The Space:
Come and experience the NEW Bonita Rita Retreat, a home away from home and a true treasure of Bonita Springs.
This stunning property boasts private outdoor pool and spa surrounded by a manicured yard. Entertain in style on the large, private lanai, complete with fire pit table and BBQ grill, or head to the garage for a game of ping pong.
Inside the spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom open floor plan home, you'll find fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating for the whole family, as well as a convenient coffee bar. The living room is spacious, inviting and comfortable with an oversized sectional.
When you're ready to explore, Vanderbilt beach is just a short 10-minute drive away. Make unforgettable memories at the Bonita Rita Retreat, the ultimate vacation destination on the Gulf Coast.
The second dwelling on the property is also available for rent if you're interested in bringing extended family or spreading out, there is an option to open the fence to share the pool as well! Please message us if you'd like to link!
Guest Access:
This is a private spacious large 4 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms and a private lanai. It also has a semi-private pool and spa with horse shoe pit and yard games that are shared with only one other (small) dwelling on the property.
Other Things to Note:
Our beaches are open! We are right next to two beautiful Bonita beaches and 10 minutes from 2 beautiful Naples beaches.
Guests are responsible for refilling the propane if they wish to use the grill. There is a gas station and a Home Depot within about 5 minutes of the house.
