This stunning Ocean Drive Condo is designed with 3 sleeping room areas, a cozy living room, a full-size kitchen, and 2 modern bathrooms. You'll love the sleek and stylish decor, which perfectly complements this stunning ocean beach condo consisting of:
Fully Equipped Kitchen with an eat-in bar area: Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Vitamix Blender, Nespresso and Keurig Cappuccino Latte Maker, Sodastream- Make Your Own Sparkling Water or Soda, Pots and Pans, Cooking and eating utensils, Ice Bucket & Wine and Champagne Glasses.
All Bedrooms come with Down Comforters, Memory Foam, Duvet Sheet Covers, and High Thread Count Bed Linen.
Whether you prefer large-size beds or individual beds, we've got you covered. Our bedrooms are fully customizable to suit your needs and preferences. You'll love waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after a restful night's sleep.

(BR #2 & 3 are smaller alcove bedroom areas designed with 7-foot-high Art Deco-designed glass block partition walls for bright open-air design.)
* Combined Living Room and Dining area with a 7-foot-high Art Deco-designed glass block wall with Sofas, coffee table, 75-Inch Smart TV, and dining table with chairs.
* BR #1 Bathroom with dual sinks, bathtub and shower combination, and toilet.
* BR #2 Bathroom with dual sinks, standing shower, and toilet.
NOTE - HOUSE RULES: The rate fluctuates based on the number of persons staying and visiting, so inquire for a customized rate quote or if you plan on adding more persons to your group in an existing reservation (the more people you add, the higher the rate).
• No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval before making a reservation.
• Tenants/guests need to inquire before making the reservation. Before being accepted, we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip (business/work-at-home or celebration).
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the above house and community home rules. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinances. We appreciate your understanding.
