Fabulous hotel. Brilliant location right in the centre of Rocamadour, which meant you could pop back to your room whenever you wanted and you could beat the crowds in the morning and enjoy the quiet of the village once the crowds had left in the evening.
Excellent restaurant, the food was exceptional. Very good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We thought we were in a five star hotel, it was that good!
We liked everything!

The hotel is centrally located in the Cité. There is a pull up place to park directly outside to unload bags. We chose to drive to the bottom of the valley, park and then take the tourist train with our overnight bags up to the hotel. The parking was 6€ for 24hrs and the small train is 4€ per adult return.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On our departure day we had an amazing breakfast and then left our baggage prior to returning to the car. We also had a meal on the terrace and it was silver service amazing food.

Great location, nice buffet breakfast. Friendly service
Nothing to dislike

One of the few hotels in the old town. Recently renovated room. Rocamadour is a spectacular site so well worth.
There is no on site parking but was told where to park for free a few hundred meters away so not a problem.

Excellent hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very well equiped, as was the bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed.
The restaurant was exceptionally good.
I cannot fault it.

Fabulous meal in the evening And a good value breakfast. The room upgrade 'with a view' was very much appreciated.
Given how far they are station they could have organised our taxi - we spent.a stressful day on the phone trying to organise ourselves.

The hotel was in a lovely location in the old town close to the Grand Escalier staircase. Our room was modern and comfortable with a nice valley view. The hotel had an excellent restaurant where we ate every evening.
The parking was a little distance from the hotel but it wasn’t expensive.

Hoel Beau Site is in an excellent location, the heart of Rocamadour. It is a beautiful medieval city built into the hillside.
Our room was large and accessible by elevator. The food at the restaurant across the street was very good. The restaurant is part of the hotel and open at all times.
Parking is only available on the street below the main area. We were able to find a spot designated for the hotel but this isn't guaranteed. If you are going to Rocamadour, you know that parking options are limited,
It would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price of the room.

Wish I could have stayed there longer !

Booked this hotel en route to SW France . My husband is awaiting hip surgery so called hotel to enquire about parking , we were told there was a drop off point at the front of the hotel and parking in the valley within 500 metres - this is on email . We know Rocamadour and it’s steep . It’s beautiful but that’s why we called in advance and checked the parking - we are fully aware hotels in busy towns have off site parking . We then received an email
less than
48 hours before our stay saying there’s was a ballon festival so there was a one way system running through the town , the 500 metre valley car park was closed and it was a find your own parking basis, likewise on check out the one way system was operating still . My point is We wouldn’t have booked this hotel if we were aware of this due to my husbands mobility problems and festivals arnt organised within the timescales we booked and confirmed parking . We were now in France so called to explain our dilemma and we’re curtly told basically tough luck there’s no parking nearby and no refund
Hence we had to book and pay for another hotel . We are actually hoteliers in England and the customer service was terrible . We request a full
refund

you can’t beat the location - perfect!
it was great to find such a central place with family rooms but they were quite small and a little tired.

Loved this hotel! It was right in the centre and I am glad we did some research as to parking.
We parked down at Parking de la Vallée and had great fun taking ‘le petit train’ up to the hotel. The restaurant was
was great and the staff were extremely friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was unforgettable. The hotel is located right beneath the Sancturaire. The hotel itself is exquisite - a beautiful historic demesne. Staying in it was a unique experience. After dinner, we popped back up just to see the building lit after dark. We had it all to ourselves. The room itself was large and beautifully appointed. The staff were lovely.
Can't think of anything.

This hotel has a great location right in the middle of town and an absolutely fabulous restaurant! The staff are accommodating and the rooms are a real delight!

I had a wonderful room and bathroom. Absolutely excellent.
My breakfast was a little expensive as l only had time for a very modest one.
4.5
modern room in the middle of main st.......wonderful buffet breakfast (extra charge) with views
We didn't know you could drive down narrow main street to drop off luggage.......instead we dragged luggage up STEEP stairs below

location is in the center of the village, reception lady very kindly upgraded us to a superior room with balcony.

Location was amazing
Rooms were quite unique with each its own charm, done with taste
Good restaurant
Access to hotel was not very clear. It is largely in a pedestrian street but you are allwed to drive in to drop off your luggage. This was not very clear,

The location was top notch. The rooms were clean and shampoo/lotion smelled really nice.
It wasn’t clear that the buffet breakfast was an additional fee. The room was tiny and difficult for four people to move around.

Everything was very good

Fantastic location in the centre of the village. The room was quiet, and quite cool which was a bonus.
Good restaurant, with great views of the valley. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive.
Very good breakfast.
The bathroom had a shower that was inside the bath. The bath was set under a sloping roof. Getting in and out wasn't that easy. It wasn't ideal for either using the bath or the shower and the screen didn't stop shower water escaping and falling on the floor.
We stayed here previously and had a much nicer room with a view of the valley.
On the second night the restaurant was busy and under pressure. One order got mixed up and a glass of white wine was served at fridge temperature (much too cold) after the course it was accompanying was sent to the table and after a reminder.

The location was perfect in the middle of the city with my room overlooking the valley and my daughters with views of the old city. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant with very attentive service. Thank you.
My en-suite for my daughter's room had a step in the middle of it which meant that she had to be very careful not to fall up or down it. Otherwise all was good.
