The property was very clean and the host very responsive to inquiries. The dockage is quite nice and very accessible, with deep water that easily accommodated my inboard engine.
As noted by other reviewers, the layout is peculiar in that there is no way to get to bedroom 3 without going through bedrooms 1 and 2 (and no way to get to bedroom 2 without going through bedroom 1). The bathroom serving bedrooms 2 & 3 is quite small, but totally fine.
Love the giant tiki and it provides wonderful shade. This addition by the owners makes a big difference in the usability of this property.
House is very, very well stocked with just about every utensil you would ever need, lots of pots and pans and dishes. It could use a few more wine glasses though as there are only 3 glass ones and the rest are all plastic (but that's just me being picky).
Overall a very nice place.

Check in was easy, and communication was excellent. When we walked in the place smelled wonderfully clean. As another reviewer mentioned the rooms all have doors to the outside but if you want to walk from one room to the kitchen/living room you have to go through the other rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook with. The washing machine didn’t work but the owner was quick to come up with solution that worked for us. Over all a lovely place in a great community with everything you need.

My family go to the keys every year. Mainly to fish. Seas did not cooperate. We made the best of our stay. The house was great with the huge tiki hut back porch. And everything we needed. The lay out was a little odd. You have to go through other rooms to get to different bedrooms. But each bedroom had an outside entrance so it worked fine. You also had to share the back porch with neighbors which would be great if you rented both sides. It wasn’t bad though plenty of space.

It was amazing just that the last room had no good AC, but everything else was great. We had our boat in the back house dock.

Home was even more than we expected! We loved the tiki hut on the back patio which was added after our booking…a great added extra. Home had everything needed for our week’s stay. It truly had the Keys look and feel. We are looking forward to booking again for our next trip🌴

Loved the rental location and amenities of Cabana Club pool and park across the street and canal out back for mooring boat plus the ability to bring family pets along with us and the dog park across the street as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks to great host for hospitality! We look forward to visiting again!

Everything was pretty much great.
The only thing was layout of bedrooms for which I realize nothing can be done. You have to go thru other bedrooms (or go outside) to get to your bedroom. It’s a bit much for all adults.

We enjoyed the stay, but the layout was a bit awkward.

The home was very comfortable, nicely decorated & had everything we needed. The location was great & we enjoyed fishing from the dock and seeing the sunset skies in the evenings.

Lovely house in the best possible Key Colony Beach location for dogs. There is a dog park across the street and great areas to take long walks. The house is very comfortable and the outside access from 2 of the 3 bedrooms is a real plus. The back yard is spacious and we enjoyed walking on the bulkhead 'boardwalk'. Fishing from the finger dock was fun!
We have already booked this house for next year.

We loved our stay at the Flip Flop house! Of all the places we have stayed these beds were the most comfortable! The neighborhood was very inviting and fun to walk around. The outside space was great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. Being able to use the Cabana Club was the cherry on top, the pool was cool and refreshing.

Cute neighborhood & adorable property. Furniture was comfortable, functional & the decor was very cheery. The kitchen had everything we needed. Towels were provided, and extra start up items were nice.
The dock was a little rough & we did have to work extra to secure our boat. A lot more than anticipated. The tide goes down probably 4 feet during low tide. There are little to no piling bumpers to keep your boat from hitting. We were able to use both docks part of our stay & that was much appreciated. Both had the same issue lack of verticals dock piling bumpers & piling poles on only one side.

Nice clean place on canal. Excellent location - across from the community center (shuffle board, playground, dog park).

From the time we got there until the time we left, it was an unbelievable stay. We do a lot of fishing and having the boat dock right behind the unit with a cleaning station and freezer out the back door worked out perfectly. The inside was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you needed for a full course dinner And grill if you preferred. Very close to the inlet to get out on either Atlantic or Gulfside through Vacca Cut. I have already made arrangements to stay there again next year.
