The bed in the bedroom was actually very comfortable and good water pressure

No extra toilet paper. Pull out couch was in very poor condition and lots of nasty stains on the mattress. Poor lighting in stairwell and some sketchy stuff going on in the parking lot

Good.

The room was spacious and the location of the property is very good for shopping and access to local highways. There are neighbourhoods close for an evening walk should you wish to get some exercise.

I felt the breakfast could have been better. The hot items were good but limited when we went for breakfast. Also they did not have a juice machine which we would have liked.

A great place to stay! Would stay again!

It was convenient to the freeway and area attractions. We appreciated the extra room in the queen suite. Breakfast was super tasty, with many options. Loved the coffee area!

The property was nice and the staff was nice.

There under staffed and I understand that but I asked for housekeeping once a week and asked several times and never got it my only complaint. The rooms were clean when you got there though.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The kids loved the pool and the spacious of our room.

In our reservation we had requested early check in due to having a elderly lady with me we did not get a early check in untill almost 2:45pm I also requested extra towels blankets and pillows. When we asked about them 3 or 4 times kept getting same response yes in about 15 mins when asked the last time they said ugh well i spose then only ended up giving us 3 pillowcases and a extra sheet. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was basic with a hard, firm bed.

I like the spacious room

The whole floor smelled like weed. The room I originally booked with a whirlpool tub was not cleaned, dirty towels in bathroom, bed unmade, and garbage everywhere. I had to stay in a different room with no tub. Staff was impatient s and didn’t apologize. The shower faucet was loose and hard to adjust temp.

expensive since I needed to replace multiple swimsuits.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had no issues. The game room, food, and our room were great.

The chlorine in the pool was high. Everyone broke out in a rash and it changed the color of all our swimsuits.

Never made it.

Never got to go Snow storm canceled tournament. Booking agencies shamelessly take all the rooms and than make everything Non-refundable.

Could be a great place, I don’t know. Snow storm canceled everything.
