Patogi lokacija, bute viskas ko reikia. Puikiai tinka trumpam apsistojimui

Nėra parkingo, galima pirkti vietą už 45 zlotus, apie tai sužinojome tik atvykę prie namo, kai apsaugos darbuotoja mus apšaukė, jog negalime prie namo sustoti net išsikrauti daiktų. Taip pat labai murzinas balkonas, nors pats butas švarus ir tvarkingas.

Nic się nie podobało czuję się oszukany Po wpłacie blik o godzinie 00:04 nie było kontaktu telefonicznego nie dostałem instrukcji do wejścia. Przyszła na e-mail po 25 minutach. Zrezygnowałem musiałem szukać hotelu. Po dzisiejszej rozmowie Pani stwierdziła ze zwrotu nie będzie.

ZDECYDOWANIE NIE POLECAM, to raczej ukraiński hostel a nie apartament. problem z parkingiem. otrzymałam inny pokój niż zamawiałam. mieszkanie nie znajdowało się bezpośrednio pod danym numerem, trzeba było iść kilkaset metrów w deszczu i wietrze z walizkami w głąb osiedla. w nocy głośno na korytarzu, dźwięk butelek i pijackich odgłosów mężczyzn wschodniojęzycznych. nawet trochę strach było nocować. poplamione ręczniki, brudne zasłony prysznicowe, ogólny niesmak.

Cicha spokojna okolica. Apartament bardzo czysty i odpowiednio przygotowany dla gości.

Brak miejsc parkingowych przy apartamencie. Dostępnych jest kilka miejsc, które zazwyczaj są zajęte. Nie ma dostępu do parkingu za szlabanami. Można zaparkować 5-10 min od apartamentu. Czasami udaje się trafić wolne miejsce przy bloku.

Dwudniowy pobyt z żoną i córką, korzystanie z warszawskich atrakcji. Fajna lokalizacja.

Наше пребывание прошло отлично! Все понравилось. Квартира маленькая и уютная. Возле комплекса есть автобусная остановка. В доме также есть продуктовый магазин Жабка.

Cleanliness of the apartment, availability of a free parking on site, reasonably equipped kitchenette

Confusing key collection instructions, provided wifi network/password were incorrect - managed to find it on the router, external noise in the morning possibly due to construction or other works nearby

Great place but bad timing

Great complex with new flats all the daily need items into the flat, a bit easy to get a parking, near a big mall, super fast internet. I will definitely revisit it if there will be silence in the future (read negative)

Construction was taking place to near by flats so from 07:00 until late at night you just couldn't rest and the drilling was driving you mad. Also the wc on each flat should have more than just 1 paper roll. Also the stuff didn't speak English over the phone and we had to communicate with texts so that they can translate.

Все добре, окрім того, що в сусідніх квартирах робили ремонт в ночі.

Квартира була чистою, власники додали нам ще окреме ліжко для дитини. Постіль була білою та чистою.

В сусідній квартирі робили ремонт о 22:30 … це був жах, особливо з маленькою дитиною. З вікон дуже холодно. Двері тонкі, чути все дуже добре.

Superb

Pretty nice location with playgrounds for kids and small express grocery store in the neighboring house block. Apartment is very nice with all necessary equipment and big balcony (terrace). There is also possibility to park the car outside (if you have high-height car).

No table and chairs on the balcony.

Playground near the house

- Hard to find the right building even with the instructions from the host. - Description discrepancy. There is no free parking, and no paid parking near the property. You have to try luck searching for free space in 300-500 meters away from the property. - Multiple reminders from the host before check-in, that the parties are not allowed. Who the hell booking 20 square meters apartments for party ?

New apartment with all necessary things and appliances. Pretty clean. Not far from city center. Good value for one night. In a year or so, when the building work is finished outside, it will be much better.

Outside, a new apartment building is being built that will wake you up at 7am. Also during the day, construction work is underway inside the building. Finding the right building and parking your car can be quite difficult, especially after dark (It would be nice to have a map, and not just pictures and text description) A few towel hooks next to the shower would be nice. The bed is very narrow and not very comfortable for two people with cheap pillows.

Hair was in the bath when we arrived, "free" parking isn't free at all and also illegal.

Don't get fooled with "free parking" you'll get a ticket from the local police.

Bad sleep related to massive construction noise all around every morning-the building is not done.

Simple, ikea style, regular apartment for short term rent

The building is under construction, elevators are covered, common areas are full of dust, the noise is terrible and starts early in the morning and even on Saturday. What is even worse the landlord does pretends that there is no problem with this, does not inform You in advance and does not make anything to make this situation better. Sleeping well here is impossible. Construction in the building is multilpe and if one stops for a minute - the other one starts. Terrible place to have a rest.

Good

I liked that everything was clean and new. Very convenient parking. Many playground for children.

We were unlucky that another apartment was under renovation and every morning at 8 o'clock the drill was very loud, the little daughter was really scared. There is construction going on next to the house, but it did not interfere with closing the window.
