This was a lovely property, perfect for our group of five.
The directions on the link in the website take you to the wrong property! It tells you to turn right when, in reality, you continue straight into the condo complex and past the gate.
Other that that, it was great and host was quick to answer emails, and the property is quiet. Will stay there again if I’m I the area.

Location was good! Was a very nice place to stay. Provided everything we needed. The girls were bummed there was no hot tub (community hot tub that hadn’t been opened yet). The listing kind of made us feel like we would have a private hot tub. That was the only complaint!

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a perfect place for a family or group. Loved how spacious it was with having two levels which included a bonus game room. We love the view and the set up of this home. Everything was clean and ready. The view was great. And they have a pool accessible for all guests. Also, the location is great.

This property is ideal for our family reunions. Beautiful lake view, clean and nicely appointed. Excellent communication with the rental company. Several nice upgrades in flooring, deck furniture and appliances since our last visit. Thank you for another wonderful vacay stay place. We will be back again!!

We had cleaning instructions to take care of before leaving and before cleaning service came in. Why are cleaning fees so much if we have to clean.

The property was just as advertised. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. With grown children and a grandchild we needed 3 separate bedrooms. It also had 3 full baths. The pool table and bar area downstairs was perfect along with the ice maker. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook with. All questions were answered quickly by the owners. We enjoyed the views and balconies. Perfect location for the Hot Springs area. Thanks for a unique opportunity to enjoy our family!!!

This place was PERFECT for our family of four to visit the cousins. It had plenty of beds (and perfect bedding to keep us warm in late November). It had a GAME ROOM with billiards and more that the girls and their cousins loved. The girls ' room was awesome -- two big beds (queens?) and a bathroom next door. And the view of the lake was stunning. We hope to visit here again in the future.

Three siblings and spouses. First reunion since before COVID.
Had a wonderful visit. Spent the majority of time in and near the condo. We cooked all meals in. Had additional groceries delivered by Kroger.
Location was good, being right off Central Ave.
The Condo has three bedrooms, each with a private bath (excellent) Beds are super comfortable
The kitchen is well stocked with essential items to cook in for 4 days.
Spoke with owner once when we first arrived, but did not need to afterwards. Owner left clear and convenient information and instructions in the condo.
Very pleased with entire experience. We have stayed at many
VRBO's, and this one is rated at the top.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing! The kids had their own floor, complete with a pool table and arcade games. We definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our visit in Hot Springs and our stay in this condo. The unit is as advertised and the owners are very good about communicating, check in was a breeze. The unit itself is very roomy and it has been updated. We were very impressed with how clean everything was and the condition of the furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked. The outlet for the electric grill did not work but we really didn’t have to have it. The owner was quick to offer to come out and look at it but we told him we had a backup plan.
The beds were comfortable. The pillows are soft so if you want firm pillows bring your own.
The bathrooms are updated, clean and functional.
The game room downstairs has a pool table, some digital games, poker chips, a throwing game, and a sofa.
There are two double beds downstairs.
The units are right off of Central Ave and only a few minutes from the casino, racetrack, or downtown. Access in and out was easy. The area is secured by a gate.
If you are looking for comfort for 4 to 8 people this is a great place to stay.

Super clean and great layout for two families. My daughter and her family were downstairs and the other two couples upstairs. The pool table and games were a plus. Great view and close to everything! Will def stay again when we go back!

This was my first experience with a vacation home. I travel a lot and stay in hotels but after this great experience. I will definitely be a vacation home tenant. The view was beautiful and place was very clean. I would prefer this house every time I visit. Thank you Mark

Great place. Very clean. It was the perfect place for our group of 6 to spend Labor Day weekend. We were mainly out on the town exploring and eating tons of good food. The house was about 15-20 minutes away from most everything we did for the weekend. We would definitely recommend staying here and would book it again if we are in town with friends.

We enjoyed the condo - clean and plenty of room to spread out for our annual family trek to Hot Springs! Wonderful experience & great communication with Mark. Loved the huge dining room table for meals and poker :-), and of course the game room. (Go Dawgs!) Overall, a great experience!

Loved the condo! It was spacise, clean, and a well kept condo. We enjoyed not only the lake view but the game room was a big hit.
We used the boat slip parking the pontoon that we had rented for the week. You do have to love walking and lots of stairs down to the boat dock, but it was well worth it! It was a great experience and hope to do it again!

This property delivered and exceeded expectations in all areas! Mark was easy to contact and with interactions. Check in - Check out was effortless. The home was very welcoming and accommodating and was exactly as advertised. Three full bathrooms was an incredible contribution (two teenage daughters). Bonus benefit: From the balcony we experienced BOTH sunrise and sunset. WIN/WIN. Thank you Mark for a wonderful place to have a family vacation and make great memories. Your home was truly a home. We loved it!

We stayed here for a family reunion while the rest of the family stayed in a trio of houses within walking distance. For that it was great, for being a runner training for a marathon, not the best location but I made it work. My only complaint, no water toys. It would have been nice to have kayaks or a SUP especially since there was access to a boat slip they could be stored in. Otherwise it was great, we had a ton of room and everyone was able to spread out and not be on top of each other.

All the conveniences of our regular home! The lake views from the patios watching sun rises and sun sets was perfect. I hope we get to book this condo again as everyone in our family enjoyed it!
