SUMMER DESERT HEAT Disclosure: Arizona is known for extreme outdoor temperatures, which can impact the efficiency of air conditioning systems. This home is equipped with two AC units, ceiling fans, and additional portable fans. However, please note that the AC units are residential-grade, not commercial-grade. When temperatures exceed 105°F, it may be challenging for the systems to reach target cooling during peak hours.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Ring doorbell (facing out), 2 cameras (front driveway & side yard gate). No cameras in the house or backyard.
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles).
