About this apartment rental
2 bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, 1325 SF Town-Home with Amazing Views and Hospitality.
Welcome to your Paradise!!
First, about Belize: known in travel circles as "Mother Nature's Best Kept Secret", Belize is truly a tropical paradise. An exotic land where English is the national language, the water is safe to drink and the crime rate is lower than the USA, the dollar exchange is 2 Belize dollars to 1 USD and lastly, a beautiful, warm and welcoming local population. Here you can open doors to all your dreams of new experiences.
Now, even better good news:
1. The cost of tours such as monkey river tours or diving adventures has dropped to about 75% of what they were last year.
2. The water has never looked clearer.
3. Everything seems to be cleaned up.
If you are going to visit this beautiful place, now is the time! The dive sites are empty and you’ll have the ruins or other places you visit all to yourselves.
As a reminder, there is a 900-mile reef just off the coast of Belize and that is the second largest reef in the world. This reef like all of the Caribbean has been invaded by Asian Lion fish. Our dive masters speared several Lion fish and then immediately fed those fish to eels, reef sharks and even a turtle. They are trying to teach the sharks that this fish is food so that these animals can clean the reef of these invaders. If you want to spear them yourself, go ahead hunting season is 365, 24/7.
The only international airport is Belize City and your plane will land there. After passing through customs, you can walk directly into the local airport and catch a flight to your destination. Within a few minutes, all you have to do is kick back and pop open a cold beer.
Enjoy this new Townhome in one of the most beautiful pristine areas in Belize. VRBO awarded our property with the Premiere status due to the number of bookings and high reviews. This three story home includes a rooftop palapa with breathtaking Caribbean views.
Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or the sunset with a glass of wine all from this private covered rooftop. This rooftop area includes outdoor dining table and hammock, providing a unique ambiance for private meals, relaxing or sunbathing. For a perfect vacation, arrangements can be made with local businesses for a private massage or a private chef.
The property has a private dock where you can watch the sunset, see dolphins or manatee and a variety of birds. Boating tours can pick you up at our dock.
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.
Extra 5th rollaway available on request.
Note the pontoon boat runs anytime from 8am till 10pm. 2 bikes are available.

This was my second time back to Placencia Point and I brought a group of 8 friends with me. We had an absolute blast! It's the best spot for access to the village but also gives you more privacy and natural views. The accommodations are fabulous. I feel right at home with everything I need from kitchen to bath. The pool is delightful and the best part is getting to know Edwin and his lovely family that are alway there if you need them.

I recently spent 3 weeks at Placencia Pointe townhouses. The grounds are gorgeous! Pool is just the right temperature and the unit was well equipped! Edwin, Emma and family go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Don’t let the shuttle boat deter you from staying here. I had no problems at all! Safe, secure and tropical! Everything you want in a vacation property!
Flowers Property Management was always available to answer any questions!
Hope to return next season!
