Our stay in New Mexico was absolutely wonderful for our family. The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

This was a convenient location and good space for us to relax while we were in town. Arrival was quick and easy, and while we didn't use the outdoor patio area it looks nice and a wonderful view. The walk-in jetted tub may be quite appealing to those with limited mobility, though we didn't specifically test it out ourselves. Found all of the stuff we needed during our short stay.

This house was perfect for our family to stay in while we were attending a baseball tournament. Shari was more than accommodating for our crazy schedule. I think our favorite spot of the house was the back yard (me and my husband) for the kids, it was most definitely the garage area.

Beautiful home and a perfect location!

The house and location was perfect. The only thing I would change is to add a light to the living room. On our next visit we will book this same property.

This property had everything you would need for a great stay. The host thought of everything. We were greeted by flowers and a basket full of snacks. The garage was converted to game area and backyard fire pit were a hit. The location is perfect near grocery stores, restaurants and the interstate. We would highly recommend this home.

Lovely home from home for us while visiting friends locally. We particularly appreciated the basket of snacks and stock of bottled water after a long drive to get there - that was a really nice touch. The property is great; very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great neighborhood, accessible to all areas. Great views. Didn’t agree it was wheelchair accessible due to step into front door and shag carpeting. Fresh flowers and snack basket were a nice touch and house had an at home feel

The house was perfectly clean and looks better than the pictures. The owners were very friendly and informative, they even provided a snack basket with goodies for us and my kids. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. The garage was great for playing ping pong, foosball, darts, and cards. The backyard has plenty of seating with beautiful views of the mountain and a gas grill with a full tank of propane and a charcoal grill with charcoal provided. It was perfect for our stay in Rio Rancho and we hope to come back next year.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities required for our stay. It is located in a quiet suburb with a little driving required for shopping/dinning. Our hostess (Miss. Shari) was wonderful. She is extremely conscientious and pleasant to communicate with. She made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable and challenge free. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay with you.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the game room was an added bonus for my 3 kids. The location was perfect for us and close to restaurants and Walmart. The area seemed really safe and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had an excellent experience at Rio Rancho! The host, Shari, was very communicative and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable with several personal touches that made us feel as though we were coming home each day. The location was great - it was far enough out of the city to offer privacy and feel very safe, but close enough to make for an easy commute, and there were plenty of stores and things to entertain us nearby. The view of the Sandia Mountains from the house and backyard was spectacular, and we really enjoyed the firepit and barbecue. We would absolutely recommend this place and stay there again ourselves if we travel to Albuquerque again! 😁👍

Great location for us and great amenities. We would suggest replacing the knife set for cutting up food. We like cooking and this would be our only complaint.

We liked this place enough to consider it again if we get back to the area. The property was well kept, and the listing described it fairly well; no surprises. It was unseasonably cool two weeks into monsoon season this year (end of June), and we enjoyed the outdoor area very much, as well as walking in the nearby Willow Creek Trailhead area. Outdoor temps fluctuated a lot during our stay, and the a/c controls were easy to adjust accordingly.
The kitchen had most everything we needed in terms of equipment, but was not stocked with anything to consume other than complimentary coffee beans and tea (which we did not try). Some dishes seemed a bit dusty, but nothing a quick wash/rinse didn't resolve. We cooked almost all our meals, bringing our usual assortment of essentials (spices, condiments, Folger's 1/2 Cafe, etc.) and taking advantage of the nearby Albertson's grocery for everything else.
To contribute to the ongoing discussion about the memory foam beds.... the small bedroom next to the street had a more comfortable bed than the master suite; we didn't try the middle bedroom. We appreciated the clean and comfortable bathrooms.
We looked in vain online, in our emails, and in the home for any directions about how clean to leave the place at checkout, but for our first-time in six years of renting places, we found no such info. Is one supposed to not worry about it? This is something the host should clearly communicate without prompting, especially in light of the high cleaning fee and required deposit. As is our usual pattern, we treat vacation homes like our own and left everything very nice for the cleaner and next user---dishes washed, grill cleaned, furniture as originally found, trash/recycle in provided bins, lights off, a/c set for lower use, beds stripped, towels and sheets piled in laundry room (but no wash started, since there were no provided instructions).

I couldn't ask for anything more. The lights were on for us when we arrived late in the evening. The door lock was straightforward. There were supplies for coffee, plentiful towels, and easy check-out duties. We would definitely stay again!

With what we had planned on our visit to Albuquerque this house ended up being perfect for us. Minutes to the main highways. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The place was clean, spacious and a very quiet neighborhood. Nice back patio to relax after a long day of activities. Never got a chance to use the game room :-( but a great option.
