Very friendly staff, good breakfast, few steps from the sea. If you want to go to the center, you can either walk (30 min) or take a bus, which is not always up to schedule.
There is a big free parking.
Nothing to mention

Very clean room and nice bathroom.

The staff was friendly and able to speak multiple languages. The hotel has recently been remodeled so it is clean and nice. This hotel is best for longer stays. I stayed two nights but if you stay 7 days or longer it’s easier to get prices on meals and an umbrella at the seaside. The price was good for June but did not include breakfast in the price. You can add breakfast for €5 per person. Most rooms are a big double bed + bunk bed. This was perfect for traveling with kids. There is no mini fridge in the rooms.
The only thing that I did not like is that after the first night they put new fire alarms in the rooms and it flashes a very annoying green light that at night is like a green strobe light. You can’t sleep unless you wear a sleeping mask. Even though this was very annoying, I plan on coming back again another time.

We haven’t stayed at the property as it was under construction, but when we booked it was not mentioned anywhere. We have stayed at Hotel Marylise which was in front of this hotel.

Breakfast was great (maybe some vegetables would be great, but rest was good, some meat, some eggs (cooked and fried) and ofcourse a lot of sweets (well it is Italy). Parking also free and spacious. Rooms was big, suited for 5 people for our 3 people family. Sea you can see from windows, as it is just in front of hotel. Beds also was really comfy.
Heating... To much heating. 1st what we did, we reduced heaters to minimum, because it was to hot 🥵 overall that fixed issue, but I would suggest to save some money by not turning heat to maximum and also ecological aspect 😊

the breakfast was beyond my expectations, the room was very clean and had a nice view to the beach from its balcony.
for the price it’s way more than I anticipated.

It's winter, obviously we need a hot shower and warm room. That's what I liked and staff was very supportive.

The hotel is located just by the beach, 30 minutes walking from the center of Rimini. The area is nice, full of hotels and restaurants. The breakfast served was amazing. The building is quite old and the rooms would need a bit of renovation, but for this price it is more than enough. The lady at the reception was exceptionally kind and friendly

It was close to the beach, comfortable and clean. The receptionist couldn’t speak English and we communicated with a translator (she did her best) Also the bathroom was very small and there wasn’t a dedicated shower(but didn’t mind)

Location is very nice, the public beach is right next to the hotel.
We’ve travelled across Italy two weeks and this was the worst hotel ever. The doors of the rooms are not working properly, which means you can not open and close them (the doors are stuck). So the guests can open and close the doors only if they shut them. Despite the fact that the hotel is in a resort area, actually no one is sleeping in this hotel, so other guests shut the doors in every 5 minutes. I recommend this hotel, only if you would like to have a middle age torture and sleep depriviation.

It has a great location, this is why we stayed here overnight for the second time. It’s right of the main road, yet right on the beach. It has parking, nice staff, basic rooms - everything you need to spend a night. We’ll stay here for the third time, if it’ll be convinient for any upcoming Italy trips.
