Frankly, the only thing I liked was how the house looked from the outside and that someone tried to furnish the apartment in a nice way.
to start with: the location was horrible. My husband (black belt Jiu Jitsu) was afraid to go jogging in the morning. once you enter the house ( which is undoubtedly nice from the outside), you first realize that there is a horrible stench/smell in the whole hallway/staircase; the carpet on the floors is dirty and torn, ... everything is in desperate need of repair, including the walls and the lighting.. just a bad atmosphere. Once you enter the apartment, you realize that there is no air conditioning, just one fan in the bedroom which is completely ineffective once the temperatures rise. Not a single bottle of water or tea bag ... which might make the arriving a bit more comfortable. the closets are all filled with (used) cleaning supplies. the bed didn't even have 2 decent pillows. The towels all had terrible stains on them . I was most annoyed by a text message which I received at the arrival: I was supposed to CLEAN the whole apartment, take out all trash etc. Well, I even took out the trash that was already there because I was afraid that they would charge me extra (on top of the OVERPRICED deal). We booked 2 nights but LEFT after 1 night.

It was clean and nicely located, comfortable, recently updated appliances.
The runner rug in the kitchen is a trip hazard; we rolled it up and slid it under the kitchen table for safety. The curtains were difficult to slide on their rods, we improvised with various methods of tying up the curtains. Coat hooks needed inside apartment door and bedroom. More towel racks needed in bath. Some windows could not be opened; I would not want to stay here when AC is needed. The TV is a bit too high on the wall. Someone appears to be using excessive amounts of disgustingly-perfumed laundry detergent which has become stuck to the inside of the washer; now that we are home, we are washing our clothes multiple times to get the perfume stench out of them, yuck!
