Excellent home in Surprise that was very convenient to the tennis center. The home was very clean with all the amenities you need to feel like you’re at home!

The pool is such a wonderful addition to the already lovely home. We enjoyed our stay with great amenities nearby and close to the family we have in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The close proximity to the freeway made travel very convenient, and shopping was just a short distance away. The master bedroom was huge and absolutely awesome, providing a very comfortable space to relax. We appreciated the new appliances, which were modern and easy to use. The pool was great and added a lot of fun to our stay. One small suggestion would be to add additional curtains for the morning sun, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

The house was a decent place. I really appreciated all the amenities and Shawns quick responses. I was surprised there was not a hot tub that was mentioned in the ad. And since we were biking or hiking daily that was a big selling point. And because I didn't research enough I wasn't aware of the jets flying over starting 7:15am. But we were grateful to have a warm place to call home for a while. Though we rarely watch tv. It was quite fun having so many channels to explore and watch.

What a fantastic week..friends, fun, baseball, pool and awesome house. Everything was A+. House has everything you need, plus some you hadn't thought of. Super easy check in and out. Communication with Shawn was always quick and pleasant.

Well maintained,lighting was a little complicated but we figure them out. Owner had labels on switches that helped out a lot. Master suite is enormous. Didn’t use the pool,but outside seating is lovely and we used it a lot.

I appreciated the most was the communication with Shawn. It’s always so prompt & flexible. We were looking forward to using the pool but we couldn’t so we decided to put one star out. However, overall the stay was comfortable & the owner was absolutely the best communicator ever!

In town for a baseball tournament at the Royals/Rangers complex. Perfect location - many places to eat within 5 mins. Grocery store just outside neighborhood. Baseball complex 5 mins or less. 35/40 from airport and close to highway. Other than it was 125 degrees everyday it was a great spot! highly recommend

This is a very nice house with all the amenities that you need. The owner is very helpful and responsive to messages. The backyard with Pool is very nice and the neighborhood is also quiet. if you're looking for a place in the Surprise area look no further.

This is one of the nicest homes I have ever stayed in. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature for swimming. Everything was well stocked in the home. It was the most enjoyable, relaxing time I have had in years. The Owners were very friendly and available any time if I needed them. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future! This is a hidden gem!

A big thank you to Shawn and the VRBO experience. This was our first time using VRBO and could not be happier. The property was excellent and the heated pool was awesome. I think the kids actually grew fins! The house was updated and lovely. The internet was fast and the beds were comfortable. The shower in the master was great with good water pressure. The location was close to the World Wildlife Zoo as well as our relatives in Surprise. I would highly recommend a stay at this location and would absolutely book again. - Chris

This is a nicely appointed 3-BR/2-BA home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nice location for us, visiting family in Sun City Grand. We didn't use the pool, but the manager offered to heat it for us. Would have preferred contactless check-in purely for convenience, but the couple managing the property are lovely and nice to talk with.

This place was so awesome. The pool and backyard were a beautiful extension of a wonderful home. Shelley and her husband are so kind and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Don’t hesitate to book this place right now! The only thing we would have changed would have been to stay longer!

Overall a great stay. House was very nice and matched description. Managers were very flexible with the check in and helpful. House was well stocked with all the necessities. I would highly recommend this house and when I’m back in the Surprise area I’ll be staying here.

Very nice house with excellent backyard and pool. It would be great, given times, if contactless check-in would be offered in the future. Very happy with our stay and will definitely consider staying at the house again when in the Phoenix area.
