Nice and lovely place to stay

Maria's Farm is a very nice and lovingly furnished Tiny House with an ideal starting point for exploring the everglades. It is well equipped and has everything you need. It is very quiet and therefore ideal for relaxing. You can also eat delicious fruits from the trees :) The price-performance ratio is incredibly good. Would book again at any time.

An incredible stay in Homestead!

The accommodation is incredible: clean, modern, cozy, and with all the amenities. Maria is the best host you can think of and around you have plenty of space to walk. Really perfect!

This was an adorable little barn, very cozy and welcoming. The house was clean and comfortable. Very nice for a couple to get away and relax. Maria supplied everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The stairs to the loft were a little tricky.

Great Location within beautiful plantations. The house is very modern, super clean and very well equipped. The host family was very friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer if it would Not have been fully booked as it really is great. Can highly recommend

The AC is a downside. It gets quite warm upstairs in the bedroom

This setting is unique, surrounded by fruit trees and agriculture and yet close to any needed conveniences. The hostess was attentive and on site. She even shared fresh coconuts and papayas with us. The inside was tastefully decorated and had thoughtful touches ie coffee, creamer, regular sugar or stevia, tissues, cotton balls, q tips, nice size TV with Roku. We felt very much at home. Thank you!

perfect vacation getaway spot

the property is beautiful, cozy, thoughtful, and in a great spot! We stayed here as a point to get to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. The barn was perfect for us, and Maria was a fantastic host. would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Delightful facilities, figured out the entry process eventually, also became comfortable if cautious climbing up to the

Maria has impeccable taste and the layout and amenities were just great. She hit all the many needs/wants of a spacious little cottage, with pretty and practical decor, extras that include soap, shampoo and other needs and the cutest and well-equipped kitchen. The tiny house has it’s own large yard. We felt safe as our accommodations wer immediately next ro the family home and set in an orchard.

We ought to have realized that the bedroom would be upstairs in a tiny house, but it needs more care in its design. Narrow treads, a steep stair, low ceiling and our own physical condition had us literally crawling up to bed, and having to sit on the stairs as we climbed down the stairs, one by one. I suggested as well to Maria that she have someone proof read the confusing instructions about acquiring entry to the property for new visitors. I get her effort to modernize signing in and enhancing safety of her guests. But the key retrieval set up was very confusing the first time.

An incredible little hideaway. Beautifully designed and executed! A unique little place!

Everything was incredible, bedroom was very hot at night, maybe we did something wrong! Inexperienced with A/C in the UK!!! Maria and Lizzie went out of their way to be helpful and kind; even providing us with fresh fruit in the morning, couldn't have been more helpful!

Tiny house, great value!

Charming, brand new tiny house in a quiet location with convenient access to major roads. Everything was very clean, comfortable, functional, and stylish. Owners are very responsive. A great value for the price, and would definitely recommend.

There was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff, but the owner cleared it up quickly. I also suggested the addition of a full-length mirror and a quick fix to the shower head – nothing major! Watch your head on the staircase, and turn down the AC at night because it gets warmer upstairs than down.

Excellent space and host, just watch out for the bedroom ceiling.

Great location close to the Everglades. Host is responsive and very helpful. Great little space.

The upstairs area with the bed is very small and cramped with a really short ceiling. The staircase to get up there is also sort of perilous which was not reflected in the property listing.

Happy we tried it! Maria is awesome!

We have never tried anything like this. We were pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable and affordable.

It was a little confusing on how to get through the blue gate and through the orchard. I’d suggest a sign on the gate so people know they are at the right gate. Bed was a little hard but everything else was just right! If you have any trouble climbing steep stairs to a loft or get up a lot at night, this place might not work for you. Maria has another place on the property though if it’s available.
