Good place for a short stay close to the railway terminal

I needed an overnight stay in Amsterdam close to Eurostar terminal, and this place perfectly fitted. If you have an early train from Amsterdam, this place is for you. The hotel is railway-themed, it's fascinating to look at all the photos and models they have. They have good tea/coffee/breakfast facilities.

The room was small, shabby, and poorly ventilated, but it was an expected value for the money.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam (met de sleutel) personeel en prachtige locatie, vooral voor treinreizigers. De kamer was ook heel ok.

Nicht einmal High erträglich

Lage, Sauberkeit

Beim Frühstück gab es nie genug Platz für alle Gäste. Haben deshalb das Essen mit ins Zimmer genommen und wurden daraufhin belehrt, dass das nicht geht. Es gab sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer, manche davon funktionierten erst gar nicht. Betten sind sehr klein. Bad ist sehr klein und die Leistung des inkludierten Haartrockners ist eine Frechheit. Für den Preis besser wo anders buchen.

Lovely Stay♥️

Excellent hotel, right next to Train station, only a 5 mins walk. Lovely host & staffs, very comfortable bed, 24/7 coffee & water for free. Also, loved the breakfast, yummy croissants & fresh fruits. The hotel is exactly in the happening locale of Amsterdam. Exquisite interior, never been to a themed hotel before, so felt like it's one of a kind experience.

Room size is small.

Bon hôtel en plein centre ville

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très sympathique! L'originalité de l'hôtel fait tout son charme! La chambre était bien équipée et confortable!

Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner est très basique, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix au niveau du pain, des viennoiseries....

Groovy train themed hotel in a fantastic location

This retro hotel was in a great location 5 mins from the station - so convenient arriving and leaving by train. Groovy and sweet train theme - particularly in the breakfast area with the train booths, luggage racks and much train memorabilia. All the staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. They were responsive to my request for a high floor, I had a great view across to the station. It was well soundproofed and I could open the windows during the day for fresh air and photos. 24 hour reception. Free coffee/hot drinks/cold water machine 24 hours.

I can’t think of anything much that I didn’t like. The bathroom was a bit dated (but in keeping with the train theme). Of course Amsterdam accommodation is very generally expensive compared to other cities - that’s just a fact of life there.

El espacio muy reducido e incomodo para acomodar las maletas, las camas regularmente comodas

La ubicación es perfecta se puede ir caminando a todos lados para llegar del aeropuerto o del tren es súper fácil y al llegar pudimos dejar las maletas pues llegamos temprano y nos recibieron con cafecito y todos fueron muy atentos.

Todo fue perfecto.

A top pour une découverte de la ville

Hotel proche de la gare, très bien situé pour la visite de la ville mais aussi pour les excursions à l extérieur. Location de vélos à proximité ainsi que commerces et restaurants. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Les collaborateurs très sympas font de gros efforts pour communiquer en français

UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE CENTRAAL STATION y DAMRAK

Excelente ubicación, está a 500 metros de la estación central de Ámsterdam. En cuanto al ruido externo sin problema se puede descansar, no se oye a la gente ni a los trenes (la habitación daba a la estación). Avise que de la celiaquía y me surtieron productos sin gluten. En recepción y en el desayuno el personal muy amable, siempre con predisposición ayudar y a que la estancia fuera lo más agradable. Un plus llegar a cualquier hora y surtirte de agua, café, chocolate...

Realmente no hay nada nos disgustará.

A wonderful experience that makes you want to come back.

WE ENJOYED THE LOCATION.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDABLE AND NICE. HOTEL WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE TRAIN STATION.

THE CONSTRUCTION THAT WAS GOING ON ON THE ROAD INFRON TOF THE HOTEL.

Definitely will stay here again if I go to Amsterdam

All the staff are very friendly & informal. They go out of the way to help and make the stay comfortable. Allowed us to have breakfast when we were waiting for room to get ready. Check in was smooth and the Manager at the reception ensured that we got the room earlier than normally allowed. The trains themed lounge/ breakfast area is very interesting

Approach to the hotel is a problem due roadworks. Passengers cannot disembark from taxi in front of the hotel

A great place to stay in Amsterdam.

Breakfast was really good. The drinks machine was open all day. The staff were really kind and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us. We loved the quirky nature of the hotel which was quite unique. Railway enthusiasts could spend hours studying all the photos and railway memorabilia. I would definitely recommend it for the friendly atmosphere and great location. Great value for money.

24時間コーヒーマシンを利用でき、このコーヒーマシンから、冷水、温水も、紙コップに汲んで使えた。氷の提供もあった。朝食付きで、良かった。

Het is een heerlijk hotel met een super lief personeel Zo gastvrij. Alles klopte. Het heeft ons verblijf in Amsterdam nog fijner gemaakt Ik kijk er ook weer enorm naar uit om weer te gaan Volgend jaar gaan we weer terug naar dit heerlijke hotel

Justo frente a la estación de trenes, el nombre no invita, pero es una grata sorpresa

La habitación que reservé es un museo, un lindo "spot" de antigüedades dentro de la habitación muy bien remodelada y con su propia terraza, la cama muy buena

Cute, clean place with friendly staff that is close to public transit

Easy to find when arriving by train / airport

Space is pretty tight for two adults. Wish the front walkway / area was not a construction zone.
