We were thrilled with the beautiful and convenient location. The condo complex was very quiet and all of the people staying there or who owned units were very friendly. The property manager gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants among other things. There was rarely anyone at the pool so we often had it all to ourselves. Mary’s Boon Bar and Restaurant were just a short walk down the beach and the beach there was amazing! We had cell issues when we arrived so we were thankful when Jill so quickly came to let us in. Note: print everything you need just in case your phone doesn’t work. Also, it was wonderful to have Samual the security guard at the complex all night every night even though the area seemed very safe. It’s always nice to have extra reassurance. We can’t wait to return! What a blessing this vacation was!

We lost hours from our first day due to having to wait for shop n drop groceries because they weren't allowed to drop off groceries while Hermine was cleaning so it defeated the purpose of this time saving service. There are some items that need repaired. I left that feedback on the sheet of paper in the condo that was provided for that purpose. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Second time staying at the property .. did mention that the bed was terrible two years ago wasn't changed and did t know until speaking to owner that the couch had a pull out. ., did speak to owner about things so hopefully it'll get taken care of along with the awful smell coming
From bathroom! The cleaning ladies could do a lot
Better at their job considering we are still dealing with Covid circumstances.
Over all if stay again only if bed was changed was completely a problem for our backs and if they fox bathroom
Smell and washing machine smells !

Upon arrival the the locks getting in were a little tricky but property manager was great checking in and leaving !! The bed wasn’t the greatest , a very expensive exhumation in bathroom in which never got fixed our stay in which was unconvient to not be working the whole stay . Very low end everything but was over all a nice condo the setting made up for it tremendously! We would rent that one again but I would definitely want to have a conversation about all that before renting again!

We think the location was the best and the condo had everything we needed. Gordon was a Big help.
The neighborhood has locals, tourists, chickens and dogs..
Million dollar places and small homes, shacks and churches, great bars and restaurants along the beach. The main road is a five minute walk that has grocery stores, restaurants and fun bars.
We ventured out to other parts but liked this location and place the Best..

We chose this property on St. Maarten for the location in relation to Philipsburg, the airport, a variety of beaches, and honestly? Because there is nothing between the back door and the ocean except a fresh water pool and some lounge chairs! We were not disappointed!! Not only did we get all of those things, but Jill (the booking agent) was so very helpful and Gordon (the property manager) gave us all sorts of tips on good local cuisine and activities! We spent 13 days here and can’t wait to go back!
The amenities are just as described: beach towels, laundry, full kitchen with dishwasher, spectacular view, lots of privacy, on site security all night (makes hourly rounds), accessibility to many shopping and dining options just a short walk away... we could go on and on! We did get a car and spent quite a few days exploring the island and visited other resorts and hotels. We continue to be thrilled by our choice!
We only ran into a couple small issues: bed broke one morning, but Gordon was able to fix it within 36 hours; the sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable to sit on; and, someone turned off the water one day, but the security guard turned it back on as soon as he heard of the issue!
Overall, we had a truly amazing vacation, much of which was due to staying at this fabulous condo! And, would highly recommend it to others!
