This is our second time staying at Pine Grizzly and we'll hopefully be back soon. It's a great location close to town and skiing, with easy access to restaurants and summer hikes. The home is well appointed and cozy with plenty of space in all the rooms. Whether it's for ski season or summer hikes and biking, we love coming to this property as we start our mountain adventures.

Nice layout, private and peaceful yet close to Peak 9, restaurants and shops.

Comfortable accommodations, very well suited for our three couples. Nice location, could walk to lift, but we did a quick 2 minute drop-off each day.
Bedrooms were fine ,and 3 full baths, 2 en suite , were a plus. Comfortable living space and real nice functional kitchen, with a large dining room space and table.
Kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals. Large fridge/freezer for any storage you might have. But only had two kitchen hand towels and despite conversation with manager, more were never delivered.
While it is part of complex of condos, first floor entry from outside and very private space out the back with large evergreens. Large hot tub right out the sliding door from the living room, again very private. This was a real PLUS++ for our group!
Good quality washer and dryer. You provide your own detergent unless you are luck to have previous users leave you some.
Single car garage with parking for second car in driveway.
My only complaint was with the cleanliness of the garage.
Floor had not been cleaned in a long time with a lot of built up dirt from winter roads, and there were fast food cups and wrappers , etc strewn about . I had to clean it up before I could pull in. The unit itself was clean.

Good experience over all. We had a couple small complaints. Hot tub was not heated and ready to use upon arrival so we had to wait to use it the next day. Also one of the coffee makers didn’t work. But besides that, everything was good.

Pine Grizzly is a spacious-yet-cozy townhouse, ideal for a family ski trip. Private hot tub, cozy chairs, and fireplace all feel amazing after a day skiing.
The townhome is tucked away in a quaint neighborhood a short walk to town or even shorter drive. We drove to the Gondola one day and walked to Quicksilver chair the other; neither was a hassle (though watch out for $27/day parking at gondola lot) and we appreciated staying in the quieter area of town.
Garage will fit a Suburban and have room for skis/snowboards. Property is well taken care of, it even has a heated foot path – the comfort begins before you even reach the front door.
Can’t wait to go back!

I love visiting Breck. I always stay here. Such a cozy, comfortable condo. Walking distance to town. It’s just perfect.

The townhouse overdelivered. Great spaces for all of us (3 young adults + 2 couples). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the village was less than a 10min walk. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to all Breck has to offer.

This condo is within walking distance to the lifts at Breckenridge and is a great location for a nice getaway with friends. Everything was clean and as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had cookware. The garage spot plus one additional parking spot was also a nice perk. Overall, great rental.

Our party of 5 adults enjoyed 4 great days at the property. It was exactly as described, about a 15 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and dining/shopping/equipment rentals. The hot tub was excellent, providing us a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. Parking was also very good, with plenty of space for our SUV rental in the garage. We'd return again without a doubt!

Place was great! Checked off everything we needed. Owners were easy to get a hold of. So close to the lifts. We will be back

The condo was exactly as described in the online listing. Deb was very helpful and the check in process was very easy. Overall I would recommend the unit. The lift is about a 4 block walk.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful home, perfectly decorated and well taken care of. Easy walk to the bus stop or into town. Exceptionally helpful owners who provided ample information for our time in Breckenridge. Will definitely be back!

Property is walking distance to downtown. We used the hot tin and the games provided. The beds were comfortable and appreciated the very soft blankets.

Plenty of room, fully equipped, great location, great owner communication. And the hot tub, great! Stayed here last year and same great experience.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with 7 adults. Everyone was comfortable and slept well. We loved the hot tub! Everything was clean and well kept! The check in process was easy, except that they gave us the wrong code but the owner was super quick to respond and we got in right away!

Enjoyed the property. Very clean and was a great place to cook and hang out before and after the wedding. Loved the location!!

This was a very nice property! Our check-in paperwork listed the wrong entry code, but after a quick call to the owner, we had the right code. The unit was nice and spacious, and with two teenage boys, it was nice for each of them to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for us; the walk to town was probably five minutes tops. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the wooded yard offered nice privacy. The only disappointment for me was the master shower. The shower itself was a nice, spacious walk-in shower, but the shower head was leaking and there was no water pressure. I could barely feel the water hitting the top of my head. There were also several light bulbs out throughout the unit, but none were in an important area such as a bathroom vanity. All things considered, I would definitely stay at this property again!

