Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Búzios, Villa Solace is an exceptional property that offers an unforgettable experience of luxury and comfort. With its expansive interior space and abundant natural light, this villa provides a truly luminous and inviting atmosphere for its guests. As you step into the villa, you will immediately be greeted by a grand entrance, adorned with elegant décor and modern design elements.
The Space:
The spacious living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the room in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Large, plush sofas and comfortable seating arrangements make it the perfect spot to relax, socialize, or simply soak in the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The Neighborhood:
Ferradura Beach is a great location since it is somewhat close to the city downtown and also to its entrance, saving you some precious time in traffic jams during high season.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
High speed optic fiber internet, 200 megas hired.
Maintenance of garden and pool included. The house is operated with staff. A maid must be hired for cleaning. The service is extra and paid directly to the professional. Electricity is also paid as extra, according to usage and by the same rate charged by the local energy operator.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property. Visitors outside of the quantity or time established above will incur in the penalties explained below.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1800 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it).
* Children must be accompanied by adults at all times near the pool or at heights.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Security cameras on property
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without a prior approval from us can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
