About this house rental
Welcome to Seventh Heaven! This beautiful home is nestled on a tree tree line street in a quiet family friendly neighourhood. Our home provides colourful décor, fine furniture, stocked kitchen, and fully fenced yard. Explore and walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants and fine stores, or take your kids and dog to the local park. Our home is centrally located and a short drive to WEM, Downtown, UofA, hospitals, the Brewery district, and golf course. Stay here and have an amazing experience!

Our home can comfortable sleep 12 guest. 11 adults/children and 1 infant. The house has 4 bedroom with 5 beds (1 king, 2 queen, 2 twins), 1 queen air mattress, 1 couch and 1 travel crib. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every guest. Our home also has 2 sparkling clean full bathroom and 1 half bathroom with complementary towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This makes getting ready for the day quick and easy.
The kitchen is full stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a wonderful meal- from cutlery to cooking supplies. There is complimentary tea and coffee (Keurig pods). The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances including fridge, microwave, gas stove, and dishwasher.
The main floor, second floor, garage and backyard is available to guest. Please make yourself at home. The basement is a separate unit and not available to guest.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Quiet hours is after 10 pm to 7 am.

We had a great stay. The home was well positioned for everything that we had planned to do, including easy access on main roads to West Edmonton Mall. The home was clean and welcoming. It had all of the dishes and pots needed for the meals that we made on site. Haily, our host, was very quick with responses to our questions. The directions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. Thank you Haily for a great stay.

If you've stayed in any VRBO, inside furnishings were very typical. The place is reasonably new, and as other reviewers have commented the photos are very accurate.
Location is convenient, nothing was more than 20 minutes drive away, and the place was easy to get back to. Highlights were:
There are 4 bedrooms, one with a king bed and full en suite. Two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and one with a pair of twins. There was also good functioning laundry upstairs, and a second full bathroom.
On the main floor there is a small bathroom and a room with a queen bed. The kitchen is well equipped, with modern appliances.
The back yard was a bit meh which was time of year related in Edmonton, not the place. At the back of the yard was a twin detached garage on an alley. Strangely this was super useful for us as we had done a lot of shopping and it was nice to use the back door to get organized.
Very quiet, but we did hear the next door neighbors conversations several times, and they weren't being loud, just thin walls - this place is a duplex with a basement suite.
There was someone living in the basement, but we never heard them, only saw a couple come and go a few times.
Bottom line, in Edmonton this is a good place to stay with your family. Will definitely book this place again!

Good location not far from the science center and close to Safeway grocery and schmitty's restaurant. The property had very good amenities, towels, linens and pillows. The neighborhood was quiet.

My siblings and I were in town for a family function. The house accommodated seven adults quite easily. The house was very clean and was in close proximity to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

Overall house was very clean easily accessible, good instructions on locks. Family enjoyed staying at the house near Edmonton Canada. I will definitely book property again while on Vacation in Canada.

We had a great stay and the home comfortably accommodated our extended family (7 adults, 3 children). We had a minor hiccup when we arrived, but our host resolved the issue very quickly!
Next time we’re in Edmonton with a large group, we’ll be booking this location!

Our stay was fantastic. We had a few hiccups but Haily addressed them promptly. My kids loved all the toys and playing in the backyard. The location was super convenient and the local restaurants were great. We would definitely stay here again!
