Very clean and comfortable appartment. Value for money!

Very comfortable appartment with all very big rooms. Fast and powerful airconditioning in the living rooms and all the bedrooms. Kitchen with everything you need. Easy self check-in procedure. Very clear and friendly communication. A lot of value for money. We got more than we expected.

The terras is located on another floor.

A nice place to stay if you're in Piraeus

The room was spacious and the proprietor/property manager was there to let us in and he was extremely friendly and helpful in terms of telling us about the area and making sure we knew how to get to the port to catch our ferry. Really, a lovely guy, he made us both feel at home. Nice bed, good air conditioning, gigantic balcony. The kitchen was tiny but suited our needs just fine. The refrigerator had a small freezer section for ice cream -- sounds like a given but we've been places that didn't have a freezer! I wouldn't call it luxurious or anything but it was a very nice apartment and the price was reasonable.

We could not figure out how to get the shower to work without flooding the bathroom. We didn't try until the morning of our departure (we only stayed one night) and so we didn't have time to call the manager and ask about it. There were two drains in the middle of the bathroom -- outside the shower stall -- but it seems crazy to flood the whole bathroom floor and also to risk that the water flows outside the bathroom. I don't know. Maybe we just missed something. But we ended up not using the shower for fear of flooding.

Disappointing

The WiFi was not working during our stay. While the host worked to fix the issue, it was not resolved before we checked out. Additionally, the floors were quite dirty. It appeared they hadn't been cleaned for several stays.

Superb

Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Not far from the port of Piraeus and the train station. The shared terrace on the top floor was also a plus. Online check-in happened smoothly.

Even though there was a lift, the first 30 stairs were not accessible by the lift. This was not a good surprise as I was travelling with 2 small kids, an elder, luggage and a buggy.

Spacious apartment, equipped with all necessities. Perfect location, close to everything. Self check in-very convenient and easy.

Even with the blackout curtains the apartment was very bright. Not good for light sleepers. Not a big deal for us-just mentioning it.

Enjoyable and nice spot for any kind of travel

The apartment is very close to shopping, leisure and dinning areas. It is very spacious with all necessary amenities (bed linen, incredible soft towels, cosmetics etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso coffee machine, and they also provide coffee. The checkout is relatively early, but there is the possibility to store the luggage before transfer to the airport. Our host, Fotis was a very nice and polite person, eager to help, who gave us some information regarding the local attraction. Also in the last day of our stay which was Saturday, he waited for us to give the luggage and he helped also with the taxi driver who mislead the address. Definitely I would recommend Maryflower Premium Apartments.

Bathroom design was such that water from the shower would leak out to the rest of the toilet and cause the entire toilet to be wet after a shower.

Great apartment near the port

- Excellent communication and very clear instructions - Super nice apartment with all the necessities - Comfortable and well-designed

- That you have to go up one floor before getting to the tiny elevator, which is a huge inconvenience with a baby.

Best apartment EVER!

The apartments is newly renovated, modern and clean with big windows with plenty of light. Your host Fotis is very accommodating and Eugenia is there to be sure your place is clean and comfortable. I planned to stay for 3 days and stayed an extra week because it was sooooo nice. It has everything you need including cold a/c. When I’m back in Athens I will definitely stay there again and again. Thank you Fotis & Eugenia you’re the BEST!

Beautiful apartment-hotel close to port

This was our second time staying in Maryflower apartments for a layover before heading to the islands in the morning. The apartment was beautiful and spotless and had all the amenities that a hotel would offer; towels, slippers, shower gel/shampoo etc. Beds and sheets are very comfortable. The location is optimal, in walking distance to the port of piraeus. The staff was super-helpful and even carried our heavy luggage up the one flight of stairs connecting to the elevator. He also gave us tips on where to eat and booked us a cab for the morning. We felt that we could turn to him with any question and he would help out. All in all a perfect stay. Thank you!

Wayyyy overpriced and misleading

We looked for a place near the port and it seemed beautiful in pictures. In reality we had a dark tiny room with a folding cot for our kids. There was no balcony as shown in photos. The area was loud and crowded and generally unpleasant. There are far better options for half the price.
