- The hot tub is available for your enjoyment during your stay. To keep it in excellent condition, please adhere to the posted rules. Remember to shower and wear clean swimwear before entering the hot tub. Sunscreen, body lotions, other personal care products, and excessive sand can cloud the water, disrupting its pH balance, and can damage the filter. Guests will be responsible for any additional costs to drain and refill the hot tub or replace the filter if necessary upon departure. Please turn down the temperature when the hot tub is not in use. Also, be mindful of unattended children on the deck, as the hot tub lid does not lock.

Very beautiful home. Very spacious and the layout was good. My family enjoyed staying there. Kitchen fully equipped and comfortable furniture. The outdoor patio and the relaxing hot tub was awesome. There was games and free internet. Very close to the beach. Especially the beach you can drive your car and enjoy the serenity of the beach. Love to come back!

Definitely recommend this property. The house smelled so fresh, and clean as we walked through the door. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The bathrooms also had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, not the small ones like you get in hotels. I can go on and on about this place…. Don’t hesitate to rent it if in the Galveston area I know I will next time I visit.

Clean, comfortable accommodations, pretty house and neighborhood, great location, spacious driveway, very nice hosts with super clear house info in a consolidated binder when you arrive, and the hot tub and upstairs patio vibes were the best part. Everything you need for a getaway with friends/family. If you dont go the beachfront route when booking your stay, you should stay here! It made me forget i even cared about looking at beachfront only options. Thank you to the hosts!!!

My family and I took a quick road trip to Galveston for Spring break, and this home was perfect for our trip. We had enough space for our group of 6 people, and the location was close to all of the main attractions in Galveston. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I with our 2 small children stayed with our best friends and their kids. The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated and everything is updated! Communication between us and the hosts was easy! They always immediately responded. The beach house is EXACTLY how it’s shown in the photos. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

We booked this house for our family of 4. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, bright and comfortable. The owners have thought about your children and your pets. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Their recommendations for restaurants and beach hangouts were spot on. They are very responsive should you have any questions. It was an absolutely wonderful time! Very clean and spacious, we ended up having extra space because of the layout and pull out beds! The deck outside was great for coffee and breakfast outside. The 7 person hot tub was a plus! And not to mention how comfortable the sofa and beds were, truly top notch! The beach and convenience stores were a short trip! Perfect relaxing trip!

This home was exactly as described. The hot tub was a HUGE hit for the kiddos and kept them entertained while at the house. The adults got to enjoy it as well once the kids went to bed. ;) My girlfriends and I would not stop talking about how the owner did a fantastic job utilizing space in the kitchen under the staircase. The home was clean, spacious, and had tons of games and toys for all kid ages. Having 2 pack n plays and a booster seat was a plus so you are not packing so much. Will defintely stay here again!

First had trouble with the schedule sent in to change the dates said it was changed. But it never changed. The code for the key box didn’t work had to call the only number I found. The lady was very understanding and helped me get in. Other than those two problems our stay was pretty great. It does get hot in the house during the day I can say that. The bed down stairs is super firm. I enjoyed having our family time. Think we ending up checking out a day early.

Upon arrival the hot tub was not working, throwing an error code and not clean. I called for support since this was a main reason for booking this house. Not only was someone there to fix it less than an hour after I called, he was kind and so nice! He understood how important it was to me to have access to the hot tub, added chemicals and was I able to get in the next morning. It was perfect the rest of the weekend.
As a fellow hot tub owner this was not an owners fault. It was super windy weekend and the top flipped open and was open on arrival. Adding in additional water and chemicals cleared the issue quickly. We enjoyed our time and are now researching on how to get our own Palapa!

The house was in a quiet area and was nice but it was a bit dirty. Every dish I pulled out of the cabinet had something crusted on it. There was a pan on top of the microwave that had crumbs and food stuck on it. There was also a few roaches. The hot tub on the deck was nice and the house was updated and roomy. I would stay again but would hope the kitchen would be cleaned before my stay.

It would have been nice to have check list place on counter to go over everything and a checkout lists as well5. The t.v should be a littler more easier to operate for senior citizens .6. Some animal or thing got into trash ( go outside to clean up 7. Jacuzzi was cold no instructions would have been helpful.
