This resort is the perfect escape from city life. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. We had a fantastic time!

La vista mare quando si fa colazione, è molto ben ricca oltre ogni aspettativa. L'accoglienza del personale molto cordiali.
Purtroppo le stelle dell'albergo non corrispondono al servizio, l'acqua della piscina è opaca e le doccie sono sporche e poco funzionanti, il bar a bordo piscina ha barman non in grado di soddisfare le richieste per mancanza di capacità (cocktail scadenti con bassa qualita a prezzi alti), ma quando lavori con clientela straniera loro non ci fanno caso, noi italiani siamo abituati meglio.
Le pulizie vengono fatte anche in orari tardivi anche prima della cena creando fastidiosi disturbi, e inoltre le camere vengono rassettate alla bene meglio, in pratica dopo il service room c'e ancora sabbia per terra ed è molto fastidiosa.
Per non parlare che l'asciuga capelli non viene fornito ma bisogna richiederlo ogni volta che ci si lava i capelli e si ha un ora di tempo per la restituzione.
Fate attenzione quando arrivate al check in che vi possono far pagare la tassa di soggiorno due volte.

The views from this resort are amazing. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, and the pools were lovely. Highly recommend!

The service and Spa was excellent. The amenities were top-notch, and the pools were beautiful. The room was spacious and had a lovely sea view. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this adults-only resort.

The view over looking the bay. The hotel lobby is pleasant
The bathroom had large amounts of black mould, toilet seat wasn’t secure, there was an open drain on the balcony.
The hotel is advertised as “undisturbed views for complete tranquility and relaxation” - from 20:30 until 22:30/23:00 there is live music on the bar terrace. The sound travels across into the rooms and there is nothing tranquil about Tina Turner or Bon Jovi! We were offered another room after we complained about the noise but short of being in a nuclear bunker there’s no escaping the noise.
In the morning the gardeners were noisy outside the room and woke us.
The staff are friendly enough but lack training or knowledge. At the bar I asked for advice picking a wine to which the staff member confessed she had no idea. On top of this the wine was served in dirty glasses and without a wine cooler. At breakfast we had to take our own placemats and cutlery. Had to ask for coffee. Not what I expect in a 5* hotel.

Main restaurant was really good, mostly good service and the standard of the buffet was excellent during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: A small number of staff were lovely and really cared about our experience, to name one; Nektaria (Waitress A). She was fantastice.
LOCATION: Absolutely perfect, really really amazing, beautiful setting for a hotel with amazing views and loads to do locally. St Paul’s bay a short taxi ride was probably the nicest spot.
Reception staff had really bad attitudes. I understand that they were under pressure due to the wild fire situation, but in a 5 star hotel, you expect to be spoken to with politeness and respect; not rudeness and sarcasm!! They were dismissive of our complaints (construction going on next door, no water for days, dirty and cold water when it did operate). With regards to construction, we complained about the very loud hammering and drilling next door on two occasions and we were told that if it wasn’t happening to us, it would happen to someone else! They also said that it was their schedule for construction, so the construction continued with no apology
The pool area wasn’t well kept either, the pump stopped working on occasion and the pool filled with tree debris and bugs. The sun loungers were broken and lob sided when we sat on them
Main bar: again you could order the same cocktail 5 times and it would never be the same. Every fizzy drink was flat, they told us we couldn’t have a pint of beer because they had no pint glasses, however, 20 yards away in the restaurant, they served pints of beer

All was very good. Staff very friendly and efficient. Massages were of very good quality. View from my bedroom was gorgeous.
Price of my room was quite more expensive that the one of my friends (same size room). Very early on sunbeds were taken by people putting their towels but not being by the swimming pool themselves.

Luxury, clean and modern hotel with 2 pools, spa, gym, private beach and free Wi-Fi. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone was friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that the staff exhibited. We enjoyed our stay at this complex with free parking, airport transfer and coffee/tea facilities in our room.

Nestled in a quiet location, this adults-only hotel offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The hotel also had a great restaurant and a bar on-site. My suite was clean and airy, with comfortable mattress and soft pillows. Pool view was unique and the prices for the one night suite was superb!

Service from the adult-run accommodation was excellent. We paid for breakfast one morning which was great value and really good quality. Room was large and comfortable and air con worked great. I would definitely stay here if holidaying in Lindos again.

Generally very good. Canteen staff were attentive, smiley and very helpful. Canteen food excellent overall. Great facilities, beautiful reception, entrance to the hotel, amazing views. Nice pool, bar area, great view from our room.
The cleaning staff left glasses and plates outside our room all week. They were in and out of the room in a couple of minutes. The former would have been so easy to fix.
The specialist restaurant food had to be sent back on a couple of evenings. I don't doubt COVID difficulties but it wasn't great. Not though enough to offset a wonderful visit and overall, the staff (not the cleaning staff) were fantastic, Attentive, smiley and all round very good.

