The kitchen has everything a chef could ask for: a wide range of small appliances, including a Keurig, mixer, blender, toaster and more with plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans...even seasonings! All major appliances with a startup dishwasher detergent. Head out to 1 of 2 wrap-around porches and grill your favorite meal on the propane gas grill. Enjoy eating outside with the peace of nature and fresh air at one of three dining tables on the wrap around porches.
The dining room seats 8, has stunning views on three sides with 20+feet VAULTED CEILINGS. A 180 degrees view makes for a wonderful place to enjoy dining, cards, games and coffee. There is additional seating at the 4 stool breakfast bar and a child's highchair. Decorative placemats in the sideboard.
The living room has newer and very comfy seating. Equiped with large smart HD Roku TV with DVR and surround sound bar to enjoy a favorite movie, or try one of the many DVR movies available in the drawered chest.
For those times when you or your little one want to warm up, settle into the recliner or childs rocker close to the electirc fireplace. The ceiling fan provides soft air flow and ambient lighting while accent lamps provide great reading light.
**GAMEROOM**
The Gameroom is furnished with a handsome slate top Pool table, and a 60 game arcade the kids will love, including the classic Pac-Man game. There is a large, game console ready, Roku Flat Screen TV for the kids plug and play games. Addtionally, there are board games and checkers for all ages.
Admire expansive views out the oversized cathedral windows while relaxing on the comfortable sofa or stools while waiting your turn to shoot. The sofa folds out for a Queen sleeper!
**OUTDOORS LIVING**
Bask in the morning sunrise as you sip your coffee on one of two wrap around covered decks. Stimulate your senses rocking on the deck, breath in crisp mountain air as you listen to nature's song birds and experience wildlife sightings. Choose to unwind after a hike in the mountains on either deck with plenty of seating and an adorable gliding bench! Cook up your favorite meal with the propane gas grill. End your day admiring the magestic sunset while soaking in the Hot Tub. Located on the lower deck with privacy.
The wonderful thing about this cabin is you get to take advantage of lovely views without precarious drives up the side of a mountain, but all the seclusion you could hope for and NO HASSLE CHECK IN!
Guest Access:
Be our guest at the "Smoky Mountain Bliss" cabin and have access to the entire cabin for your vacation; with the exception of the owner's closet which stores housekeeping supplies. DO NOT ALTER or dismantle the lock in any manner. There are 3 to 4 paved parking areas for your use while vacationing at the cabin. Before your stay you will need to complete and sign the Rental Agreement.
The cabin is equipped with a security system that you may arm for safety.
The directions and access code are available in the cabin welcome notebook. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE ANY CODES!!
Access and Enjoy all the amenities The Grandview Resort offers!
**Free entry to the resort's sports pool, hot tub, and the kiddie pool with splashing spout water!
Open Memorial Day until Labor Day.
**Also within the resort you have access to the Wahoo Zipline! Take advantage of the half off price

There are outdoor security cameras on the exterior of the cabin, for your safety. DO NOT attempt to alter the cameras or disconnect the Wifi in any way. Any effort to alter or disconnect either the security cameras or Wifi will result in a $150 fine, and possible eviction.
Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is 10 am. Please don't arrive early or leave late. The housekeeping staff needs this time to clean for the next guest
The Neighborhood:
We are located in the beautiful Grandview Resort. Within the center of all the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountians. The cabin is a close ten minutes to all the main attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood but far enough away to have peace and quiet from the busyness of all the attractions. Just right for a perfect vacation!
Getting Around:
The cabin has easy access from the strip in Pigeon Forge with no scary hills or roads! There is paved parking with space for 3 to 4 vehicles. All flat parking.
The area attractions are best accessed by vehicle. But once you arrive walking to many attractions is easy.
Other Things to Note:
Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is 10 am. Please don't arrive early or leave late. The housekeeping staff needs this time to clean for the next guest.
Between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details.
The Hot Tub is emptied and sanitized after each guest stay and will be filled for your vacation. The water temperature takes a few hours to come up to the 100' minimum after cleaning and refilling. Please allow additional time the first day. The temperature setting should not be over 104 degrees for health and environmental safety. Please follow all posted Hot Tub Rules for the duration of your vacation. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
The cabin will have start-up supplies of Paper Towels, Toliet Paper, Dishwasher Detergent, laundry soap and hand soap. During your stay you will likely need to supplement with your own and will need to bring your personal tolietry items. Walmart and Kroger are ten minutes away.
Policy for Pets: In consideration of all guests, PETS ARE NOT allowed. This policy is strictly enforced; If you bring in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave without refund.
We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control. We do highly recommend investing in travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
There must be NO FIRES IN OR AROUND THE CABIN! Because of the nature of fire and wood, OUR AREA IS AT HIGH RISK FOR SEVERE DAMAGE!

