Stayed at this property in 2022. Loved it so much brought the family back this year. House is still great. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to multiple beaches. Amazing backyard and pool. Hope to be back again next year.

House was beautiful in a beautiful setting. Pool was a little cool but kids loved it. Hot tub was great. Cookware was not the best. We did use the griddle on the stove top. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our multi family group.

We visited the island in July and stayed for 5 nights. We were a party of 8-all family- and had an amazing time. The home is well appointed, located in a great neighborhood and close to beaches/shops. We adventured most days and also spent a lot of time in the backyard-swimming and playing cards; the perfect outdoor setup. I highly recommend booking this beautiful home for your next trip as you won’t be disappointed. Sad to leave but we will definitely be back next year.

This house is amazing in all aspects. We had a large group and it was very spacious. Huge living and kitchen area. Each bedroom was was large and the bunkbed room for kids was perfect. Also each bedroom have it's own bathroom was nice. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area. The pool amd hot tub were the best part of the house. The backyard gives you an awesome view of the golf course as well. The whole house has Sonos speakers that you can easily link in to. That was nice. Also a great grill area outside with a tv under a canopy so you stay cooler while grilling. The landscaping was truly beautiful too. Also plenty of room in driveway to park 3 suv's. House was also very clean and had plenty of towels for use. Very well equipped kitchen, wine fridge and big sub zero. Also fridge out by grill which was very convenient. Guest services was extremely helpful and responded very quickly wjen we had questions. I wouldn't even bother looking for another house when we come back to Kauai. I'd just find available dates here.

Hale Ho'oli is a gorgeous property with an unbelievable view and the perfect setup for a family vacation. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. At times it was even difficult to leave the property and explore the island because the home has a breathtaking view. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms provided a great setup for our large family. The Wailani Kauai concierge service even provided us with an excellent recommendation for a chef for a birthday celebration. The house is a short walk to the Kukuiula shops and short drive to Po'ipu Beach. We can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this house for 1 month and had several different people come and go throughout that time. Every single person absolutely loved it there. No one wanted to leave. The house set up is perfect, the swings outside were heaven. We loved eating outside on the beautiful wood table and sitting under the gazebo at the counter and watching the golfers and chickens! The neighborhood was so beautiful with the greens and flowering shrubs and flowers, and was close to Koloa Town annd Poipu Beach. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature and the hot tub. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t love about Hale Ho’oli.

The home was clean and setup well for our crew of 6 adults, two children and two infants. The pool was just the right size and depth for kids. The outdoor lanai and pavilion were great for cooking, eating and relaxing. The only negatives are as follows. The pots and pans are old, worn, and not up to the quality you would expect from a rental like this. Unfortunately a few of the king beds are also worn out and in need of replacement. The air conditioner in the adu was broken and a noisy temporary unit was installed without notice. The pool equipment was very noisy and was a nuisance when sitting outside. The location is a 3-7 minute drive to beaches, shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was very accommodating for large family or guests. Provide foil and plastic wrap or more containers with lids for food storage. Also pots and pans need to be updated. When you stay at a luxury house the kitchen wares should be upgraded as well. Also instructions on turning on the hot water or turned on prior to arrival.

The property is located in a stunning location, the accommodation was perfect for our needs, the layout of the property worked well with the number of people we had. All the rooms were of high standard making our stay very comfortable. We used the bbq most nights and ate outside, making good use of the outside space. This property has everything and more you might need from a holiday home. We hope to return one day

My family was planning to stay in Oahu, but our booking got cancelled by the property owner. We were lucky to find Hale Ho'oli at the last minute. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our concierge, Sonja was helpful and responsive. She truly went above and beyond. Everything is nearby, which made our stay easier. We also got a treat during our morning walk when we saw some of the Kauai marathon runners passing by.
My nephews were obsessed with the pool. The older one said he isn't returning to Hawaii unless we stay here.

Hale Ho'oli is a wonderful home. Our family of 10 stayed for five nights the beginning of June and found the home to be spacious, well appointed and everything we had hoped for. The house is five to ten minutes from everything yet removed enough that we had all the privacy we needed. The views across the golf course are spectacular and everyone loved the pool. We had a small problem with the air conditioning and Chris, with Wailani Kauai, went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of and that the problem was fixed. We all can't wait to come back to this wonderful house.

We stayed at this home for 10 days in April 2023. The house is gorgeous, clean and well decorated in a newer housing development in the Poipu area. The layout of the house (and guest house) make it feel even more spacious than 3000 sq feet and you could easily stay here with several families and be comfortable. There’s plenty of outdoor living space to utilize as well. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are decent sized. It is well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with most things you would need. The beds, linens and towels are high quality.The location is about a 5 min drive from the beach (or a 30 min walk). The ocean views are partial but you do see lots of green w the golf course and landscaping. Because the community is relatively new, there is construction ongoing around the home. The street the home is on is pretty much finished - but new homes are going up on nearby streets. We didn’t hear much construction noise thankfully. You can also take a short walking path down to the Shops - it takes 15-20 minutes - which is a nice option to just walk to dinner / drinks. The property management was good and responsive — except we had confirmed in advance that the pool had a cover (one of our children is a toddler and not swim safe). Unfortunately the cover was broken upon arrival with no possibility to be fixed during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend this home if you’re headed to Poipu as a family or group.
