Très bon choix pour un séjour à Rodez

Hotel très bien situé. Personnel très aimable.Parking pratique.Très bon petit déjeuner. La chambre est confortable. Excellent choix pour un court séjour à Rodez.

L'heure d'arrivée 20h00 est un peu restrictive. 22h serait plus appropriée quand on arrive de loin.

Fonctionnel

Emplacement face à la cathédrale de Rodez et au vieux centre historique. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct.

La fermeté du lit, le manque de charme de l'hôtel en général et le petit-déjeuner très basique.

Etape d'une nuit en centre ville de Rodez, confortable er pratique

Hôtel très bien situé, centre ville. Chambre bien équipée avec salle de bains moderne et pratique. Chambre située sur rue calme, donc pas de bruit la nuit. TV ds la chambre. Lit très confortable. Climatisation est un confort supplémentaire lorsqu 'il fait très chaud l'été.

Petit-déjeuner : il n'y a qu'une seule formule à 9,50 €, un buffet. Mais lorsque vous mangez peu le matin, il serait bien de proposer une formule plus simple et moins chère (boisson chaude, pain et viennoiserie). Donc, nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner dans un café proche. Un peu dommage.

Good value for money but fairly basic.

Location excellent. Good value for money. Helpful staff

Not able to book in until 5.0 which was disappointing after a long drive. No access at all but luckily plenty of cafes close by to sit and wait in. Restaurant closed on Sundays, disappointing again as this was 1 of the reasons we chose the hotel.

L'accueil est très agréable. Nous avons du prolonger notre séjour d'une nuit et malgré un hôtel quasi complet tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous n'ayons pas à changer de chambre. Le personnel est très sympathique , à l'écoute . La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner avec des viennoiseries fraiches permet de bien commencer la journée. Le parking facilite le séjour et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal.

Il receptionist del giorno di arrivo molto gentile e comprensibile. Il parcheggio funzionale. La camera silenziosa, il letto comodo. Molte prese di corrente. La posizione centralissima.

La receptionist del giorno del check-out, piuttosto brusca. L'ascensore strettissimo. Il televisore piccolo, considerata la distanza dal letto. Tutta la struttura parecchio fatiscente. Nessun piano d'appoggio in bagno.

Exceptional

This hotel is better than the two star status that it trade under. Rooms are very good. Very clean. Close to everything in Rodez. Staff are very nice and helpful. .

Very good

Location was exceptional, but it's easy to miss the turning for the car park. However it was great to have a private car parking space in the centre of town and it was cheap. Jean Charles was very helpful with an excellent manner. All the facilities were adequate.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is very central with a view of the cathedral. The room was quiet and comfortable. The food was very good and nicely presented. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly.

A mixed review. The best part was breakfast which was awesome, great selection of food and drinks.

Toilet not clean. Room overlooked the main road and the traffic noise woke us up very early. As it was a Sunday we couldn’t check in until 5pm. The restaurant also wasn’t open as it was a Sunday.

Good bedroom, good meal out, shame about the noise.

The hotel was well set out over 4 floors, the duty manager spoke good English and was helpful with directions and suggestions for an evening meal. Our bedroom overlooked the cathedral square and had a large very comfortable double bed the ensuite bathroom was clean and had a modern very effective shower with steady pressure and heat. The breakfast was a buffet style

The Rodez one way system is a nightmare, and it is easy to overshoot the hotel location and have to try and get around again. The evening we stayed the town had a fete taking place and the centre was closed off with security barriers which were beside the hotel, the music was varied, very loud and ended with rap group which kept us awake & concluded at 0300. Whilst this was beyond the hotel's control, had we known we could have made alternative arrangements.

All in all it was a pleasant stay.

It was central looking on to the cathedral. we only saw the receptionist but he was welcoming and helpful. our room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. There is also a convenient car park in the hotel which was a bonus.

The dining room wasn’t open on Friday and Saturday and that was disappointing and inconvenient.

Nice room, nice location, facilities lacking (e.g., no fridge and no coffee making facilities)

Size or room was good and location close to the centre was good. Staff were friendly.

There were only 2 hangers in the room, ridiculous for a business trip of 4 nights stay. Took two days to find more. No fridge or coffee making facilities in the room which alternative accommodation similar rating offers. Breakfast was extra on top of room price making it more expensive than alternative accommodation with better facilities.