We chose this property because we had stayed in the resort before and loved having a pool within walking distance, easy roads, and a quiet atmosphere. This cabin is exactly as advertised - spacious, very private, clean, close to all activities yet gorgeous mountain views. The wrap-around decks had abundant eating areas and places to sit and relax. After long days at Dollywood, hot showers and comfortable beds were most appreciated! You won’t regret booking this unit!

We were in town for a wedding at Nichols Heir. The cabin was 5 minutes from the venue. Loved the view and very clean and well stocked! Cabin is on the end so very quiet. Convenient to all local attractions. Hosts answered all question and easy to deal with.

Some friends and myself stayed here for a bachelor party. Most everything was perfect during our stay. The only real issues I had was with the grill not heating up properly. The burners didn't heat up the grill to a high enough temperature and we weren't able to cook our steaks correctly. The other issue was not understanding how the thermostats and room air units worked, but that is more on my end than the host's. Lastly, the knives could be sharper, but this is a nitpick. It was a fantastic stay and probably will stay here again in the future.

The cabin an property were VERY clean, and the views are breathtaking. We couldn’t have been happier with th accommodations. Ron and Teresa were exceptional hosts. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at this location. It was very conveniently located for all the adventures we had planned. The house was spacious and had everything we needed and then some. I regret that we did not write in the cute little journal that was there. There were so many things that we did while we were there I wanted to put it in the book for all to see.We went to Dollywood theme park, the biggest car show I have ever seen, we walked the trees in Anakeesta where we saw lots of bears, hiked some beautiful trails in the Great Smokey Mountains, and last we zip lined at Wahoo with the great discount that is provided by the resort. This is my second time going to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and as you stated it was much easier to drive to the house location than my last stay. Next time we come, we will be reaching out to stay again. Thank you for the amazing vacation.

The location of this cabin was all of beautiful with great phenomenal views and very close to many wonderful restaurants. The owners took the time to share great spots to go eat as well as hike and we could not ask for better.

We had an excellent trip. The cabin was very nice. A little far out but worth the drive. The view was excellent. The owners of the cabin were very nice people. Very good about responding if I had a question or if I wanted restaurant recommendations they were top notch. They really made our vacation more enjoyable than it already was. Great people, Great cabin, & excellent owners. I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to go to the mountains. Wort every pennie.

The cabin was perfect for my group of 10 friends for MLK weekend. We’re all in our 20s, and this cabin is pretty close to Pigeon Forge for all the attractions we wanted to do. Lots of wine tasting and putt putt. The cabin was very clean and exactly how the website portrayed it. Hot tub was fun! Plenty of room for us.

Family trip with kids, their husbands and our first grandchild. The cabin was situated at the end of the development. Quiet and peaceful with incredible views. Tons of room to spread out. The pool table, arcade game, hot tub, and amazing porch got a lot of use! Big kitchen and a table that sat all of us.
The owners are very responsive, but we never had an issue. It really was wonderful time.

Loved the cabin. It was an easy drive up and amazing views from the decks and dinning room table. The cabin was decorated for the season. We enjoyed 3 of the 4 great meeting spaces for our family get together: the main floor living room/dining room; the main floor deck was a great hit; and the upstairs game room.

