Welcome to our Beach Home!
Beach & boardwalk just steps away! No need to drive anywhere if you stay at our Beach Home.
We have made this home to feel like a cozy & comfortable retreat. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise!
• 5 min walk to many great restaurants, shops & recently renovated Ventnor Square Theatre.
• 1.5 miles to Atlantic City Casinos!
This home is a Duplex. Meaning there are 2 separate units.
Unit 1 is our ground floor unit of the house. (home all on 1 level)
Unit 2 is the main unit of the house (consists of 3 floors).
UNIT 1
• Entry is on street level. You will have to step down about 2 steps when entering the home, but once inside the home is all on one level.
• Bedroom 1- Queen bed with dresser
• Bedroom 2- 2 Queen beds with a dresser in the room.
• Newly updated kitchen + living space area.
• 1 Full Bathroom
UNIT 2
FIRST FLOOR
• Beautiful outdoor deck with a table, chairs and a sitting lounge.
• When you walk into the home, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan.
• Pool table, kitchen, dining room & family room.
• Right of the main doorway is a sunroom sitting area with access to the front porch (sliding doors).
• Back door access & small nook off the side of the kitchen to put beach towels, shoes, coolers, etc.
• From the dining room there is a door that goes to the deck that includes an outdoor sitting bar with stools and a gas grill.
• Half bathroom
• Laundry room
2ND FLOOR
• You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor.
• To the LEFT is a bedroom with 2 queen size bunk beds (4 queen beds) + closet + dresser. This bedroom has an adjoining Jack & Jill full bathroom with the bedroom below.
• Bedroom with 2 queen beds + closet + dresser
• Half bathroom
• To the RIGHT of stairs is a lounge area with a refrigerator bar area & futon that sleeps 1. (The lounge area is accessible to the spacious second balcony.).
• In the lounge area, to the left is a door to the Master suite with walk in closet + newly renovated Master bathroom + king bed.
3RD FLOOR
• You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the third floor.
• Closet with washer & dryer.
• Left of the stairs is a bedroom with 1 queen bed + 1 full bed + closet + dresser
• Middle room has 2 queen beds + closet + dresser
• Right side of 3rd floor is a Queen suite with 1 bed & a futon + closet + dresser
•The queen suite has sliding doors to a deck overlooking a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and Ventnor city.
• Full bathroom.
Entire space of Unit 1 (ground floor unit) and Unit 2 (main house unit), is included in this rental.
Please remember our home is in a residential area. Be respectful at all times and be mindful of quiet hours.

North Beach is the section of Ventnor that runs from Jackson Avenue (Atlantic City border) to the North side of Surrey Avenue, from the beach to the bay.
North Beach is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.
* Beach is 200 steps from house, boardwalk is 150 steps and can walk to Margate to the right and AC to the left.
* Full playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and sand volleyball to the right off the board walk.
* Farmer's market every Friday 8am-12pm.
Travel to Atlantic City by jumping on the Jitney. The Jitney is Atlantic City’s long-running, primary form of public transportation. You can ride the Jitney from one end of Atlantic City to the other for a low fare.
If you fancy traveling at a slower pace during the weekend, take a bike ride on the beachfront in Ventnor, New Jersey, which connects to the Atlantic City boardwalk.
Uber & Lyft are also great options to check out at show in Atlantic City, or to visit Lucy the Elephant in Margate!
PARKING
Only street parking available. We will provide 4 parking passes that can be used. If not returned or lost upon checkout, there will be a fee of $300 per pass.
FIREPLACE
Unfortunately the fireplace on the 1st floor family room is out of order.
BEACH BADGES
Beach badges are needed from Memorial day to Labor day.
Unit 1: 3 badges will be in this unit.
Unit 2: 12 badges & 2 senior badges will be in this unit.
Extra beach badges can be purchased by any beach badge checker.
If any badge is not returned or lost upon checkout, there will be a fee of $70 per badge.
SUPPLIES
We provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, hand soap & dish soap.
Guests will need provide your own shampoo, conditioner & bath soap.
TV
There are TV's in every bedroom, living room area's and the game room.
All of our Tv's are Smart Tv's. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
TRASH
Trash day is Monday. If you are staying overnight on Sunday night, we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by pulling the trash bins to the curb Sunday night or early Monday morning.

INFANTS/CHILDREN
We welcome kids of all ages. Unfortunately we do not have any infant/ child supplies, so you will have to provide your own.
AIR CONDITIONING
Unit 1: Central AC & Heat.
Unit 2: First floor has 3 wall units. 2nd & 3rd floor has thermostats to control the central air.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person.
All guests need to confirm the number of people that will be on our property at all times.
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from a local resident.
• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.

Perfect place to a getaway weekend near the beach and Atlantic city

Pros: Cleanliness and communication. The property is well-managed. The property manager is very communicative and easy to get in touch with if anything's needed. The space was also cleaned better than most rentals I've stayed in. Also was a nice convenience to have key-code access to both units so nobody had to worry about a key.
Cons: Just perplexing how some portions of the home were nicely re-done while other potions were either cheaply re-done or desperately in need of some TLC (most notably the third floor shower and and also the creepy entry-way to the basement unit.)
I find it more and more common for vacation rentals to be cutting corners in the renovation or furnishing of homes to get em on the market as cheaply as possible while ensuring there's a few rooms that photograph well and this house is no different.

Beautiful place,beach,location. Would def. Come back…sleeping arrangements were a bit funky but we were all family so it worked out.
