Property was centrally located. Close to beach and Funk Zone and a 12 minute walk to other establishments further down State Street. Bedrooms were spacious and two bathrooms were great for 4 adults.
Would highly recommend.

I think I’ve written one negative review in years of renting from online sites like VRBO. But I could not stay silent after this experience The photos make this property look much more modern than it actually is. In fact, it is quite dated. Moreover, upon arrival, we found one ceiling fan and light that didn’t work and one ceiling fan light that didn’t work. In one bedroom, there was a lot of sand on the floor, and even on the bed upon arrival, and this supposedly was after the house had been cleaned for a new guest. The lighting in the main living area is sub optimal. There is a little table desk area with a light in the corner and then a chair with a light over it in another corner, but there is no overhead lighting which makes the room very difficult to use. But the biggest problem is when we called multiple times to the realtor to discuss the issues with the ceiling fans and cleanliness we never received a call back . This would be fine if it occurred only once. However, we called three times, and upon departure, I sent an email and no call was ever returned, and no email has been answered The indifference and lack of customer service is simply unacceptable. No property is perfect and I would’ve been fine if the agent had been responsive to the slightest degree, but their failure to do so causes me to discourage anyone from being involved with them and their properties because you cannot trust that they will appropriately respond if you run into problems.

The location was fabulous. My son and daughter in law walked to venues in the evening while I stayed with my grandson.
My only complaints are the bed had a wooden frame and creaked every time I moved and the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. But I have severe back issues so it is difficult for me to get comfortable
Both the outside areas were enjoyable especially for a 4 year old.
Overall, the property was conveniently located and met our needs for our first time in Santa Barbie-a, as my grandson says.

Had a great stay. Location was awesome. Walking distance to beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. Cozy place to stay.

Very nice location and comfortable king beds. Close to beach and some nearby eateries and coffee. Kitchen well stocked for cooking full meals. Would prefer to not have to strip bed and put sheets in washer at check out considering hefty cleaning fee.

This is an adorable place on a quiet tree lined street. The location was perfect for us. You can walk to the beach, explore the Funk Zone Shops and restaurants and walk to sterns wharf and restaurants on Cabrillo ave. Downtown is also nearby.
The location is spot on.

We had a great time staying here! It was a perfect location where we could walk to eat and to the beach. The apartment was nice and clean. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable outdoor seating.
4.8
Very close to beach and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Property was nice. The one bed was squeaky ( springs?). Other than that it was overall very good

I stayed with a friend and there was ample space for the two of us. It would absolutely work well for 4. The property is in an excellent location! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach/shops/restaurants but still a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds too!

It's a great location and had everything we needed. The friendly and conscientious owner made us feel very welcome and enhanced our experience.

We spent a happy time at this property. Fantastic location and very clean. Would have appreciated a few more wine glasses.

We had a great stay in SB. The home was in a great location, near downtown and the many restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. We will be back.

The rental unit is in a great area, close to beach and cafes. Very clean unit and large bedrooms. Good mattresses. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
Only problem is it is also located near to railway with Amtrak coming through at various times throughout day and evening blowing its horn. Also, there is a rental unit above and you can hear any renters moving about very clearly.

Great location. Spencer’s team was very kind and responsive. We look forward to staying at a Casago property again when we return.

We stayed with my little kids (8 and 4 years old) and the proximity to the Moxi is key! But the overall experience was great - the space is perfect and clean. The only downside is the parking space is very small and it was a tight fit for our minivan.

Great Santa Barbara rental

Wonderful property and wonderful stay. My husband and I visited with our two young kids. We were able to walk easily to the beach and other attractions. Very comfortable!

Our group was two couples and we were in town for a wedding. This rental was great and we’d definitely book it again. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious. It had everything we needed and everything worked. It was clean and comfortable!

The location is ideal for a family holiday, close to the wharf, beach, Funk Zone food/drink options, and the new MOXI museum of discovery and innovation. Lots of restaurant options nearby, of different varieties.

This adorable property was the perfect location for us! We were able to walk to so many areas of shopping, downtown dining, waterfront dining and sightseeing. The patio areas provided great enjoyment of the beach weather and the entire property was clean and inviting. We're spreading the news to friends and family who want to visit Santa Barbara!
4.8
We had a great stay. The location is perfect for easy walks to the beach and dining options.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Santa Barbara, and this house was perfect for our needs. You can hear the train but it didn’t bother our 1 year old. Everything is in walking distance! The only issue we had was there were people sitting in the front lawn smoking and talking into the night but that isn’t the owners fault
4.8
Comfortable and cozy place with nice little outdoor spaces, and located to get to beach, shopping, wine tasting all easily on foot. All made for a great stay! Thank you!!
4.8
Wonderful location close to beach, State street, Fiesta activities. Had a courtyard to put our beach bikes. Had an amazing time!
4.8
This property is located a few easy blocks from the beach and all the fun of the funk zone and state street. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and was very well appointed with everything you need for a stay away! We did not have to buy extra dish soap or anything which was truly appreciated! I wish all properties were like that.
The property management company was easy to deal with, had great checking instructions and were quick to respond. Our kids loved it so much they want to come back next year.

For our visit, couldn't beat the location. We had our bikes, also so much is walking distance from here. A couple blocks from West Beach/Stearns Wharf for front-row 4th of July fireworks. Unit is well-appointed for cooking/eating-in, bath supplies, washer/dryer in unit, iron, boogie board, beach chairs & towels. Parking spot a definite plus. I wouldn't say the outdoor patio areas are the best, but I didn't miss this as we were so close to the beaches. Yes on occasional train whistles, but not later than 10/10:30 pm. I had a couple of questions and calls were answered immediately which I really appreciated.

This property is in a great location. Confortable and clean, nice linens, and well managed. Kitchen pretty well equipped. It is a block from train station and train blows whistle early and late. Unit is 1st floor with an apartment above that is in serious need of sound proofing on the floor - you can hear simple walking and vacuuming! Outdoor space is very small. The larger space you see in pics is through bedrooms. All in all we had a great time.
4.8
Great location. Close to historic downtown and even closer to the beach. Apartment was clean., well-stocked, beds comfortable.
The condo has two cute patios which we liked to use in the morning.
There is the train station a couple of blocks away from the apartment, so you will hear the train whistle through the day and in the evening. Did not bother us though.
If you have a chance, visit Botanic Garden. It is mostly natural forest, but also has a beautiful meadow, river, and gorgeous redwood section.
Wanted to also mention how helpful and accommodating was Fernanda from the management company. We asked for
early check-in and late check-out, and she went above and beyond trying to help us.
I would say, not only she walked that proverbial extra mile for us, she ran a marathon.
I definitely recommend this place.
4.8
Assume location and great amenities. Close enough to beach, downtown and Funk Zone. Stayed while visiting family.
4.8
The property was in the best location, walking distance to everything! Our teens were safe on their own going to and from the beach/wharf and downtown as well. Our only comment is that the walls are thin and you can hear the occupants above as well as the train, but that is typical for this central/superior location.
4.8
Rented the property as a gift weekend away for my parents. They enjoyed their stay and thought all went great. Would recommend to others.
4.8
This property was very clean and spacious. Easy walk to shopping, the harbor and the wharf.

My mom and I stayed at this property for a long weekend. It is such a perfect location. We could walk up and down State Street and to the wharf. Very comfortable and had everything we needed (except a wine opener, which I went out and bought and left for others to use). I would definitely come back here.
