Enjoy a cup of coffee on the cozy front porch enveloped in the beautiful landscaping with a view of Collier Park. Enjoy a steamy shower in the brand new luxury bathroom with a rain shower head and coastal views. Watch a signature OB sunset on the upstairs balcony with bay views. Sweat it out in the outdoor PRIVATE SAUNA that can hold up to 3 people. Relax at night with a glass of wine by the fire in the fenced in backyard.

This property was renovated with luxury finishings that are stylish and functional. Walking in you will enter an open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's dream with brand new stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space to create a beautiful meal. The kitchen comes FULLY STOCKED with cooking essentials, coffee and tea (both local!). Enjoy dinner or coffee at the built in dining nook or breakfast bar alongside the kitchen.

The living room includes a sofa bed and Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock and more!

Downstairs near the kitchen is one bedroom with a queen bunk bed and a bathroom with Toto bidet, tub and shower. Also, a stackable LG washer and dryer will be available for use during your stay.

The fenced in backyard is a wonderful place to relax with a propane fire pit, beautiful landscaping and string lights. There is a doggy door so your dog can easily access the artificial turf outside.

The upstairs master suite is truly special! The room has beautiful natural light coming in all day with a view of the sunrise and sunset. There is a fireplace with an electric log you can turn on for a cozy night in and a Smart TV. Sliding glass door will lead you to a large balcony with beautiful bay views. Enjoy outdoor dining on the large table while watching the sunset. If you catch it at the right time you can watch the fireworks from Sea World while lounging on the comfy daybed. The bathroom oozes luxury with a rain shower head and coastal and sunset views. Taking a luxe shower while watching the sunset is ultimate vacay vibes. Enjoy a king bed and walk-in closet!

Outside under the car port you will have access to a private wood sauna with a 3 person capacity! There is parking available for one car in the driveway and ample street parking. If you drive a Tesla or EV - you are in luck because there is an EV outlet you can use during your stay!

This house was designed with the environment in mind. The property is fully electric with brand new solar panels - it is CARBON NEGATIVE! All of our cleaning products are toxic free and our business model is rooted in sustainability.

GUESTS WITH DOGS:

Two dogs maximum! If you bring a dog you are required to pay a $100 pet fee.

We love dogs and have two furry children of our own. We please ask you respect our home if you bring your dog. Don't allow your dog to chew on our furniture or scratch the hardwood floors and please clean up after your dog before you leave.

If you need a crate, we can happily arrange to bring one over for you.

GUESTS WITH CHILDREN:

There is a Pack 'n Play and high chair in the guest room closet. There are stairs in the home, so a baby gate can be provided if requested as well.

GUESTS WITH NOISE SENSITIVITIES

This home is close to the San Diego airport. While we do not find the noise excessive in our neighborhood, other people may be more sensitive to the airplane noise. There will be no noise between the hours of 11:30pm and 6:30am. Our home is equipped with high quality windows that block the sound very well, but it will be louder outside while the planes are at a climbing altitude after take-off. We also provide sound machines for each room during your stay.
