We have stayed I. Dozens of VRBOs, and this one is top rate! Location is great for walkers, house is well appointed with essentials, and if. Decor. Beds are comfy. Host is next door and attentive to any need, but not intrusive in any way. We will be back!

Stayed here with my sister and 90+ year old mother while we enjoyed several OSF performances. Since mom is wheelchair bound, this 1-story, 3 BR home was perfect for us. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub! Very responsive host!

Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Perfect relaxing outdoor space.

The inside is perfectly represented by the photos the host chose, and the back yard is more spacious and accommodating than I expected. I definitely recommend this spot if you're here for a weekend or longer. Downtown is super close, depending on your mobility level is walkable. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing! Overall this was a great spot to stay!

We had a lovely stay in this VRBO. It was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Baths were quite adequate-except no bodywash/soap for showers. Kitchen was nicely furnished with all we needed. I loved having the Keurig and coffee ready for coffee the first morning.
We were able to use the Smart TV to watch women's college softball world series.
The location was fantastic-very convenient to downtown Ashland and easy access to I5 for our trip to Mt. Shasta.
We drove through the countryside to Jacksonville for trolley tour and lunch. I was a little concerned about location at corner to Van Ness and Main--but it was one of the quietest VRBOs we have stayed in over that past several years (at least 20).
It was quite warm while we were there and a/c units had a hard time keeping house cool, but we managed with ceiling fans. Only suggestion: a curtain or shade to block the early morning sun in the middle bedroom.
I would definitely recommend this vrbo for a stay in Medford/Ashland area.

This is a very comfortable, well-appointed and pet friendly vacation rental. Pleasant indoor and outdoor spaces. 15- minute walk to downtown Ashland. Property owner is easy to work with. I would gladly stay here again! Thank you, Michael!

Our family had an amazing time staying here. We went hiking in Lithia Park, shopped in downtown Ashland, and saw plays. We were able to have a Passover Seder thanks to the well equipped kitchen and dining area. We had seven family members sleepover, and everybody slept Beautifully.
The house has fun artwork and decorations and many pieces of furniture for storage. Next time we bring swimsuits to enjoy the hot tub.

We had so much fun in Ashland! Hiking, skiing, dog walks, restaurants, and meals cooked home. This house is super close to the skate park if your kids like to skate. The back yard is dog friendly and has a hot tub and play area for kids. My teen liked the TV room to hang out and be close to the family but have his own space. There's a minimart less than a block away and we walked to town daily. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this truly charming little family home! The house was full of everything you could want to eat well, sleep well, and enjoy the company of friends and family with games or a movie night. Great location, awesome backyard for kids to play, and our host was super responsive when we needed some assistance!

Great house and neighborhood within walking distance from town. My friends and I loved the stereo and bar in the tiki room, and enjoyed the super comfortable beds. The only bummer was the hot tub had been turned off and halfway drained before we arrived and it took until the morning we had to leave to fully heat up. It was the main reason we chose the house, so not ideal. Once it was hot, however, it was fabulous and we hope to be back to enjoy it fully.

We celebrated Christmas in Ashland. The owner made sure the home was decorated for us. When there was an issue with the hot tub, he promptly had it fixed.
The house was very cute, well equipped, and conveniently located.

We just returned from a 3 night stay at this cozy, welcoming home. It’s well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and with comfortable beds - it is exactly as advertised. It was easy walking distance to all of downtown - as well as our son’s tiny apartment. We appreciated the pet friendly home as we were able to bring our dog so our whole family could spend rare time altogether. Thanks, Michael, for sharing your home; we plan to be back!

Well-equipped, convenient location. Place was appropriate for one companion with limited mobility and another with a pet. Very cute and amply equipped cooling ability. Very much enjoyed it. Our only regret is we were too busy to take advantage of the very inviting Jacuzzi . . . next time.

We were looking for a good place to stay within walking distance of the theatre and downtown.
The space was bigger than expected and had great space for all 5 of us to hang out, cook and only a 15 minute walk to the shows and restaurants.
We’re booked for a few more days in August and looking forward to our stay!
Many thanks!

We enjoyed this house. Found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked for cooking and coffee. It was clean and the spaces were nice for relaxing, the deck was especially nice in the morning. We enjoyed some of the extras like the grill, games, and yoga mats for stretching. Also a good location to walk to downtown/Lithia Park.
On 90 degree plus days it would probably be nice to have another AC unit. Only one of the bedrooms had it’s own AC.

Four seniors stayed here for three nights. The house was clean, very well supplied and a good location within walking distance of the theaters. Although we didn't bring pets it appears very pet friendly with an enclosed yard. The only negative was that there were several light bulbs that needed replacing. We would recommend it for others and would stay here again.

Fenced yard and covered deck space were great with family and dogs. House was very comfy with lovely touches throughout. We’d stay there again.
