Beautiful Sunset View from living room and bedroom!!!Condo with a View!!!!!

A surfer theme condo with surf boards on the walls and a modern kitchen including a dishwasher and full size stainless steel appliances. Newer updated bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and has views of the gulf and amazing sunsets from the windows. The living room has the same beautiful view of the gulf of mexico and pool area out the window. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.

Sleeps four with 2 beds in 2 bedrooms.

Nearby Dining:
Buoy’s waterfront dining, Woody's Waterfront Bar & Grill, 82 Degrees, Snappers, The Toasted Monkey, Waffle House and more! All are accessible on foot or bike.

The code will be sent to you at 3:45pm on the day of check-in, not earlier unless you have paid extra for early check-in. Be aware that early check-in is not always possible especially during high season (Feb - July).

Walk to great restaurants, tiki bars, souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, and enjoy the sunsets on the beach.

Beach Cabanas, chairs, and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach directly in front of the condo from Sand Dunes Beach Services. They accept credit card, debit card, and cash. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance to purchase swimsuits, sunglasses, souvenirs, etc.

This property was excellent, exactly how described in the listing. The location was perfect, steps to the beach across the street and plenty of dining selections within easy walking distance. The property could not have been more perfect, plenty of amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we return to St. Pete Beach.

We decided to visit St Pete Beach to celebrate our anniversary, and were very pleased with the community, beach, and accommodations we received in staying in the condo hosted by Elise. Her condo met all our needs and is perfectly situated for the beach, dining, and within St Pete Beach area. We look forward to visiting again and staying in same condo of possible

Fun trip! The building is def is outdated and can use some fixing up but this unit is great. Cute decor and modern everything. Close to the beach - 3 mins walk. I’m always a little bummed that complexes don’t cover the outdoor pool bc it’s like a hot tub. But everything was great!

We loved our stay, everything about it was perfect. Well stocked with the essentials, just steps from the quiet beach, many restaurants and stores, plenty of parking. Quick and easy communication with Elise, she is the sweetest. We definitely will be back!

The property was just as in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. The written description in the post was perfect The beach was absolutely amazing. The property manager was more than kind and responded in a timely and professional manner.

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need. Only drawback was no washer and dryer in the condo since we stayed for 5 nights a washer and dryer would have come in handy. Was a very short walk to the beach and we could walk to some great places to eat as well. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location was perfect for us. A few steps from the beach. Pool access. Close to many restaurants and ice cream places for the kids. The apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay again.

This was our first trip to St. Pete Beach and we had the perfect condo and host. The condo was very clean, there were plenty of towels for us, very comfortable beds, beach towels were supplied for us, and the location was perfect. We could look out the window and see the pool and the gulf. The pool was cleaned three times while we were there and there were days we had the pool to ourselves. The communication with the owner was FANTASTIC! She communicated with us often, answered all of our questions, helped us with parking, and even sent us a detailed message about everything we needed to know before we arrived. I have rented through VRBO many times but this was the best owner! We will rent again!

Elise was great to work with, and the property was right across from the beach. Being able to quickly go back and grab anything was really convenient, and the condo was perfect for our needs. She went out of her way to help make sure we had what we needed for our stay.

This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. Easy beach access, great pool, super location. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked. Be aware that the property is on a 3rd floor without elevators. Not impossible but slightly annoying when you are hot and sticky. Elise has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever worked with. We had a little mishap with the parking and Elise handled the situation very efficiently and professionally. She is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this St Pete Beach condo was simply perfect! From beach to pool, it was a breeze with the kids. They loved all the beach toys, boogie boards, and umbrella provided. The king bed was so comfy and those soft towels were a dream. We're already planning our next visit – we'll definitely be back! Plus, Elise's recommendations made our trip even more memorable. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The condo was so clean and spotless. The decor was bright and cheery. Comfortable beds and sofa. Perfect location across from beach and walkable to restaurants. We didn’t need a car- we either walked or biked everywhere (rented bikes for few days and locked them overnight in bike rack on the property). Extra nice touches: heated pool and the beach chairs/umbrellas/noodles/cooler. Host was very responsive to any questions and also provided list of restaurants and local markets.

We loved our stay at Elise’s place , so close to the beach , pool , restaurants, grocery stores. Place is super cleaned, so well furnished for our needs, and equipped with everything . The host is amazing , communicates very promptly and will go beyond to make sure we were accommodated. The unit has amazing ocean views from living room and master bedroom and being in the top floor also had the advantages of no noise from the neighbors. There are plenty of beach toys for the kids and umbrellas/ chairs for all of us. We have visited St Pete many time and this is by far the best stay, will definitely come back !

The location is incredible. Steps to beach, Paradise Grill for morning coffee, a quick walk to numerous restaurants and live music. Condo area is very well kept up and pool area is a little oasis. Condo itself is adorable and had everything we needed. Host is great! Thank you!

Highly recommend. The condo was very clean and quiet. The beach was right there along with the beachside grill. Price was perfect and the trip was very enjoyable. We had left over drinks which we left in the fridge, wasn’t sure if that was ok or not. Highly enjoyable stay!!

Beautiful condo with outstanding views of the gulf! Decorated with a surfer flair, the place had very comfortable and cute furnishings. She had included everything that we could possible want or need and minimized what we had to spend at the grocery store. We were within a block or two walking distance from at least 10 restaurants/pubs. So when we got there, we really didn’t need to move the car. The heated pool was a big plus also, we stayed in January and were able to get several swimming days. The owner was readily available and made sure we had everything that we needed. Great property!

My family had an awesome vacation at this location! The condo is seconds from the beach with a nice pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not overly crowded. There is a little place on the beach to order food and rent paddle boards. Condo is clean, cutely decorated with very comfortable beds and soft towels! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was EXTREMELY nice with excellent communication. I highly recommend staying here.
