sehr gutes Hotel, preis/leistungsverhältnis Ok
Bad ist Renovierungsbeüdrftig und auch für Senioren sollten einige Zimmer vorhanden sein.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber der 5.* ist zuviel

Ver clean hotel. Rooms were very nice with a lot of counter space in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant in the hotel.

The reception staff were friendly
The hotel is advertised as “the only 5* hotel in Piraeus”.
The hotel is a 2* at best. The shower was full of mould, the furniture was all very dated. The air conditioning was not very effective.
Annoyingly, we paid quite a bit more for this hotel, because we wanted something nicer for the 2 evenings before our cruise. The rest of our group stayed just down the road in the Gallery Suites and Residences, and whilst rated lower; it was far nicer. We ended up going there to use their facilities each day.
Finally, we pre-booked their airport transfer as we were arriving with our 1 year old at 0120am and wanted a smooth transfer to the hotel. At 0210am we gave up waiting. The driver would not respond to any messages or phone calls. The receptionist at the hotel was apologetic, but we weren’t compensated in any way.
I believe this hotel is being very dishonest and Booking.com needs to intervene. We feel utterly ripped off!

Very good!
Everything was good!

Good position. Comfortable bed and friendly staff
A little dated but perfectly acceptable.
Roof pool unusable because of seagulls
3.5
We had the presidential suite, it was a large comfortable room. We did not make breakfast either day. Had dinner there both days as rest of town was closed for Easter. People were friendly
Pity the town was closed for Easter, food in the hotel was basic, but ok.
5.0
Extremely friendly receptionists
4.5
Staff was exceptional. Arranged to hold luggage until room was available which facilitated us visiting Athens. Staff even called hop on and off bus to pick us us near hotel as well as arrange transportation to the airport. Breakfast was ample with a large variety of choices and equally friendly staff. Hotel is close to Piraeus port for cruise ships and shuttle craft. Shuttle craft are easily within walking distance.

The room that I got was very spacious and had a massive window. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice I asked them to extend my check out time and they approved the request without any hassle. Location was prime very easily accessible to the public transportation and to get to the market and restaurants spot. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The one side of shower door in my room was not existed. So the bathroom literally flooded with water going out of the designated area. That's the only thing that I didn't like! I would assume everything to be perfect after paying 120EURO for a night.
4.5
The room is spacious and comfortable, although the decoration is somewhat outdated. good breakfast
The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow, we couldn't get through the door and had to go around the busy traffic quite a lot to find a parking lot

Everything about the hotel
Absolute nothing

Pleasant stay, good breakfast
Photos depict a property more luxurious that actual reality
4.0
Comfort, access to ferry and station
Pool closed, without any announcements. Reason was too early in the season but nowhere this was mentioned, not on booking, not on the hotel info and website. It was the reason of choice for this hotel and not a nearby one. Bad luck, paid the full price for nothing.
4.0
Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Good location if needed to be in Piraeus and ferries.
The reason we chose to book this hotel over another was for the roof pool. It was closed and the reason given was "too early in the season". There was no discount for thus lack of facility, nor was it announced anywhere in any advertising on booking nor the hotel itself.
Breakfast: coffee could do with extra strength...

The staff were nice.
disappointed to find that our “presidential suite” was on the 9th floor but the lift finished at 8th and we had to walk up the stairs to the next floor. my husband has difficulty walking and stairs are particularly painful for him to negotiate. The suite was certainly not luxurious in any way and there was a made up fold down bed in a corner which was totally out of place. The furniture was OK, but again not what we expected from the “presidential suite”.
The breakfast was probably the worst we have had at any hotel recently. It was nothing like we expected from a 5 star hotel. We would have eaten better at McDonalds.

Compared to our last chaotic experience in Piraeus, this was heaven. Didn’t even feel like the same city. The hotel and our room were elegant in an understated way. The included breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced in Greece so far. I will not dread an overnight in Piraeus ever again.

Very clean, walking distance to the metro station, spacious room and bathroom.
The offered gym should be a little bit more maintained and equipped.

Great staff, really helpful and polite. I needed help with the TV and Mr. Kostas the receptionist came and fixed it in no time. Good breakfast, convenient location in walking distance from the port.
