Affordable option but a bit far from the center.

One of the only hotels for a somewhat normal price during the Rugby World Cup Able to store luggage until check in. Checkout employee was more than friendly and helpful. Room was overall clean.

Upon check in the two employees at the front desk were having an argument. When we asked to check in they told us in a "should have known that" tone that check in is at 5 but they can make it work at 4pm. When checked in we asked for an additional cover since we had to share a bed (there were no twin rooms left which was fine - they communicated that before at booking). The employee said "not now I have to check in other people" - fair enough but the cover never came. We called the front deck in the evening to ask again and were left with a "I see if I can find one but if I do I'll bring it within 30 minutes". That never happened unfortunately. The toilet smelled badly of urine, not sure if that was a cleaning problem or through the vent upstairs to the other room. WIFI is quite slow. We had to take out the trash on the day of departure ourselves. Lots of homeless people in the area that is otherwise residential. We didn't walk around there during the night but mostly took UBER to get to the center and back. During the day its fine though.

Alles behalve zijn 4 sterren en geld waard

Hygiene slecht. Bloedvlekken aan de muur. Douche kop hangde half van de muur + schimmel. Deur ging maar half open dan schuurde ze over de grond. In 3 dagen is er geen enkele keer gekuist geweest of verse handdoeken gebracht. 3 maal zelf toiletpapier moeten gaan zoeken. En einde van het verblijf moesten we zelf nog de vuilbakken leegmaken en weg gooien in de containers beneden.

Good stay

The room is spacious and clean, the hotel is very close to the train station but the area in general is not the best if you wish to visit the old center. The check in is easy and quick. The property has a pool and a laundry room. The bed is comfy, there's a small balcony, a table with chairs and towels are provided in the bathroom

In the room there are the check out instructions : I didn't appreciate that they ask you to take your rubbish at level - 1 when you leave. If I pay for a hotel room, I kind of expect the cleaning fee included

Moyen pour les raisons que je viens de vous notifier. Dommage, j’appréciais votre hôtel.

La piscine. L’accueil. Le petit déjeuner.

Une climatisation est absolument indispensable en période estivale. La chambre 803 nous a semblé plus étroite que d’autres, comparativement à celle que j’avais loué en décembre dernier. La réservation d’une place de parking serait bien utile et la signalétique dans le parking est à revoir.

Un super hôtel, une salle de sport et la piscine. Le studio tout équipé. La chambre est le balcon sont super agréables.

I stayed for 3 days reception was very welcoming and helped throughout my stay they are also very responsive

It has a perfect blend of luxury and still feeling like home, the fitness room and the swimming pool are also really nice additions to the place

To be honest me personally I can’t say there was anything I dint like

Positionnement idéal mais mauvaise expérience

Accueil non chaleureux qui nous dis même pas bienvenue et préfère insister sur le respect des horaires, de plus le lit était inconfortable et derrière le lit vous avez énormément de poussière. Le balcon est sale on peut pas poser nos coudes dessus.

Clean, Modern and Welcoming

The hotel was clean and welcoming. It was close to the railway station - about half a mile walk. Not a brilliant location and a long way from the better restaurants and the old town. However, once we got our daily tram and bus passes, it made navigating the city easier. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were reasonable.

There were no instructions for the room and we only discovered how to operate the blinds on the last day. The wifi was very slow.

L’emplacement. Le check in et out facile et rapide. Personnel accueillant.

Petit dejeuner avec produits industriels. Eau et lait non frais. Absence d’eau pétillante. Pain de mie ou pain decongelés. La décoration tres austère dans les chambres. Pas de mini bar. Trace sur les murs, moisissure dans la douche. Toilettes hors d’âge. Télévision petite et de tres mauvaise qualité

L'emplacement, la chambre spacieuse, le balcon et le choix au petit déjeuner. L'accès à la piscine intérieure chauffée également.

Très forte odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre, incommodante. Cela nous a gâché notre nuit. D'autre part, l'installation d'un rideau au niveau de la douche serait appréciable afin de pouvoir avoir une intimité car elle est ouverte sur le lit... Le petit déjeuner pourrait proposer du pain frais de différentes sortes, et du bacon car il ne manquait que ça.

Literie très confortable, décoration agréable, sobre et moderne avec des éclairages agréables et reposants.

Accueil indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles par une hôtesse trés froide et qui ne cachait même pas son agacement .1h pour faire le Check in après 3 changement de chambres : l'hôtesse n'avait pas pris en compte ma demande de lit spécifique, puis dans la 2ème qui m'a été proposée, le ménage n'avait pas DU TOUT été fait, dans le 3ème, les vitres et plaques de cuisson étaient super sales, le contrôle du ménage n'était clairement pas passé par là. Du jamais vu dans un hôtel... Le soir, les cartes de désactivaient du fait d'un problème technique et nous ne pouvions pas rentrer dans notre chambre (Le 2ème soir, nous sommes restées 10mn à attendre que l'hôte parvienne enfin à nous ouvrir). Les petits dejeuners ne valaient absolument pas les 14€ affichés mais ils nous ont été offerts en compensation de ces mésaventures - à ma demande ceci soit dit en passant, et encore ... il a fallut les renégocier avec la directrice lors du paiement au check out ... car elle n'avait été informée de rien de ces événements!!! Dans la chambre, une salle de bain sans porte (bonjour l'intimité, quelle étrangeté) et une cuisine très peu équipée, sans même une poubelle, du mobilier abimé (un fauteuil avec un trou de cigarette), des bandes de peintures fraiches pas enlevées... Quelle déception! Une expérience mémorable mais pas au bon sens du terme ;-(

Apartamento merece la pena, ubicación perfecta viajando en tren.

Genial, En la recepción muy amables y comprensibas por yo no poder hablar francés, incluso una ellas entendía español, aunque no lo hablaba. Muchas gracias. Un edificio moderno, todo como nuevo. Me alojé en un apartamento, mereció la pena en comparación con la habitación. Cocina, microondas, una pequeña nevera, una plancha,...mejor con una tabla de planchar, pero estuvo bien. La piscina y el gimnasio estupendos. Bien comunicado, al lado de la estación de tren, restaurantes, jardín botánico, centro comercial, etc... y con el transporte público en un momento en la zona turística.

La chambre/studio était assez grande et conforme à mes attentes. Je n'ai pas pu tester les installations telles que la piscine mais j'ai trouvé l'hôtel très accueillant et moderne.

フロントの対応が悪い。カードキーがずっとエラーで使えなかったのにこちらが怒った態度を見せるまでは謝りもしなかった。あのフロントのオヤジは日本人をなめていた。
