This place was amazing. Wonderfully appointed, clean and comfortable, and in a perfect location for us. Just right for our needs, and honestly it exceeded our expectations! And our host was great too. We have no hesitation giving it five stars, and we would be more than happy to stay there again (which we probably will)!

We were a group of 7 women playing in a tennis tournament in Yakima. We absolutely loved this house! So charming inside and out! Very well maintained, clean and lots of cute details. Plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped- everything we could need and more. The outside area was wonderful- we so enjoyed sitting under the awning and looking at the pretty garden. Would definitely stay here again. Thank yo so much!

We traveled to Yakima to do some hiking to see wildflowers and to tour Reactor-B in Richland. The house was perfect. Very clean and everything you need is provided. The kitchen is especially well equipped with everything you would need to cook. We loved the backyard and patio. It was a great place to relax after the hike. It is also a great centrally located neighborhood.

Our large group stayed in Yakima for a debate tournament. This sweet home accommodated many teens and parents very comfortably. We were all happy with the central location. There was an obvious attention to detail which was appreciated and made our stay non-complicated. There were zero issues and Heather was quick to communicate with. The house is a beautifully updated older home with lots of character. It is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. We will definitely book this house next year for the tournament. Thank you Heather.

Beautifully redone house with new appliances, bathrooms and very well equipped. Perfect spot for a family retreat. Loved the downstairs basement. Perfect for teenagers to play games, hang out, and have their own space. Very clean! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. What can I say, this house was awesome. Loved the attention to detail right down to the makeup remover in the bathroom. I had forgotten to bring mine and it was already there.

From the moment of booking I knew this would be a good stay. Our host was on it. The home was as described and beyond expectations. Plenty of beds, and not stacked right next to each other. The Back yard is gorgeous, with plenty of room for the pups and kids to play in. Plenty of smart TVs. Overall this home was wonderful and will be staying here on our next visit to Yakima.

We are so glad we found this place! The house was very clean, spacious, well maintained and stocked with all kinds of little extras that were not expected such as coffee/teas, bathroom items, plenty of great towels and blankets and even treats for the pets. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, and kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and we had everything we needed. The private backyard is filled with beautiful plants and a waterfall which made for a very relaxing area in the morning to have tea and watch the birds and in the evening sitting under the canopy with the ceiling fan on enjoying the sounds of nature on the comfy seating. A great place to call home and we would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect get away! Thank you Heather and Derrik for being great hosts!

We stayed at this lovely home for my son’s white coat ceremony from medical school. We had 8 adults in our party. It was in a great location, extremely clean and well appointed with all the amenities we could have hoped for. Plenty of cooking space and kitchen essentials to cook with. The backyard was so fun to hang out in. The owner was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. Very responsive and helpful. Beds were super comfy, plenty of towels and linens. Highly recommend for a large group!

Lots of room we love older homes and this one is charming. We had six but with the room 8 to 10 people would have a blast here. Great outdoor area. We highly recommend.

Heather was a great communicator, and the house was just as cute in person as it is online. So many amenities freely offered such as shower necessities, bathroom toiletries, ground coffee, and a ton of throw blankets! One of our favorite VRBO experiences to date. Thank you, Heather!
