My Refuge From the Storm
I spent four months last winter at Frank's charming casita. Beds were comfy, my two dogs loved the big grassy fenced in yard, the neighborhood was quiet, and miles of trails along the acequias were close by. Cranes and geese flew over every day, and sunsets at Sandia Peak were stunning.
After the coronavirus hit and we were all asked to stay home, it truly was my refuge.

Cozy!
This house is just as it is advertised. It is a cozy and rustic NM style house. A TON of supplies...we didn't need anything extra. Frank was quick with communication and always helpful!!

Charming Home with Beautiful Natural Lighting
Our stay here was amazing! The home and its owners are so warm and inviting; we wish we could have stayed longer. Out of all of the cozy blankets and comfy seating, the fully furnished kitchen (with a waffle iron!), and the abundance of card games and board games, my favorite part about our stay here was opening all of the curtains in the morning to let in the morning sun! This property has beautiful natral lighting, and for me, that is a huge bonus! We hope to return sometime in the future and bring our families! There is so much to see and do in this area; I hope you get a chance to explore!

Wonderful place, wonderful attention to detail and very welcoming owner. We had the best christmas!
The place is cozy, warm and just a delightful stay for Christmas. They even set up a Christmas tree for us and had cookies for our arrival. What a great place.

Clean but not many comforts here.
If you just need to be close to Balloon Fiesta Park, and don't really care what the place looks like, then this may be for you. The beds were OK, though small. The cable television needs updated to provide a something more than local channels (Not much beyond that) and not really a very nice area at all. Mostly trailer park. Furniture is a bit dated and old. But Ok and the owners are very nice.

Very comfortable, just like home
We enjoyed a one month stay here. Quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to city and stores. Everything you need for eating, sleeping, laundry, and just relaxing is provided for you. The owners go above and beyond to welcome and make you feel comfortable! Well recommend to our family or friends to stay here!

Cool house, great hosts, comfortable beds!
Very quiet neighborhood and very cool adobe house with wood beams. Frank was great host and we had no problems. In fact, the beds and sheets were amazingly comfortable. We were there for a wedding and I also connected with my old high school buddy (first meeting since 1973). So a great weekend made extra special by the accomodations.

Quaint Adobe
We arrived after dark, so was a little hard to find. When we arrived Frank had Christmas luminaries , tee lights, music on for us and snack basket. The home is a very quaint property, the beds were comfy and Frank was a great host. Loved the old true southwest home. The Haynes'

Perfect location for the Balloon Fiesta with all the comforts of home.
We stayed here during our trip to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta and it was the perfect location! We not only could see the balloons going up from the house, but we could be on the field in no time! The house was not only convenient, but very well appointed. I cooked breakfast in the mornings and the kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.
