus the food part). The beds are firm but comfortable. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs here from getting into the home itself as well as a nice finished basement and upstairs bedrooms. The only drawback we had was the street parking-if you get parked before 5:30 you will probably be close, but after that...you may be blocks away. This is a very common problem in this area, though, and not the fault of the owners. I just thought I'd mention it in case anyone has issues with parking and walking.
We'd highly recommend this rental and will consider again when we're in the area next time.

We had a great time in Mt Adam's, the place was in a great location and very clean and comfortable.

The location was very nice and the house had a ton of character. There was just a lot of dust throughout and agitated our allergies. Especially in the basement which is when we noticed the vent near the floor that was caked in a thick amount of dust. Other than this it would have been perfect!

The house is super cute and beds are comfy. We loved the area that it was located in - quiet and relaxing. We did experience some hiccups upon checking in, but the contact was speedy about taking care of the hiccups. Just an FYI for future stays, the steps are steep so be careful with your littles and the kitchen items to cook and serve with are very minimal in quantity and size. Other than that, if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing area, this house is located in one.

Well equipped unit, easy access to nearby attractions. (We went to the ark encounter and creation museum both with in 40 min drive )
property manager very prompt in responding to any questions or needs.

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with amenities close by. Beds, linens were quite nice and kitchen amply supplied. A few minor items that management can address: facial tissue, bath mat for upstairs, better window covering in east bedroom. Also, stairs are steep and narrow so beware! Otherwise an utterly charming location that will invite you back. See you next time!

Just a short walk to local restaurants, bars and shops. The home was clean and cute! Comfy beds, lots of space and everything you need. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure!