The beach and pool of the hotel are clean. Rooms were clean and amenities were great. Employees were very friendly. I recommend you to try the cheeseburger at the burger restaurant, it was the best hamburger we ate in our lives.
We wish drinks were free on the hotel's own beach.

need renovation in many parts , facilities are not as portrayed for example the spa. the beach is a long walk downhill ! though they will send a cart to collect you.
there is a lack of care by some staff I fell and no one even offered support or enquired as to how I was the fall was due to no fault of mine. having said that once I complained the managers and staff were very attentive.
one annoying thing ! each day you have to ask specifically for more tea coffee milk and water , if it’s finished or low why not just replenish when the room is cleaned.
cleaning of your room , I’d leave my room at 8/8.30 sometimes returning g at 3 to room still not made up annoying if you want a shower before lunch!
room service although it’s all inclusive you have to pay 10 euros for the service and the only available food on the menu is very limited and Italian .

This is a real cool hotel. Adults only with beautiful white building and amazing view to the bay. There are 3 meals with fruits and a lovely buffet. The staff members are very welcoming and always wish and try to help and be nice. Although been in the middle of August yet the hotel was not crowded.
Rooms facilities could be better (coffee machine that did not work, an electricity outlet that did not work next to the bed). Food variety could be better (no chicken, always pork). The evening activities could have been improved and have been a bit dull.

Very disappointed by our stay at Lindos Village Resort and Spa.
Extremely understaffed - the staff that they have are lovely and try hard but they are just unable to keep up with the amount of work and guests that require attention. the front desk staff and guest relations are lovely but constantly apologising but nothing changes.
Impossible to get a drink at the main bar - huge queues, never any clean glasses, only 1 or 2 people working, always out of different types of alcohol, cocktails undrinkable. more staff are needed especially at peak times of the day (ie before dinner), table service for wine top ups at a minimum could work better, queue needs to be organised better so people aren’t waiting for 20+ minutes getting angry
Pool bar much better but the pool area itself was a mess - not enough sun beds, no clean glasses, always running out of alcohol. Suggest at a minimum more sunbeds organised nicely, cleaned of towels and dirty glasses at the end of each day, a designated towel exchange area, a self service fridge for waters and soft drinks, guests encouraged to reuse glasses.
We were never able to make a reservation at any of the restaurants despite them always being half empty which meant we had to eat at the buffet the entire time. The tables were always filthy. Drink service slow to non existent. The entire experience felt more like a school camp than a 5 star resort. more staff, self service beverage areas, a proper coffee machine might help to fix some of these problems. organising the restaurants into a first and second sitting might help everyone be able to actually enjoy them or alternatively focus on the Greek restaurant and abandon the Asian restaurant.
Another significant problem was that every single other guest was constantly frustrated and complaining, which made the entire atmosphere unpleasant.

Beautiful, extremely clean hotel. Brilliant staff - Christina from the reception was the most helpful and accommodating. Loved the breakfast - the choice was very good, even for someone who is vegetarian and follows the gluten free diet. A bottle of local wine in the room was a nice gesture. We also felt very safe regarding Covid

Everything!! from the welcoming smiles and a glass of bubbly each on arrival, your luggage being taken to your room, the very nice bottle of wine with real wine glasses waiting for you in the room, to the excellent service of all the staff who will go out of their way to help. Everywhere was pristine clean including the white marble tiles in the very impressive reception and lounge foyer area. (You can see your face in the tiles). The food was great and plenty of variety to suit everyone's taste buds. And there was loads to eat, especially if you have a sweet tooth because they had some very creative sweets/deserts. The rooms are very spacious with a king size bed which had a touch of luxury in the soft wall lighting around the bed head and a canopy like curtain draped above it. Nice touch. Even the coffee maker was very versatile. They pretty much provided everything, such as soft slippers, towelling bathrobe, very good quality bath towels and good size toiletries. Daily cleaning where they actually wash the floors. There is also a buggy that ferries you to the nearby beach. Final words, this is lovely Resort where the views are amazing from the restaurant's table as well as elsewhere, as its located on a slight hill slope with well thought out layout surrounding grounds and well kept gardens. We will definitely be returning to this amazing resort village. Top marks!!
I am struggling to find something I did not like. However, they could place a full length mirror in the rooms. But there are adequate mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom.

View from the balcony is amazing.
Position is perfect for visiting Lindos and beaches, resort is very close to a supermarket where you can buy food and drinks.
Tidy and clean room, room service OK, nice to have a welcome bottle of wine.
Luggage service nice and fast. Availability of late checkout with small extra (50€)
Shuttle to the beach every hour.
Waiter and staff at breakfast and dinner were nice to satisfy our needs.
Fantastic and comfortable bed.
No parking for guests, the hotel is huge, just 10 parking lot available, remaining guest shall park along a dark road.
Rooms are not at a 5 star finiture level: bathroom is small, no shower just an old bath tube with bad smell. Poor privacy due to the small distance with front rooms. Air conditioning noisy.
Our request of lactose free sweet food for breakfast was accomplished just last day over three nights.
With small improvement the resort could provide a great 5 star experience to guests.
