I hosted a 4-day meeting at UAF and four visitors stayed at this house. It is a nice house in a nice neighborhood just outside the army base. Location is near the main shopping area in Fairbanks and convenient to stuff on the east side of town. It has four large bedrooms upstairs and a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. I recommend it highly.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and had mixed feelings about this place. We liked the location, very convenient to the areas we planned to visit. The house itself is spacious for the 7 of us, and well-equipped for cooking, laundry, and entertainment. The biggest problem we had was that we couldn’t get the windows open for fresh air, because there were no screens (mosquitoes would swarm in as soon as you do so). The inside temperature was mid eighties, with no ac and unable to open the windows, one can imagine how miserable the night sleep would be.Another issue was the shower pressure- the small stream made me wonder whether I could clean myself at all. Also, the place was quite dusty- I had to clean the headboards, cloth hangers, table night lights, etc before touching them.I believe all the above issues can be easily fixed, but the owner/managing team needs to take immediate actions in order to ensure the pleasant experience of the guests.

Great family home with plenty of space, nice amenities, quick access to grocery stores, and the heated garage was definitely appreciated with the cold. Definitely can recommend this place.

I rented this home to stay in when I was visiting my son, who is stationed at Fort Wainwright, for his birthday. The home was super clean, updated, spacious and perfect for our needs!
I was able to cook him and his military buddies a home cooked meal every day and gathered in the spacious common areas all weekend long.
I found the home was not "stocked" with common everyday items such as napkins, salt, pepper, basic cooking ingredients but was provided with coffee, filters, variety of teas and little snacks. Prior to checking in I did write an email to the property manager to ask if there was a propane grill, basic cooking ingredients, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, soap, laundry detergent etc. but I did not hear back. Only a few of those items were provided. Most homes I rent do provide a fully stocked home with all of these things and then some.
Upon arrival the code was not working on the front door. I called the number provided and the manager immediately rectified the situation (ended up being I was an hour early for check in, but the graciously let me in early).
All in all the house was PERFECT! The location was ideal for his buddies to stop over for a home cooked meal, it was close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
Thank you for a lovely stay!! The home was warm and inviting.

We spent 3 nights in Fairbanks on our Alaska tour so we could have easy access to our activities we had planned. We did dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowmobiles with Rod's Alaskan Guide. I would highly recommend them!
This house was just as photos showed. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on during a vacation! The house was very spacious for us and our 3 teen boys. They were all excited to have their own room/space. The house was clean upon arrival and had plenty of coffee/tea supplies and some snacks like granola bars and fruit snacks. That was a nice touch!
I had a question about something upon check in and the contact person responded in a timely manner.
Overall it was an excellent stay and our families favorite place on that trip. We stayed in 3 different hotels! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights while my grandson played in a hockey tournament at UAF. It was convient to everything, shopping, food and the college.
It was super clean and very homey, we loved the large kitchen and cooked family dinners every night. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy our family trip. Bonus: we loved having a warm garage to park our car in, that was very nice and greatly appreciated by all.
There were special/ thoughtful touches throughout; desks/night stands in the rooms, nightlights every where, boxes of Kleenex all around, extra throw blankets and pillows on the chairs, laundry soap and more. It was all the little things that made it easy and extra special.
We had one small occasion to speak with the property manager and he was very responsive and answered our question very quickly.
We would definitely stay here again!
