It was a nice house but it was very dirty and missing many necessities. These types of rentala are made for having essentials unlike hotels. I had to use the coffee pot to measure the amount of water I needed to cook dinner. The coffee pot had a used coffee filter with coffee grounds still in it from who knows how long ago. There’s only one cutlery knife. The floors were dirty. The bedding in one of the rooms had to be washed because of things on pillow cases and sheets. The countertops and cabinets had food on them. The hand soaps in the bathrooms were empty, only half a roll paper towels, a pile of dry wet towels on the side of the washing machine. The kitchen faucet button was broken. The garbage disposal wasn’t working so the sink started backing up. The baseboard in the hallway bathroom is absolutely disgusting, looks like it’s growing mold. The shower barely sprays. The bathroom door and handle were full of gunk. There was dog hair on the rugs and we didn’t end up bring our dog so it wasn’t from him. There’s stains all over the chairs and couch. There was pool stuff all over the backyard. Broken trees all over in the back yard. The lights for the pool weren’t working. There’s no lights back there at all. We were very unsatisfied with our stay. The lack of response was unacceptable when it was something so little. Our stay was not even worth it for the amount of money we spent. We left early. Hopefully this will help your next guests have a better experience.

We were in town for my daughters soccer tournament and decided to stay extra days to enjoy mothers days along with another family. Upon arrival the host would not answer and we ended up waiting 2 hours outside and eventually had to get a hotel. When the host finally answered we checked in the next day and the backyard was dirty and full of weeds. The pool was not heated even though we had asked the host about it prior to booking. This really ruined our mother's day weekend. The inside was nice and remodeled but would not stay here again. Vrbo customer service did great in trying to find solutions.

Love the colors of all things inside. Outside a bit disappointing, and the pool was not heated. Big Disappointment. Beds comfortable, kitchen awesome.

My family and I stayed for a week in March to attend some baseball spring training. The house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of beds for everybody and very neat and tidy. The kitchen was perfect for our gathering area. The hosts were responsive with any questions we had.
The ONLY thing we found a little frustrating was the berries from the trees. Very glad we ended up not bringing our dog, because these were everywhere! Which then meant that the birds and squirrels were constantly around while we were sitting outside.
But overall, wonderful place to stay.