We booked this beautiful cabin for a Christmas getaway for our family of six and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The home was perfect, convenient to Pigeon forge and Sevierville yet enough away to have some peace and quiet. We would absolutely return, the home and the interaction with the homeowner were exceptional! Thank you for a very memorable cozy Christmas getaway!

We have been coming to the same cabin been for years. Although it changed owners recently, it is still the wonderful place I feel is a second home the moment I arrive. You are surrounded with the feeling of warmth from the decor to the beautiful mountain views. The tranquility found both in the cabin and sitting in the rockers outside looking at the views, is indescribable. Hoping we will be able to make another trip next year!

This was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. Overall we all enjoyed our stay. I can’t give 5 stars on the cleanliness as others had as the outside deck was not clean. Dead ladybugs were also an issue. We also did not have heat the first night. The owners were receptive but we ended up fixing the heat situation ourselves. Otherwise the cabin was clean and comfortable. The view was particularly amazing. This cabin is at the end of a long row of cabins so it was quiet. Would recommend for people who enjoy serenity and the beauty of the mountains.

After a small issue at the beginning of our stay ( no fault of owner) things were great:) The cabin is very nice and the views are awesome:) Pretty close to other cabin but being an end home this is by far the best in the neighborhood! Owner communicates well and was there to have our early hiccup fixed immediately!

This is our second time staying at this property. The first time was under former owner. Very impressed with the cabin and the amenities! It’s very welcoming and beautifully decorated. The owners had decorated for fall and that was an extra special touch! We love the convenience of its location too! The owners were were super nice and helpful! Will definitely be back!!

This is a great cabin in a great location. It is just far enough from the busy areas of Pigeon Forge to feel like you are not in the city however, you’re still close to all the attractions. The views from the decks are amazing and the game room is an added edition especially for families with kids. My 12-year-old son learned how to play pool this week. Now, he thinks we need to buy a pool table for our house :)

We loved our stay. The location is beautiful with a magnificent view that you can see from the comforts of your jacuzzi. The decor is bear-tastic! We did the Wahoo Ziplone on-site, spent time at Dollywood. Our kids had so much fun and Tennessee now has a place in our hearts.

Seven years and running annual Tennessee vacation.
We have had the privilege to stay in one condo and 6 cabins over the past 7 years.
This cabin and host ranks as 1 of the best, if not the best per my family thus far and will likely make this our go to spot.
Location is just several minutes away from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and maybe 15 to Gatlinburg,
This cabin's main floor has beautiful views with great sitting areas to go with the nicely furnished kitchen. We enjoy the evening views and being the last cabin on the stretch it helps it feel secluded and easy to park. At night we enjoyed the mountain views as well as seeing the lights of Pigeon Forge in the distance. The Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Great internet service allowed us to handle a couple of work items during our stay. The multicade game and pool were fun as well during the rain days and evenings.
The "only thing" to keep in mind is that the bedrooms are all located above and below the main floor, in the event you can't do steps. We actually liked the layout because the early sleepers could go to lower level and the all night crowd could retreat to upstairs which is where the games and pool table are.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for us! The layout is wonderful! The views off the back porch are absolutely beautiful!! Cabin is in a great location so you can take back roads and skip the Parkway traffic, yet close to everything! We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were amazing! Do yourself a favor and book this cabin! I’ve been coming to the Smokies since I was a kid, and this is probably my favorite cabin I’ve ever stayed in! We will be back!!

Located only 15 mins from down town Pigeon Forge with easy access and paved roads. Beautiful views and perfect accommodations for the family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in the woods. The three bedrooms and four full baths made the space feel roomy and comfortable, and the decor was tastefully done to create a Smoky Mountain ambiance. The views of Mt. Leconte, Mt. Cove, and Bluff Mountain from the master bedroom were breathtaking, and the luxurious hot tub on the wrap-around deck was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking. The kitchen had all the amenities a chef could ask for and the living room was cozy with comfortable seating and a fireplace. I would highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the mountains.