Our experience was fantastic. A family of 7 and we had plenty of space to cook and interact comfortably. The location was perfect as well. My only request for our next stay is that the light bulbs be updated as this home is very dark. Also I would ask for the beds on the bottom floor to have better sheets as they had a hard time staying on the mattress due to the elastic being worn out. Overall this home was perfectly located and equipped for our trip.

The space was great, very clean and we loved the hot tub on the deck. Deb was a great host and was very responsive. Super convenient location, very close to downtown. We'd definitely want to come back again!

Great location. Kitchen well equipped (however coffee cups unreachable). Living room couch and loveseat should be replaced. No bathroom on main floor, difficult for older people.
We did really enjoy the hot tub, seemed very private with woods directly behind unit. The construction going on was really no problem, never noticed. Overall really enjoyed our time

Debbie’s condo was perfect for our group of 5, it was so spacious. It was so close to Main Street, we were able to walk everywhere for food and hiking and there was a shuttle stop at the condo property. Debbie was also very communicative about our stay and left great directions for accessing the property. Would definitely come back!

My friend and I spent the winter at Deb's place while we worked at the local hospital. Deb's place was amazing, very cozy and plenty of space. The hot tub on the back deck was great. We were able to walk to the lifts at the base of peak nine and were able to walk into town. Deb was a wonderful host, she was easily reachable and very responsive and accommodating to our night shift schedules at the hospital. I would absolutely recommend staying at Deb's place and would love to return!

Carpet and furniture need to be replaced. Bedding was less than desirable and sheets and pillows in closets dirty. Smelled terrible walking in and definitely did not smell/appear that the cleaning crew had just left. Broken dishwasher/barstools/numerous bulbs burned out and a dog kennel in the master closet! Bathrooms were fine. Kitchen amenities were horrible-garage sale items at best. Would not recommend this to anyone.

This place is amazing! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths it handled all of our needs. The furnishings were up-to-date and the whole unit was extremely clean. The owners were very accommodating and efficient. We plan on staying here every year now.

The property was exactly as described.
It’s very well maintained and fully stocked with essentials for guests. Walking distance to Main Street. A shout out to the owner who worked with me to change dates when we weren’t able to use it this summer. Wonderful week away.

Great location to walk to town, especially Breckenridge brewery & The Maggie where our boys fished. Also a short walk to the Breck Troll! Lots of space to spread out. Each of our children got their own room and our boys didn’t have to share a bathroom! Very clean which is always a must for us, & an abundance of pillows and blankets everywhere! Beautifully redone bathrooms and kitchen. All comfy beds & awesome hot tub! We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had such a nice stay here! We were a group of 5 (4 Adults, 1 Child) and this town home was very spacious. It's nicely decorated and very clean. It's walking distance to Main St. and close to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and the hot tub on the deck was great as well! We would absolutely stay here again.

We wanted to tack on a vacation in Breck following our sons graduation from CSU and this property was perfect for two couples and my son. The home was comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us to be in the kitchen/living area at the same time. It's nice that the master suite is upstairs by itself and the two lower bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The hot tub was great and it was also nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. There were 5 of us and the house could have easily accommodated a larger family. Great location to town and a place I would definitely recommend!
2.5
This property struck the right note between easy access and a full compliment of features while still being reasonable price-wise. We stayed for an all-too-short weekend right after Breckenridge had unfortunately closed for the season but the drive to A-Basin was very reasonable and scenic in its own right. The walking proximity to the town can't be beat -- it's not too bad even being sore after a day of skiing. That said, the deck feels private and as if it were much further removed. We never saw another person the whole time we were there and the woods and softly falling snow made a great backdrop to the hot tub. Inside the living room has extremely comfortable chairs/sofas that were hard not to fall asleep in. The fireplace turns on with a flick of the switch and all of the appliances are new. Having the 2 master suites separated by 2 floors means there's plenty of privacy and then you just meet in the middle. My only suggestions would be to perhaps provide shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and check on the wifi signal as everyone in our party couldn't get it to reliably connect after following the instructions. All in all a great spot to stay comfortably for a weekend or longer and explore Breckenridge and Summit County. Thanks Kevin & Deb!
2.5
A very attractive and comfortable townhouse with a well equiped kitchen. Our party of 4 adults, 2 teen age boys and one girl were very comfortable. The view from the hot tub is of woods, not a parking lot. The washer and dryer came in handy. The garage was a good place to stash skiis and boards and bags. It is a reasonable walk to town and to the slopes.
