Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 15 had an incredible time. The home(s) were everything they said it would be and the service was above and beyond what was expected! We had one glitch with a circuit breaker, and when we emailed them, they responded with someone at the house in literal minutes. The home was a perfect location, central to everything we did in Kauai. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had a pack and play and a high chair for my daughter and everything else we needed. There were boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs for the beach as well. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

This Poipu home is a wonderful home for a family vacation. Brian has thought of everything to make the week easy and comfortable. The check in was smooth. The house has two dishwashers, two washers and dryers, a large refrigerator, easy seating for outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a game room that made every age happy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all kitchenware we needed plus some spices and condiments. The pool was a hit for the whole family and a bonus was the ability to use the Poipu Athletic Club. This home is a rare gem.

We were a large group (6 adults, 4 kids) and everyone raved about how awesome the house was. Plenty of space for all of us, the pool was perfect, and the courtesy access to the Poipu Beach Club was a nice surprise! They have a ton of beach gear available for use and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking if you don't want to eat out. Communication with the property manager was great and check-in/out couldn't have been smoother. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location to spend time on Kauai!

The house could not have been better. It was perfect for 3 couples and a 4 year old. The rooms and bathrooms were very private. Pool was great, outdoor eating area was great. Nice to have two dishwashers and 2 washers and dryers for our big group. Location was perfect. Was able to walk 0.7 miles down to Baby Beach with my 4 year old granddaughter. Would recommend Poipu Beach to see sea turtles and snorkeling and Shipwreck Beach for relaxing/sunbathing and the view.

We got to the house and just said wow. Was a great base for our excursions. Kids had a great time in the pool we even had two pool days which we weren't planning. We greatly appreciate it The Umbrellas and beach chairs as well as boogie boards. We ended up not going out for dinner as often as we planned because the outdoor table set up was great for our group.

Was plenty big enough for our large party. Loved the two dishwashers/ dryers/washing machines. Thank you for the welcome basket 😊👌🏼 Brian & party accommodated what we needed for our little ones. Can’t say enough - loved the games room etc..Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our family holiday!

Overall we had just an amazing experience at this house. The house is VERY well stocked with all sorts of supplies: sunscreen, laundry detergent, soaps, lotions, etc. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which made it really nice to be able to do laundry and beach towels for such a large group. There are also 2 dishwashers and since we ate most of our meals in, we could always have one running and one ready to go. The pool was awesome for the kids. The fountain wasn't working in the pool (turns out it was clogged) but the pool cleaner came toward the end of our stay and fixed it and was able to get the pool cleaned up nicely as well. There is an awesome outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before getting in the pool and also for warming up when getting out of the pool! If this house had a hot tub that would be the only thing I would even think about changing to make it a better stay. Sleeping arrangements were tight for us with so many little kids but the loft and the master bed on main floor had pull out couches we used and there were also extra floor mattresses we put out for the little kids in parents bedrooms. Garage space is tight, only 1 car fits in there, but plenty of room for 2 extra cars on the driveway. The best part I would say overall is that the host (Brian is listed as host, but Nica is who I talked to the most) was unbelievable. Prior to our arrival she was so communicative and helpful, and then they left us a fruit basket and some island treats for our arrival. The house was cleaned immaculately when we arrived and Nica was able to answer questions throughout our stay if we had them. One of our car batteries even died and we had to go buy jumper cables. Nica checked in with us in the afternoon to make sure we were OK and had figured it out (we left the jumper cables for future people to use if needed!). Overall, just felt so taken care of. Would hands down stay here again. Fabulous experience.

Wonderful stay as our party did not want to leave! Celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with family. We had a total of 9. The house is larger than what it appears. We were never on top of each other and the game room was a big hit and kept kids occupied when not at the beach, or in the pool. We renewed our vows in the beautiful back yard, a perfect setting. Loved the utility room with multiple washers and dryers. Fabulous cooks kitchen, though we did not cook too often! Brian answered all of our questions and was a gracious host. Highly recommend this property as it was centrally located and close to everything!

Great property, very well though out and a plus with dual masters. The owners made us feel so welcomed and the house was beautiful. Pool is great, game room is amazing, and the TV’s are massive. I would highly recommended choosing this property for your Poipu stay.

This property was everything we hoped for and more! Exceeded our expectations in every way and fit our family of 8 perfectly. 5 minutes to everything, then you come home to peaceful and quiet island living, private pool with waterfall, beautiful landscape and indoor/outdoor dining! The owners are amazing too. We will be back!
