OCCUPANCY: Up to 6 Adults plus 2 Children for a total of 8 Guests maximum. Gorgeous new sofa is not a pull out bed but will sleep two comfortably.
CLEANING: We take great pride in our level of cleaning! Your safety is our priority. If you have any concerns, please email us & they will be addressed immediately.
PARKING: No need to rent a car as The Carlyle is centrally located & everything is walkable! If you do need to park, there is a municipal garage on 13th Street across from the Carlyle for $20/day. You can also use the valet on 13th Street for $45/day.

Our suite is perfect for families & groups.
To help plan your trip, we have created a Welcome Book full of useful information, including "Things To Do", "Best Photo Spots", "Places to Eat," & "House Rules." Upon booking, we will forward you a link to our Welcome Book. Please download & review. By contracting to stay with us, all guests agree to abide by our "House Rules" in the Welcome Book, including: no smoking, no vaping & no parties. We want our home to be in perfect condition for every guest!
